Appearance: Having tanned skin and a slim feature, Rai is built to be a good fighter in appearance. He wears a cloth over his head and this is held in place by his ninja headband. He's still fairly short for his age but again, he's well built so not easily intimidated. He usually wears heavy clothing for personal training reasons but they are also fairly tight fitting. He prefers to keep his arms unclothed but keeps his legs in think leather pants. The last major thing he has are a pair of leather arm bands. These are again, wrapped tight to show his muscular demeanor and allow flexability.

Personality: He has a strong will with a lot of determination. He hates to fight when not neccessary, but enjoys it when he does. He has a think for any goodlooking girl and it tends to show. (Gets a lot of bruises in the shape of dainty fists.) Very friendly though to most people, but at times, he can be too loud and sometimes to energetic for most. This leads some people to think of him as a pest or an idiot.

Bio: Grew up in a smaller village near the boundaries of Crater. His village worshipped the mighty Dragon God and tended many fields. He grew up wanting to be a ninja and when he wasn't doing choirs, he was always out making up any training technique he could think of to test his body. When the Kage of Crater came to his village, the boy decided to become a ninja of Crater. It wasn't long after that he was taken in by Crater and started to train even harder. He now holds position in Crater with what few other shinobi are left after the leaving of the former Aloide-sama. Sio he works still to better his home and his skills.
