Okay so here ]is my idea - i want everyone's opinion

Two villages to start with:
Aurora - Satsukari, Shikimori, and Sedo <----- no i want blood.
Blood - Yurikazki, Sedo and not Veroshi

Four Clans with forums: (We will be allowing other clans after time but for now just the four)
Satsukari (Mutation of the origional Zxeno) - Doujutsu
Yurizaki (original DoS clan) - Doujutsu
Veroshi (origional DoS clan) - Doujutsu
Shikimori (Kazuki's clan) - Taijutsu
Sedo (Xiao's clan) - Unknown


~ Aurora will have its own kage, an assistant, and a group of two "council" members - one must be a Shikimori, one must be a Satsukari, and one must be a sado

~ Blood will have a kage, an assistant, and a group of two "council" members - one must be a Veroshi and one must be a Yurizaki

~ Blood and Aurora are at war

~ Some type of a money system

~ Old members get staff positions

Might aswell make me the Blood kage bruh, and wheres the Veroshi?!?!!??!

As for the kage spot i have no persinal objections to it - only one question..are you going to be active? and are you willing to help members from blood learn? even if i come to teaching them to rp all together?

My ideas on what to do to give people a reason to be active. In order to participate in the exams they must do select things otherwise they won't be allowed to rank up.



genin exams - Must be Academy Student. They must have completed at least 2 E-rank missions. Must have learned the three academy jutsu in forum.

Chuunin exams -Must be a genin. They must have completed at least 3 D rank and 2 C rank missions(at least.) Also must have learned or created one jutsu in forum

Jounin exams - Must be chuunin. They must have completed at least C rank missions and 3 B rank missions(aat least.) They must also have learned or created wo jutsu in forum

Anbu entrances - Must be atleast chuunin. Must have completed at least 4 B-rank missions and one A-rank mission(at least.) They must also have created atleast one B+ rank jutsu in forum.

Medical ninja - Must be atleast chuunin. Must have completed at least 2 B-rank missions. Also must have been trained in medical ninjutsu(atleast one topic in forum)

Kage - Can be any rank. Must have completed atleast 15 total missions(7+ of them must be over B rank) Must have created atleast one of there own jutsu of A+ rank in forum)

ooc: Ryuu i love 98% of everything here. though 2 issues im confused with, is veroshi getting a council spot? if so thats not equal voting wise opposed to aurora. secondly about kages needing to do missions? what if someone manages to kill the kage, will it go to another deserving member of that village , meaning the shinobi that meets the requerments or does kage-ship go to the killer? i prefer the latter personally.

Depends on the circemstance - in a matter of war or battle the one who killed the kage will take it. But it could also be the other


And as for veroshi getting a spot in blood - I'm working on finding a third party for Aurora

Join the blood village? I'm trying to catch up on what's going on so for now I gave my character amnesia xD she wouldn't be much help

I'm highly suggesting that Yurizaki and Sedo be paired with another clan other than Veroshi. Thank you. I don't care which just ANY other clan. Seriously.

Clans are paired in groups of 3. one group in blood, the other group in aurora.

I know Veroshi members want Blood village. We gotta settle this dispute. And Zahur wants Blood Kage.

First off If i am to be the kage my clan will be in my village, second off uhmm blood village would look hella good with some ballin blood techs correct??? WELL i'm pretty sure last I checked I had the best blood techs to ever touch this site, and if anyone thinks differently please lets test it. So blood should be in blood, not in Aurora.

But it's always raining, blood should be with blood, kk thanks, and i think your bf or whatever Kaizeek wants to be allied^^ even sent me a friend request thing on here last night, just saying I don't care either way for you like I said i don't care if we are allies or not I'm never gonna ask you for a favor or any of that crap, and second off not everyone can go rouge this is what happened last time to many people wanted to be the "bad guys" or be loners and the villages became empty and the site went dead, why don't you just suck it up and be allied with Veroshi and stop being a kid for once in your life i mean whats it really matter I don't care to talk to you so its not like I'm gonna be like "Oh hey we are allied lets talk." Being paired will just be a way for both of us to be in blood so everyone is happy, think about someone other then yourself please, kk thanks^^.
