General Information

General Appearance: Almost a mirror copy of the once-revered ninja Sasuke Uchiha, Yakate looks like a careless rich kid in all respects. With black, uneven hair shielding his forehead, and hair overgrown out of the top of his head to beat, Yakate looks like a genetic twin of Sasuke in his younger age. His eyes are black, with a slight bluish hue that is barely noticeable; his nose and lips are barely prominent in his face. His ears are usually hidden by his hair; completely normal, human ears, with ear lobes apart from each other. His skin is tinted fair and white, rather standing out in contrast with his black hair. There are no lines of insomnia tracing his eyes, nor powerful, uncommon features standing out from his appearance. He is not Uchiha; just very similar to one.
For almost every occasion, Yakate wears a kind of blue T-shirt, with that famous raised collar. Everywhere and anywhere, he is wearing only that shirt. And of course, it suits him; what with his white, blue-trimmed arm-bands, and almost knee-length shorts. His clothes are where his similarity with Sasuke diminish; he does not bear the Uchiha clan symbol on the back of his shirt. His pronounced leg-bands; which look rather worn out, are nearly the same as his arm-bands. Blue ninja sandals are his preference. His clothing style makes it apparent that he enjoys blue apparel, and will most probably be wearing blue in the future.
The rest of his body has yet to mature to meet Sasuke's standards; compared to his childhood, Yakate is rather small and weak; light-footed and agile. The knuckles on his fist are not that prominent; nor are his knees or elbows, showing that he does not rest his arms or legs that often. His dislike for shoes is also apparent to the observant viewer; his toes are the same shape as they were when he was a baby boy. Without his shirt, his body still looks like a child's one; maybe bigger, but similar in physique. His shoulders are rounded, directly perpendicular to his neck. His lower body is slightly smaller in proportion to his torso; to some, it is a bit feminine. His muscles are not well-developed. This applies for both biceps and thighs. Caring mothers might call him unfed, or unhealthy. In reality, there is no such problem with the way Yakate has been brought up.
In all other cases, Yakate could be resembled to Sasuke once again. When standing with no purpose or duty, he will almost always have his hands in his pockets, folded across his chest, or behind his head; never hanging loosely by his side. When told to carry something, he would hold the object in both hands, directly in front of his torso; making sure that the top was in his view. When required to walk, his hands would either be in his pockets, or folded across his chest, or resting his head; depending on his previous standing stance. Sitting; he would have his legs form right angles to the floor, like a gentleman. His hands would either be on his lap, folded across his chest, or resting his head; leaning his head against the back of his seat. In some cases, Yakate might run, speedily even, with his hands snug firmly in his pockets; a comical appearance, but imposing an admirable effect. One of the few cases in which his hands would not be in his pockets / across his chest / behind his head, would be when he jumps; on the occasion of which his arms would look ready for fisting someone. This is applicable during battle as well; when ready to throw shuriken and / or related elements.
The rest of his movements are either similar to Sasuke, or too insignificant for [Yaka] to mention at the moment, right here.
Personality: Paralleled with Sasuke Uchiha in appearance, he is no different in his acting and personality. Yakate tends to be skeptical to almost all matters, unwilling to trust or believe anything without firm facts. He does not take to universal truths to be absolutely true, either; he would take nothing for granted; in some cases, even with valid proof. With his point of view, his success in sociality is not high. In turn; his success in almost all other matters is excellant. He treats most other beings in existance to be meager; however, he holds particular respect for those who have proved that they have a purpose to Yakate. He tends to be arrogant and secretive, while always refusing to confide his thoughts to others. His secrecy, combined with his arrogance, only adds to his horrible social skills. Nevertheless, he shows himself to have a beautiful etiquette for english, and always has a clever way with words; with a rather advanced vocabulary for his age.
But when compared to Sasuke Uchiha, one powerful factor that is worth a paragraph of its own is his hunger for power; his ambition for strength. Yakate has not lost this; his greed for more power has only added to his skeptic take at nature. However, his complacent, prideful nature shows, when he refuses to do things the way they are supposed to be done. He dislikes, strongly, to copy from another; to follow the path of a more powerful being, with the same aim as him. He dislikes unfair advantages, but will not hold back when it comes to battle. Even if it is taught by his sensei, he will try to find his own way to do things; and most of the time, he actually succeeds. This randomness allows him to think of clever strategies, even when not considering the possibilities of its success before battle. After many trials and errors, Yakate has mastered the art of strategy and techniques, and manipulates them in a way that makes up for his lack of strength. His intellectual growth and understanding is astounding; linked with his dislike for unfair advantages, he would play with his victim before finishing them off completely; a weak point of a ninja. However, he would only do this if hew knew that it would benefit him; by no means is he overly cocky or rude. He is arrogant; only to the extent of him being skeptical.
His focus on power, and ignorance over human psychology, makes him one who would not be pleasant to talk with. Sad to say; he would not realize it if he were in love; if he were hated by one, he would not care. His emotions are present, but most of it is frozen under his cold demeanor. When alone with no cause, he usually ponders to himself about his purpose; holding high respect for those with a set purpose himself. He even admires those like the late Naruto Uzumaki; those who have shown dire determination for a cause, even when uncapable to do so by any means. Although he refuses to believe it himself, it is his disacceptance of human nature that prevents him from holding a meaningful purpose of his own. His rage lies dormant, being very patient in himself and with others.
The rest of his persona are either strikingly similar to a Sasuke that does not want to kill his older brother, or too insignificant for [Yaka] to mention at the moment, right here.

Yakate ToSuki, born in the snowy ninja village Kyokokugakure, led an extraordinarily... average life. Apart from constant remarks on his appearance and personality, nothing particularly important happened in his lifetime. However, in sequence, important events in his life would fall into a neat list. Firstly, after his birth, his mother fell victim to an uncommon disease, which was cured in a few months after treatment. A few years later, when Yakate's physical features were more discernable and less baby-like, the Village Council imploded into an outrage; Yakate looked just like the notorious, destructive shinobi Sasuke Uchiha; three hundred years in the past. Yakate was a near carbon copy of what Sasuke was at this age; archives spoke this true. However, after many compelling arguments from his family and the Village Council, Yakate was allowed a normal life in the ranks of the many shinobi of the Village Hidden in the Ash.
Yakate learned how to walk and talk simultaneously, though belatedly, at the age of three. One year later, his first baby tooth had fallen prematurely. A few months after he was four, he had his first haircut; one that made him look much less like Sasuke Uchiha. Nothing really noticeable happened to him; a few diseases here and there, nothing out of the ordinary. His father was no longer a shinobi; he was retired. His mother... was never a ninja to begin with. They lived a happy life; two parents and their child. Yakate never met any other family of his; he had no idea of what relations were. Nevertheless, he was usually smiling, and looked up to his father as an extremely powerful shinobi who had retired only because his power was too great for the Village to comprehend.
Yakate began his first year in the Ninja Academy after many, countless, small, yet meaningful events, at the age of nine. His father had consented to his ninja-training, as did his mother. It was only after a few months in the Ninja Academy did he display a strikingly similar atittude to Sasuke Uchiha himself, when he was in the Ninja Academy. He spent his time idling away in lessons, or just walking around, trying to admire the beauty of the village within the Academy. He would read books and novels, and every now and then, try out new techniques he had read about, or had been taught by the Academy senseis. Ignoring his extraordinary prowess and development in the Academy; he acted like an ordinary genin whatsoever. This once again lowered the suspicions of the Village Council; a suspicion that had rapidly arosen once they had learnt of Yakate prowess in the Academy.
Three years passed by with no shocking event. Yakate was in his third and final year of the Ninja Academy. He was an expert at all basic Academy Jutsu, and had trained in some Genin techniques as well. He seemed enticed by the power of higher-ranked techniques; as explained by his teachers. He was not fun to teach at all, according to another account; he would always catch onto everything so easily; so easy to predict what would happen in a lesson with Sasuke. He had earned himself a small fan-club, which he ignored as much as he could. His enjoyment in the society had further lessened as his ninja prowess exceeded. He was a marvel in the Academy; he was a dump in the society. Yet, people (mainly girls) didn't hate him. Nor did they like him; excluding the girls again. Male academy students had a strong grudge against Yakate, always failing to perform well in front of him.
Once graduating from the Academy, Yakate started abusing his higher status as much as he could. He went on as many missions as he could take, in spite of the fact that he had no higher ranked shinobi to guide him. His parents had lost track of their child, as did most of the village. The kage and the Village Council, of course, saw him daily. Yakate trained vigorously, fiercely... calmly, quietly, He was a solitary soul, that didn't like to associate himself with others. He stayed away from the crowd, and pressures of living in a ninja society like Ash. Most of his time was spent idling away in thought, training, exercising, or doing missions. Then came the day that he was to be assigned to a Village Sensei and team... [Fin]

Extra Notes: The veil is as soft as tissue paper. The dimensions of the veil are 1 x 1 meters.

Description: This technique requires a considerable amount of chakra, but has a rather meager effect. The user molds his/her chakra until it becomes similar to a runny fluid, and pours it upon a surface. That surface virtually loses it's friction, allowing objects to move swiftly along the selected surface. Humans have an incredible chance of losing balance upon this chakra-covered surface and toppling over on the ground.
Extra Notes: The chakra has the same effect as lubricating oil.

Description: This technique requires a considerable amount of chakra. The user molds his/her chakra until it becomes similar to a thick fluid. This sticky fluid has the same effect as glue. Once poured onto a surface, objects tend to stick to the chakra. Humans have little chance to escape from this chakra-covered surface; however, they can always take off their shoes / sandals. This technique can be used to stick things to other surfaces as well.

Description: This technique requires the user to be holding a thick group of metal wires. Usually five to ten, in one hand. Once the selected hand seals are formed, the metal wires weld together into one, sacrificing length for thickness. The portion of the wires within the user's hands become welded, with the rest of the wires on the outside remaining individual, but shorter than before. A whip with five - ten ends is created, made of metal wires.
Extra Notes: The length of the whip is half the size of an individual wire.

Description: This technique takes advantage of the speed of the user. Similar to an afterimage technique, the user moves rapidly to give the victim a false illusion of the user's present location. However, when performing this technique, the user performs the same movement over and over again, a great number of movements, in a small period of time. This movement gives a watery appearance to the user as he/she moves, making it difficult for the victim to aim a counter-attack. In short words, using this technique makes the victim think the user's body is watery, when in reality the user is creating many blurred afterimages of him/herself. The drawback of this technique is that the user, in spite of the fact that he/she is moving so fast, cannot cover a large distance of actual space; meaning the user will move very slowly in the eyes of the viewer.
Extra notes: For the simpleton; this jutsu makes the victim think the user is colored water which can move.

Description: This technique requires the user to secrete chakra from every pore of his/her body. This chakra flattens against the user's skin, and creates a sort of weak shield. This shield is incredibly weak and thin; but allows the user to traverse through normal flames freely. The user can also jump into water and not become wet; but the user cannot breathe underwater. The user is unaffected by heat or cold; immune to smell and hearing. Then again; the shield will completely shatter if harmed by any significant force. One major drawback of the technique is that the user has limited breath when shielded inside the chakra-layer. Also, the layer can last no more than 5-7 seconds. Keeping it for 10 seconds will render the user unable to use chakra at all. 15 seconds will cause the user to blackout.
Extra Notes: It's like an invisible layer of skin over your whole body.

Clenching onto the base of each of the wires, the user performs the body flicker technique to flicker himself a few meter behind the victim. This movement triggers the wires to literally mummify the victim; each of the thirty threads wrapping themselves around the victim. Provided that the wires shot at the ground are stuck firmly into the ground, the user, applying enough force, may pierce the wires into the skin of the victim.
Extra notes: The wires will only go around the victim; not over or under, only around. If the victims' arms are raised, the victims' arms will be free when the wires are covering him/her.
