* With the incredible hard training, Mifune became an excellent shinobi and he was even allowed to develop his bloodline ability, a doujutsu called the “Mizuhi” – “Water-Fire”. The jutsu allows Mifune to boil/vapor liquids. His eyes are able to send out invisible waves that increase the movement speed of molecules in liquids. The time needed to boil the liquid differs and depends on the amount of liquid, the kind of liquid and if he can target it long enough with his eyes (moving targets are harder to boil as he needs time to focus)
