ROUND ONE- Kaisui Kumosora vs Raishin Namikaze

The battle will start when one of the two fighters post.

"Oh-ho-ho...You've come to face I...." A rather girlish voice echoed through out the area. "You must have a death wish.." A strong gust of wind whipped across the arena, causing the blades of grass to dance with glee. The overcast weather. The cloudy sky. This was probably a perfect day to fight. Raishin had no doubt that this battle would be epic. This was the highlight of genin career. This would be one of the battle he would remember. He had to win this, after all, Naruto Uzumaki was his ancestor. That kind of put more pressure on him, but he shrugged it off.

A small explosion formed in the middle of the field, smoke, grass and dirt flying into the air. Through the smoke, a silhouette of the Namikaze was there, striking a pose. The smoke cleared, and he stood there, looking..graceful (for lack of a better word). His blue orbs scanned the area, his gray sweater ruffling in the sky and navy his shorts doing the same. "Yahoo, baby! That's right! Bask in the glory! The legendary Shinobi, Raishin Namikaze...!!" He stopped mid-sentence, before stomping his feet, triggering another smoke bomb, albeit a bit smaller. "..Is here!!" He contiuned.

He stood there a while, staring down his opponent, his eyes watering up. He suddenly folded his arm over his mouth, and began to cough. "Bleh! That was too much smoke!" He said inbetween coughs. He took a couple breaths before clearing his throat, pointing at his opponent. "Alright! Sorry about that! Anyway! You should be honored, a legendary shinobi like I, taking my time to fight you." He smiled, giving his opponent a thumbs up, as if saying : Dude, sorry, but I'm gonna kick your ass.

Not even bothering to grace the Namikaze with a verbal response the Kumosora drew his twin pistols form their holster built into his crimson red leather trench coat and slips into to a stance unique to himself alone that looks like a cross between kenjutsu and taijutsu. Once he had fallen into his stance the rouge nin Kaisui made sure to clear his mind to ensure his evil half doesn't forcefully take control in his moment of excitement so that he may test the waters with his opponent instead of attempting to kill him right away and reveal his own hand.

While doing this he reminds himself not under or overestimate his opponent especially when he doesn't know what his rank or skill level is as even tho Kai is a prodigy with some potential still to be discovered, he did not would never allow his rise to go to his head as he knew once he did he would have begun his fall from the grace he has yet to fully attain.

Deciding to be polite he introduces himself. "You said your name was Raishin Namekaze correct? I'm Kaisui Kumosora. May the better fighter win." While saying that Kaisui hoped the his opponent didn't have access to a bingo book.

Raishin smiled and utilizing his amazing speed, charged toward his opponent. The grass seemed to ripple as the blondy's feet hit the ground, once after another as his figure approached the higher class shinobi. Raishin's blue eyes locked onto the pistol wielding ninja, and he held out his hand, igniting chakra into his palm. The chakra took the form of electricity as its crackled and popped, coating the shinobi's hand in a bright, blue lightning current. He took on a more serious look. It seemed that he fully intended on taking down his opponent, killing him if need be.

Raishin's form began to distort and become transparent, revealing an afterimage. Raishin had used his speed to approach Kasui from behind, his hand drawn back. Once he came within reach, he thrusted his arm forward, aiming for the middle of the target's spine. If the attack were to connect, an explosion would occur, and Kasui mobility would lessen, making him alot slower, and cause him pain to move. Also, if God loved him, cause paralysis.

Seeing his opponent taking this battle seriously Kai decides not to test him as he'll reveal his skill all on his own. Instead Kai would follow his opponent's movements impressed with his secretly impressed with his speed tho he gives off the appearance of not being able to follow his moves. Kai would wait until the last possible minute before using his own impressive speed to twirl around the attack avoiding it tho not completely as he waited a second to long causing a tear in his weighted leather coat. Normally this would piss him off but being impressed by the kid he stays level headed and channels his own lightning chakra into his dark colored pistol while placing the other back in its holster. Once that is done Kai fires a single lightning charged bullet at the leg of his opponent whom has just flew by him.

If this hits it should be enough to bring his opponent to a knee at the most as right now he's only shooting charged blank as he doesn't want to kill the kid. "Once this match ends win or lose if both of us survive I'd like to train you a bit kid. You remind me a little of myself when I was younger tho I'm probably not much older than you age wise at least." Kaisui would then whisper to himself.

Raishin was surprised that his opponent was able to match his speed and jumped back after his attack connected. His eyes widen as raiton chakra charged bullet came flying out of the bullet, connecting with his thigh. He flinched and smirked. Over his 12 years, he has build up an immunity to lightning based attacks, so that attack really did nothing to him. He smirked and drew two kunai from his ninja tool pouch, located on a strap situated around his waist."Heh heh..You better not try lightning techniques against me..they don't work.." He muttered, scanning his opponent, trying to find any openings. He found one. He knew that this guy needed his two pistols to attack, and without them, to Raishin's knowledge, he was useless. He supercharged the metal disc with lightning before launching them, the two shuriken flying toward the pistols in attempt to knock them out of his grasp.

Immediately after throwing the two shuriken, he charged at Kasui once more, drawing his arm back. Once he got close enough, his body illuminated with chakra and with lightning-like speed, he threw his elbow forward, aiming to knock Kasui in the jaw.

With mild shock at his pistols being knocked out his grasp Kai fails to notice his opponent til he is socked in the jaw and sent fly a ways. Correcting himself in midair and flip so that he landed on his feet, Kai skidded to a stop. Rubbing his jaw to make sure it wasn't broken Kai had an amused smirk on his face as he dashed off towards his opponent with a burst of chakra from his feet to gain a little more speed, Kai would momentarily disappear from view before reappearing attached to his opponents shadow attempting the Shadow Leaf Dance.

If this connects Kai would then follow hit up by jumping after his opponent and throwing a flurry of punches and kicks to try and prevent his opponent from correcting himself.

If the follow up were to hit he'd end it with a chakra enforced round house kick to the stomach of his opponent blasting him towards the ground. Upon land a good distance away from his opponent Kai would massage his jaw before using his chakra to call his guns back to him and put them away.

Name:Shadow Leaf Dance or The Shadow of the Dancing Leaf
The Shadow of the Dancing Leaf is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a swift upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. Since this is the opponent's blind spot, it can be used as a set up to a number of jutsu. Rock Lee uses it in preparation for the Front Lotus. Sasuke, after copying it from Lee, uses it for his Lion Combo, but because he lacks Lee's training it puts some strain on his body.

Raishin smirked upon his attack connecting, and quickly got into a defensive position. He was ready for any attack that coming. Unfortunately, an attack did come. A blur of crimson rushed toward him, and launched a kick, which was meant to launch the young man into the air. He managed to be knocked backwards, and quickly regained his balance. He pulled out about three more shuriken and launched them at Kasui, aiming for his face.

Raishin smirked, and decided not to attack, standing his ground. He looked around, his blue eyes scanning the area. He drew a kunai, and slowly paced around, to his knowledge, Kaisui. He attached an explosive tag to the back of his kunai rather and quickly, and threw it at the ninja. "Ha!"

Seeing what Raishin had done form his place in the air Kaisui surprizingly replaces himself with the clone in whose direction the kunai was flying in. Upon seeing the kunai now heading towards him Kai places on a look of fear on his face to throw off his opponent making it look as if he's a clone. At the same time the lightning clone quickly flies off into the far distance in the cover of the few trees in the area we it begins channeling a masive amount of chakra as if preparing to throw off his opponent more. This is so that the real Kai has an opening to attack his opponent should he split his focus or turn away from him.

If the distraction works Kai would quickly form an army of clones in front of him to shield him and then use the erupting explosion as cover to attack his opponent having drawn Zetsumei the light absorbing broken katana creates two more lightning clone that together along side him dash at the opponent attempting to preform the Dance of the Cresent Moon.

Raishin felt for it all. He jumped back, barely dodging the attack. "Haha! Nice! But not good enough!" He shouted, before his hand sparked with electricity. He slammed it against the ground, forcing the rock and debris up. Using that as a cover, he used the basic replication technique, and charged away, dragging his hand across the ground. By doing that, he brought the rocks, grass, and dirt up, forming a cloud. He went around in a full circle around Kai, before arriving in his original spot.

Little did Kai know, Raishin just placed four explosive tags in a box-like pattern around the nightmare nin, and was ready to blow it up any second. He quickly turned around and dashed into the forest behind, still leaving his clone there. Hiding behind a tree, as the smoke cleared, he did a handseal, setting off the tags. An huge explosion occurred, and Raishin looked toward the battlefield. The explosion went off, but did it hit him?

The clone was hit by the attack, but the technique went clear through his body. In a puff of smoke, the clone was dispelled. Raishin hid his chakra and he stood behind a tree, looking in the air. He saw a distant figure, and then looked down at his opponent, who probably had no clue where he was. He smirked, putting the pieces together. That had to be a clone, and then he looked back up at the figure.

He leaped onto the tree branch, and almost tumbled over, trying to keep his balance. He cried out and pumped an enormous amount of chakra into the soles into his feet, before springing up. He glided through the air, and toward the winged fighter, both of his hands crackling with electricity. Once he was within range, he went in for a tackle, which would hopefully allow him to grab onto his opponent.

He then dug his hand, releasing the electrical charge into his body, which would hopefully electrocute the both of them. The plan was for Kaisui to feel the larger part of the shock.

From his hiding place within the crater, Kaisui looks up watching as Raishin went for his trap thinking his lightning clone to actually be him and moved to attack it. While this is going on Kai slowly channels chakra through his many wounds from the explosion healing as much of them as he can without being noticed.

Kaisui would also start calculating where Raishin would land once he attacked the clone. During this time Kai also takes a look at himself to see how injured he was and suddenly notices his once trade mark leather trench coat was now nothing but shredded rags and begins to feel himself slipping into the grasp and control of his evil half as the good half of him is starting to be overtaken by his pissed off darkside.

Using a majority of his chakra on that attack, he fell to the ground, and laid there, outcold.

Suddenly the atmosphere becomes weighted down by an enormous amount of killing intent as Kaisui floats out of the crater no longer the man he was when he started this fight. Kai, injured and bloodied having falling to his evil side atm floats out the crater flashing thru seal. Half thru the seals he just stops suddenly having spotted the knocked body of his opponent and just stands there blinking in disbelief.

After 30 minutes of standing there Kai creates one more clone to carry his opponent to the medical area and then takes off flying away from the arena.(he can fly without wings, the gift of flight comes from his sword Alastor)
