Laria blinked as Kazu ran about. She rubbed her head and laughed. "Uh.. Should we get Surp's consent for something like this?" ^^;

Dragged in by two of his dragon summons in armor, they each had hold of one of his legs. His voice bellowing at them in fury the whole time as he was gragged through the door and into Kazu's view. "What in gods name do you two think you are..." He trailed off into total silence as he looked around. He didn't even move as the two summons smiled and let him go to lay there staring at the decorations all around him while he laid silent on the floor.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!" Kazuki shouted as he pulled a cord making confette fall from the ceiling. He then picked up Surp and dragged him to the table for cake.

Laria waved a tiny flag, smiling. "Yes Surp-kun, happy birthday indeed~!"

His mouth moved, but not a single word came out. "Uh... Uhh..." He was then dragged to a table and peered down at a cake that he guessed was made for him. He'd never actually seen a cake, let alone received one.
