New Staff

Alright, I've taken all week to review and re-review the staff applications for DoS. The hardest choice above all was definitely choosing a webmaster for this site.. It took me FOREVER to decide. Anyway here's the basis I want my new staff to go by though.. kind of like a code of conduct. If anyone breaks this code of conduct, they are done. Booted out, and replaced.

~Being a member of staff is a privilege, not a right. You have been chosen to be a leader of the site; to set examples and enforce the rules. If you break a rule set on the site, you're done.

~Administrators: You are the leaders of this site. You are going to be held to the utmost respect, but you also must respect your users. Granted, you will have to deal with some annoying situations as an admin, but that's part of the job. Keep a level head, don't choose sides, and don't abuse power.

~Moderators: I will have specific jobs set up for you guys such as RP mods, site mods, and profile mods. I expect each to do your job as best as possible, and to keep things fair.

Anyway.. here are the results:

Asako - site mod (watch for spam and such)
Uchiha Temari Nerro - site mod (watch for spam in the forums.. keep things in line and stuff)
