Appearance:A ver pale person naturally but very few see his face from his robe that goes down to his ankle that also has a hood blocking off his nose up.He has dress shoes and tight jeans aswell as a fitting long sleeve shirt.Has black gloves with a piece of medal ontop and and seems to be many pooking thing coming out the gloves.

Personality:He doesn't know people and really doesn't care to know people and is very quiet and is only heard to talk to tsumi when he is being given orders which he follows to the letter no matter the situations.

Bio:Tsubasa kaito was born from a ill mother and a very good anbu for the moon village making him always care for the weak and ill but it was a dream of his to always become an anbu of the village making him train by his father side every secound he wasn't on a mission. His father was killed on a scouting and intel mission. After that Tsubasa got his cape and always covered his face and learned to be extremly silent even when running so fast that you could hardly see his feet giving him the name "The Moon Phantom". His mother died a couple days after his father so he enrolled fully into the academy and became excelent in genjutsu aswell as lightning and earth based jutsu. He is has very simple knowledge of taijutsu it just isn't one of his strong points.
