Background Description: The Kousoku is clan/group, that normally hid in the Mountain Country, and practiced Hyouton and a secret art they created known as Kousoku Bijutsu | Ecliptical Arts |. Which they hid the shadows, in literal senses, as well. They eventually traveled out towards villages for supplies, but normally kept to themselves, unless one of the clan member, decided to leave the village. However, the clan was prestigious for their eclipse abilities with there base elemental.

Ecliptical Arts
The Ecliptical Arts was something Kousoku clan member's learned initially, before moving onto anything else. The clan members were able to simulate that of an Eclipse through their Ecliptical Arts. As such, a series of techniques came along with the Ecliptical Arts, and since it was the first thing the members learned, it was the best weapon they had. So in the Short road, they held an ability to cause an artificial Eclipse of the moon or sun, concealing light in general.

Clan Attributes
They have a natural cold aroma, around their body, which can be extended out five feet. Which the cold aroma, can be used to freeze the air around them, and create thin ice. [See Hyoutonic Attributes]
They have the ability to block out light using their eclipse element, by using the ice to block out the light instead of allowing it's transparent nature to pass light through. They have an ice that can't melt by applying the bloodline chakra.
If they infuse their energy into an object that is producing a shadow, it a possibility through a certain technique, the shadow can be used for eclipse purposes. If there were ever an actually eclipse, not artificial in the sky, unless made by member. The member would gain an 25% bonus in energy and agility.
The clan members can start learning one of these elements at Genin: Hyouton, Water, Wind. Jounin clan member can wield all three of them. These element considered the main elements and members can't use any other outside of the one stated.

Clan Weakness
The members can't use shadows, that are not infused with the Bloodline chakra.
They have to supply constant flow of bloodline chakra to have the ice immune to fire.
The clan members are limited to the usage of Ice, Water, Wind.
The clan member can enter into a phase, but the phase takes 25% of chakra and bloodline chakra.

Clan Energy
The energy was known as; Toku | Eclipto |. The Eclipto was categorized as a deep purple energy Kousoku clan could access from within their body of course. The Eclipto was used to fuel most of their arsenal. they could use their natural chakra.

Clan Eye Appearance:
Clan member eyes took a unique, appearance, and held only one Doujutsu ability. The iris contains the color to the eye, it was expanded almost to where the retina, or the 'white' section of the eye wasn't even visible. Thus, this was as if simulating an Eclipse in the clan member's very own eyes. It was as if the iris was eclipsing the retina from sight, in shorter terms. Normallly, this would blind a person, however there sight was normal to an extent. It was just an visual appearance of the eyes to as a sign of clan members, but the eyes worked like normal eyes.

Hyouton Attributes
With that said, they had mainly focused on the Hyouton | Ice Release | for synchronization purpose of using the art. When Kousoku ever utilized the Hyouton, or anything that was customized into it, the clan's ice appeared purple. The reason being their natural chakra source was purple, which affected the color of their Hyoutonic abilities. The Ice Element of course dealt with all aspects of ice and glacial manipulation, pertaining to the solid form of water. Kousoku’s bodies naturally gave off a cold like aroma, which fluctuated properly around their body at all time. The aura or aroma was naturally produced in their presence, and extended the length of five feet initially. Kousoku clan member’s pores naturally released this aroma, thus creating a chilling and cold feature if one were to come closer to them. When they exhaled, it was as if they were in a cold terrain, where one's breath is visible, showing their firm connection to Hyouton.

Hyoutonic Classified Variation.
. With that said, when using the Ecliptic Release and the Hyouton together, the clan ice was elemental was known as ; Toku Shimo | Eclipto - Hail |. The Toku-Hail is categorized as a purple-coated ice, in which would be very hard to melt if met by fire. As such, the Eclipto powered the Toku-Hail, meaning it could survive beyond the hottest of temperatures if required to do so. However, if met with fire, and if chosen to keep from melting, he had to apply the energy into. The Toku-Hail could be released from the Eclipto itself, or their body, since the Eclipto originated from within their body.

Clan's Custom Blade.
It was known as the Gorokassha | Shatter - Eclipse |. The Gorokassha was a weapon of great importance to the clan, which stored a separate set of his Eclipto just in case they needed it for battle purposes. The blade containing half of the supply of the user, meaning, it contained the 'half' amount of the Eclipto, clan member. This merely meaning, one member blade could hold an different amount of Eclipto, not a big different, since it depended on the user. The blade could release sources of the Eclipto, the Toku-Hail, and any sources for the Ecliptical Arts. The blade was also the main source for Kousoku creating an eclipse, which would benefit the clan greatly if this occurred. There were other means for creating an eclipse, but the Gorokassha was the main source if they wanted it to happen quickly and efficiently. The blade length naturally being, one meter in length( 3 feet). In addition to preventing the usage of clan member's using other chakra within the blade. A user specific chakra with a slightly different chakra signature is placed into the blade to prevent the usage of that chakra. That meaning you need to use specific blade, and the blade is tied to that member. In addition, if the user choose, they can fuel the blade up with their bloodline energy, so that it won't run dry, after using it's own supply, if chosen by the user.

Clan Phase:
The Clan Members, had something known as ; Kousoku Jisou | Ecliptic Phase |. The Ecliptic Phase was more like a Seal placed on the clan member's body. The Seal was located on either the left or right hand, exactly on the center of the palm. When the Eclitpic Phase is active, the member would gain benefits from it. Activating it required a simple technique which would unlock the Seal placed over their hand. The Seal would increase their stamina and endurance, and would allow them to malevolently use the Ecliptical Arts more efficiently. If Keretsu released the Ecliptic Phase, it would be like unleashing a larger, more fluent source of power. However, the setback of this was it drained 25% out of 100% if the user's natural chakra.

Clan Phase: First Set [This being unlocked whenever the user hit pass the age of 12. ] [Which the member will temporary be placed in a room of pitch black, yet at room temperature, and will have to learn to administer their abilities in the room, and stay within the room for at least four hours. ]
| The first set to the Ecliptic Phase was activated whenever the Ecliptic Phase was put into use, this phase known as the; Kosouku Jisou - Kuroi Rosen | Ecliptic Phase - Umbra Alignment |. The umbra, which also means 'shadow', is the darkest part of the shadow. From within the umbra, the source of light is completely concealed by the occupying body. In astronomy, an observer in the umbra is said to be in the shadows experiencing total eclipse, thus meaning an umbra is present during most eclipses to begin with. The Umbra Alignment dealt with the darker side of the Ecliptic Phase. This allowed the user to tap into a certain source of energy, which in turn had the ability to shade out all light. Using the Umbra Alignment was best when it was dark out, which is what an eclipse basically made, darkness. While this was the offensive based set of the Ecliptic Phase, Umbra Alignment allowed the user to utilize a set of techniques, which were powered by the Umbra Alignment itself. As such, the techniques would be beneficial to use at that exact moment. Whenever this Alignment was used, it usually meant they were ready to take the offensive, or something like that. All the same, the Umbra Alignment was used to make quick offensives, and fully tap into the power of the Ecliptical Arts. The Arts could be seen as an array of free releases of purple energy, which could be set up to use eclipses in the long run. Nothing special in its basic form, yet when infused with his Hyouton he could use it for something different. |

Clan Phase: Second set
[This is unlocked at the age of 14, and doesn't require any special training, as far as being placed in a dark room. However, training with this set does require a day or two to get the hang of. ]
| The second set to the Ecliptic Phase could activate after the Umbra Alignment, however the second set to the Ecliptic Phase was known as the; Kosouku Jisou - Kuroi Kosen | Ecliptic Phase - Penumbra Alignment |. Like an umbra, the penumbra is a certain part of a shadow. The penumbra is the region in which only a portion of the occupying body is obscuring the light source. An observer in the penumbra experiences a partial eclipse. An alternative definition is that the penumbra is the region where some or all of the light source is obscured. This was the defensive side of the Ecliptic Phase, and as such, when active, it took control of Kousoku's source of Hyouton, and used it for defensive purposes. If Kousoku creates an eclipse, artificially, then the strength of the defense would be stronger. This was the same for the Umbra Alignment as well, if there was an artificial Eclipse, the strength of the Umbra Alignment would be increased depending on what type of Eclipse it was. The Eclipse varied from what style, being either a Lunar Eclipse or a Solar Eclipse, or a Total Eclipse. A solar eclipse occurs when the moon passes between the Sun and the Earth so that the Sun is fully or partially covered. This can only happen during a new moon, when the Sun and Moon are in conjunction as seen from the Earth. At least two and up to five solar eclipses can occur each year on Earth, with between zero and two of them being total eclipses. Total solar eclipses are nevertheless rare at any location because during each eclipse totality exists only along a narrow corridor in the relatively tiny area of the Moon's umbra. |

Description:
The user can create a dome of twenty-one mirrors made out of ice to trap an opponent. Twelve remain at ground level, eight are placed above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. The user can then enter one of the mirrors and instantly transport to another mirror. While moving about he bombards the opponent with attacks at very high speeds, such that the rest of the world appear to be moving in slow motion compared to him. If the mirror user is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so user\'s movement becomes progressively slower the longer he maintains the mirrors. These mirrors also block out light, creating an special effect, that can be used to freeze targets when, focusing on a combination of the Hyouton with the Shadows of the eclipsing mirrors. This was simply saying, that the Shadows that are produced by the mirror, if an opponent if caught in it, they will be frozen. The shadow producing a form of coldness, an attribute of the Shadow.

Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are resistant to at least low level fire techniques. However, due to these being ice created by Eclipto energy, they increase the resistance.

The Ecliptical Shadow Technique simply took the Eclipto used, and spread its influence over a surface, or anything it came into contact with. Though it wasn't exactly stated in information wise the Kousoku's power increased when in darkness. It allowed the user to use their Toku-Hail without having to use the Eclipto, simply because the darkness can serve as a stand in for the Eclipto. The Shadow' that they were spreading outward had an cold feature. This meaning anything and everything caught within this shadow is Frozen, like a flash frost, when caught within the shadow. The user could use to shadow as an host for the Toku-Hail, to form an defensive or offensive measure. Which the user wouldn't have to risk using anymore Eclipto once applied. However, this technique large amount of chakra and bloodline chakra to use, but was very devastating.

XD Failure. The retina contains two types of photoreceptor cells called Rods and Cones.

Rods detect light levels, in black and white, which helps us perceive motion, while Cones detect color. If "It was as if the iris was eclipsing the retina from sight, in shorter terms." that is to be true your basically blinding yourself. No color and motion detection abilities. You might want to rethink that little bit right there.
