Jubilee was born in the Aurora village to parents who are not from this site. Her parents were both ninja who traveled to far off lands completing missions for the kage at that time. One certain time when she was about 8, her mother was the only survivor of a deadly mission. Three years later her mother was killed in a rogue mission to try and get revenge on the shinobi who killed Jubilee's father. This left the young girl without parents and without a home. Soon after she met XzenQutio and they became good friends and soon Qutio became her teacher.

Shuriken Rain

userthrows a shuriken up in the air, quickly forming hand seals. The
shuriken is cloned in the dozens, falling down in the area an opponents
in.The shuriken can also be thrown straight forward at the opponent and
cloned as well.

Devil's Stab

The user
focuses his chakra into a dagger, and stabs at the opponent. The user's
chakra ignites while inside the opponent,damaging its internal organs
causing them to not focus or move correctly.

Blinding Streak

The
user produces an incredibly bright electric discharge in his hands,
temporarily blinding there opponent. Then user then lunges at his
opponent, stabbing them with the lightning.

Chakra Rave

The
user takes his weapon and charges it up with his own chakra (Or
elemental affinity) and then swings it releasing it letting it explode
towards there user in speed.

nearby surrondings and places it into an item of there choice to be
