General Information
Name: Shurui Okamirui
Nickname: Shu-chan
Gender: Female
Body Type: Slender and Fairly Muscled
General Appearance.
Though her body is slender and small at her age, Shurui is fairly strong and pretty lean in muscle mass. Shurui wears her headband around her neck. Shurui has a dress is that reaches down to her thigh, with a vest over it usually only with the top of it buttoned. She wears sleeve like arm-warmers that are baggy like a kimono's. They usually keep her hands and arms hidden all the time but she can maneuver around in the fairly well. Underneath it she wears black capri-pants that come down to half of her knees. She wears her silver behind her in a unkempt ponytail that reaches down the small of her back. Her long bangs are usually pushed of in the left direction but still hanging down in her face. Her eyes are a slightly dark golden-honey color with a canine tome instead of a regular one. She has long scar under her right eye reaching up the side of her cheek, along with burns and scars on her right arm usually hidden under her sleeves. Strapped to her left leg is her weapon carrier and strapped higher on her left leg is her two small swords (Enkou-Kiba and Yami-Ookami) and she wears her ninja sandals with her banadges up half of her calf.
Personality: Shurui is a quiet, somewhat antisocial, and even timid girl. Not shy just quiet she speaks her mind with no restraint, whenever there's something on it, she'll speak it and not care. When she does speak it's mostly sarcasm and rude comments but she can be nice when she wants to be,but that's mostly to the people close enough to her. Shurui sometimes acts without thinking and pays for it later, she'll dish it out in battle and take it right back, and dish out again. Shurui have her moments of kindness. She doesn't put herself out for anyone, you have to be somewhat close to her or at least an acquaintance. But when a person has her kindness it's almost unconditional as love would be. But only a few people have had that luxury. It's almost as if she's a different person around them. She has a really bad-tempered and it's pretty short too. She's not one for holding grudges, but when she does hold them, it's for a long time.

- The Vast Beginning (Birth - Age 4)
Shurui early years are faint to her. She also remembers her mother and her brother spliting up from her and her father. She also remembers holding something close to her wrapped up, and then her running by herself and blood on her and the pain near her left eye and her right arm but still holding onto that item. Then she remembers an animal near her and then she went unconscious. A young kunoichi named Ranji took her in after finding her collapsed at the village gate with a wolf hovering over her. Ranji explained to her that she was a long time friend of her parents and that she was to take them all in after they left the Snow Country. But it was apparent that something had happened and that her parents might not show up. Shurui also thought the same thing but it didn't make her feel better that she wouldn't see them again. Ranji also had hopes her older brother Kaishin survived if she did. Shurui had hopes too. But even if he did would she see him again, she contradicted herself. Ranji healed the wound under her eye and along her face and healed her arm as much as she could.
After a month or so of staying inside and off her arm to help it heal up again, both Ranji and Dinishia helped her to return her arm to normal strength without straining it. It was weird for her to have help from the wolf Dinishia but for an awkward reason Shurui seem to understand most of what that wolf told her in snarls and growls. Ranji pretty much knew why though but never told the young girl about her bloodline. Though Ranji didn't tell her, Shurui noticed on her own that she wasn't exactly normal. She noticed her features were a little animal-like, with her claws and fangs. Ranji just told as a clue that she resembled something close to a Inu clan member. But a distant cousin to them. Shurui didn't exactly get it, so she just left the topic alone. As time went on Shurui got better and better, she noticed that she rarely went outside to play like kids her age would usually do. Shurui didn't want to be around other kids she told her, she couldn't do it. It was like opening an unseen wound. Ranji never bothered on the subject again, after getting what she meant. She missed the brother she couldn't remember.
Making Something of Herself (Age 5 - Age 9)
Shurui hated just sitting around doing nothing with Ranji and Dinishia all the time. She did, however, notice that Ranji leaves a lot during the day. Finally asked her one day where she goes. Ranji told her that she was a shinobi, and her obligation was to protect her village. She was almost giddy at that idea. Ranji had never seen her so enthusiastic about what she did. Most times when Ranji wasn't working she was telling Shurui about her missions and the training she goes through everyday. Shurui got so excited at listening to them and then became dedicated to becoming a shinobi like Ranji was. Ranji thought that Shurui was going into this without knowing what it was truly about but since she felt so strongly about it, Ranji decided to enroll her in the ninja academy.
Shurui spent most her time training and perfecting her fight style with the item that she soon learn to be twin short swords named Enkou-Kiba and Yami-Ookami. She was excelling in many things except for Genjutsu. Ranji helped her in that area, while Dinishia helped her in the other areas of battle. Shurui grew accustomed to Genjutsu and everything else including her new life. After a year or so Shurui's time to graduate neared. Shurui trained outside the village with Dinishia, though Ranji didn't really want them to, but Shurui said it would be fine and they would be careful. After a week of preparing Shurui's Academy Exam Test. She passed with flying colors and Shurui was ecstatic. Shurui stayed for her graduation ceremony and received her gift from the village elder which was a all white wolf pup named Meimashi. Her and her new partner, rushed home to Ranji with Dinishia at their side to see her because she wasn't at the ceremony. Ranji hadn't gotten home yet. Shurui waited up all night with her wolves, but Ranji never showed. Shurui gotten worried but waited there after being persuaded by Dinishia to stay. After staying up all night Shurui had gotten word for another ninja that Ranji had disappeared while on a mission out the country. Shurui didn't even seemed phased by that fact. She was truly hurt and truly worried but she couldn't do much about it so she just went on with her days in Ranji's house as a newly made genin with no family that she had known of.
The New Journey (Age 10 - Now)
Shurui spent most of her time to herself at home after that incident. They granted some time for her to recover after losing her guardian and mother-figure. The three trained together getting acquainted with each other more, especially with the blue-eyed wolf Meimashi as a new addition to their little family. Shurui was upset yes but she couldn't mope about for long. The two wolves teamed together to train her and kept her happy as much as she can. Shurui then decided that it was time for to move on and take up her genin expectations and meet her team. Though she was oblivious to the things before her she went on with a confident stride. Still oblivious of her own past and the past of her clan that she didn't know was still alive. After remaining there she returned to her home in the Kyokukogakure. Remaining in the Aurora village as a ninja.

Main Description: These two twin short swords were given to Shurui by her father after their leave to Wind Country. It was a family heirloom passed down through the family. Though the two are twins the abilities differ. But together Shurui can make an execute explosive chakra and jutsu.
Enkou-Kiba Description: (Picture up in the Appearance) Enkou-Kiba is more element inclined. It adapt to ones element and in Shurui's case it's fire. It helps her to manipulate it better to execute more than half her jutsu. As she grows more accustomed to the blade the better control of her element she will posses.
Yami-Ookami Description: (Picture up in the Appearance) Yami-Ookami is used to turn her chakra into more effective attacks. She doesn't need to wield to have the effect of manipulating her chakra into form shapes or use it for paralysis. She just needs the blade at her side. Though the blades ability seems powerful, it is hard to maintain and control the power as a genin. As she grows older she will wield the power better.

Description: Twin dagger-like weapons used for Shurui's basic fight style. The steel that was used to make these twin sai, is stronger and more durable than steel used for a katana or a kunai.

Description: The user goes off in a semi Berserk stage, first lunging at the opponent and punching them fairly hard in the face sending them flying. The user then touches the ground lightly and vanishes after them, appearing just behind them, and grabs the back of their head and slams them into the ground. Once in the ground the user lifts up and throws them in the air, and they jumps up slightly, making time seem like it slowed down, and delivers an onslaught of punches to their mid section and finally round house kicks them away, landing back on the ground slouched over, and panting from the stress of the attack.
Extras: Only plausible by Okamirui Clan Members. In a Semi Berserk State, but not fully into it. Also drains the user of stamina once finished, but for only a couple of minutes (1-2 post).

Description: After the jutsu : [i]Raging Pedal Dance is executed successfully it leaves behind the remains of chakra reminisce in the air. Shurui does a one handed handsign to draw in the leftover chakra, using it to restore some of her chakra(1/4 of what was used).
Extras: This jutsu cannot be executed without the use of the first jutsu or the assistance of Yami-Ookami.
Name: Sorrowful Heartless

Description: Shurui starts to do handsigns making her hands glow unevenly as a fireball of dark flames form in her hands as they separate, growing bigger. She tosses it up into the air and it divides into seven balls in the sky revolving slowly. She closes her eyes as a lone tear run downs her face as the balls form into swords spinning faster. She holds her hand out and the swords shift it's position and strikes at the opponent.
Extras: So the stronger the emotions the stronger the attack but the more stress put on her body while doing it. This jutsu is best used when you have experienced something emotionally life. This jutsu is difficult for her to execute with her emotions being pent up inside and hidden behind her mental block. In a Semi Berserk State, but not fully into it. Also drains the user of stamina once finished, but for only a couple of minutes (1-2 post).
Kenjutsu

Description: A dark red chakra surrounds the blade of Yami-Ookami. Shurui lunges forward at her full speed and stabs her opponent. On impact it paralyzes the opponent for 1 turn.
Extras: Stamina decreases for 1 post. Cannot be executed without Yami-Ookiami.

Description:Sakuya draws Yami-Ookami and throws it in the air in a spinning motion and a dark red aura flares up around it. The aura brightens making the sword disappear inside it as it takes the form of a dragon and it splits into several dragons and one by one smash into the opponent and the last one slams into the opponent and stabs through their abdomen breaking several of their ribs.
Extras: Chakra depletes completely for 1-2 posts.

Description: Shurui can summon a pack of wolves to help out in battle of for scouting an area. This pack consist of 8 wolves that work together in a team, none can speak a language besides the Alpha couple, so the Alpha couple are the only ones to actually address Shurui. Though Shurui can clearly understand what any of them say. This team of 8 is good with offensive skills because of their numbers and defensive skills as well; they can be used on scouting missions when data is needed to be collected. This pack in particular can be split into 2 groups White team and Black team. Both the teams can be used in different situations and terrain. Either Alpha couple can lead the 2 separate groups, when Shurui isn't around.
Extras: Must sign scroll in blood in order to use. As a Genin, he could only manage to summon one wolf. (Dinishia. Alpha female) As a Chuunin, he can summon 2 wolves (Doukou. Alpha male, and Dinishia) As a Jounin, he can summon 6 or the entire pack.

Description: Shurui starts with one-handed handsigns making two simple fireballs appear in front of her. She places her hands and the fireballs slam onto the surface of her palms. Shurui's hand glow brightly forming a fire kanji in the palm of her hands : 火.
The flames explode out her hand forming a thins flaming skin over her clawed hand. She crouches down taking off at an incredible speed 2x her regular speed, at the opponent aiming for a specific body part (Shoulder, Torso, Legs.....etc.). On Impact the flames enter your body paralyzing you for at least 30 secs (1 post)
Extras: Cannot be executed until in her first berserk stage.
Name: Shurui Rage Combo
Type: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu
Rank: C
Description: Meimashi transforms next into Shurui standing right next to her. Both Meimashi and Shurui's eyes darken to a golden red as her vibrant red chakra surrounds her body, mainly her fists and feet. They both disappears and one reappears in front of the opponent and kicks the opponent into the sky, following up with a uppercut into the higher. The other appears above him with massive chakra surrounding the her legs as she axe kicks him down to the ground while gathering all her chakra into her left hand and comes down above the opponent and palms him in his chest knocking him into the ground leave a semi-large crater under him.
Extras: This jutsu cannot be used until she is in her first beserk stage. Puts stress on her body, weakening it for 2 posts.
Name: The Flaming Wolf
Type: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu
Rank: C
Description: Shurui does handsigns and executes the fireball jutsu aiming downward at the ground between her and the opponent. She jumps back as a thins barrier coats her body. Meimashi passes by her running full speed and Shurui grabs on as she runs by, coating Meimashi in her barrier as well. Chakra erupts around her and Meimashi as they jumps through the flames.Meimashi's chakra sucks in all the flames coating them both, while being protected by the barrier created by Shurui, also making them into flaming figures. Meimashi tackling the opponent up towards the air burning them severely. Shurui jumps off Meimasi's back leaping higher than the opponent and kicks him downward from the top of his head into the ground.
Extras: This jutsu cannot be executed until she is in her first berserk stage.

| I wowuld like to point out taht with the jutsu rules you can not have Berserk's Rage. Unless you had it before the reset, which i checked and you don't seam too. However, a ninja who knows the jutsu (Which Kai appears too) can train you in the jutsu, even if you are both genin.
Other then that everything looks good so far. | |

Shouldn't be able to use so many C-rank jutsu. O= Your profile looks fine as it is, though, with less C-rank jutsu. =o
Divine Wrath [Kenjutsu] cannot be C-rank. D: It's like, several burning dragons which smash into the opponent. D: If they were tiny, it would be fine. D: But even a single big dragon is B-rank.
Shurui Rage Combo [Combination] is powerful, and reminiscent of Sasuke's Lion Combo. =o Provided it doesn't do extremely fatal damage, it's C-rank. =D
The Flaming Wolf technique requires strong control over fire. o-o I'll assume your berserk stage gives you just that. No problem with it's rank whatsoever, but again, provided it doesn't do extremely fatal damage. ;D
I like how you made your summoning-limit at genin to be 1. I wouldn't have allowed it if you had been able to summon more wolves. o-o xD
