D Ranked Mission: Cabin Boy

After reading over the mission statement he took from the Kages office. Kai heads on back to his place, to pick up a few supplies and to change his jacket to that of a long sleeve version of his original jacket. He straps his katana down his back, and swings a black cloak over himself, as he finishes preparing to heading over out to the Snow Country, Harbor. Shadow yelps with excitement, and they both head off out the door to begin their long trek to the Snow Country.

"This is gona be a peace of cake Shadow!! We got this mission in the bag. No big!!"

Rushing out of the village of Suna, dashing past the guards in a hurry. Blowing over a few papers as they went by, Shadows little body right on Kaishin's heals.

Guard 1: "I wonder were there off to in such a rush?"
Guard 2: "ahh kids are always in a rush to be places. I'm sure its nothing to major. Maybe the kid is just late for a meeting. Besides you need to focus on getting those papers to the Kazekage!! So lets get to it!!"
Guard 1: Ohh yaaa right! I'm on it."

Guards nearly losing track of what they were suppose to be doing. The later one heads off to the Kazakages Mansion to deliver the documents.

Meanwhile back in the dessert. Both Shadow and Kai have made good progress through the dessert, and have almost reached a banking forest growing up ahead. they plan to take a small break there after running through the dessert, trying not to stop for the sandstorms, that kick up near by.

Finally reaching the sands edge, both tired and weary, stop for awhile under a tree to recuperate and rehydrate from the long and tiresome run.

"Well...I think we broke a record for that run, don't ya think Shadow? But for now, lets rest up here for a bit, before we make out last run to the Snow Countries borders alright?"

Shadow yelping tiredly, walks over and curls up in his lap, as they both doze off for awhile under a tree, behind some thick bushes.
