One of the 5 largest craters that was left in tact when rebuilding the village after destroying the old crater village. It is lined with steel and air vents are placed to constantly pump out a wind source. Then there is a simple platform outlined in the center of the craters bottom for the persons to train. This is used for Wind Elemental users to train in. The crater is 60 feet deep and 50 yards wide.
