General Information
Name: Neraku Suyu

Nickname: N/A

Body Type: slightly athletic

General Appearance. Neraku has long, crimson read hair that reaches down to waist, though it's usually worn in a ponytail, so that it doesn't get in his way when fighting. He also wears black shirt that is somewhat tattered. He wears pants that are also black, and tattered from the knees down. From the waist down the the knees, his pants are slightly faded and worn, but besides that, look almost new. He has a small scar against his right cheek, which is diagonal.

He also wears some bandaging around his right arm, but not enough to resrtict his movements. His left arm there are no scare or bandages. He also wears some black ninja sandles. Neraku sometimes wears a hood, but it isn't too often he's in the mood to do wear a hood. He prefers to not wear a coat over his shirt, but when he does, it's usually a white color, that looks almost new.

Personality: Neraku is sometimes a nice person, but is only nice when he gets the food that he wants. his usual personality is sometimes dark, but will get protective of those he cares about if they get attacked by someone he know or by someone he doesn't know. If he gets attacked by someone weaker than him, he'll try to toy with them the best he can. Though if he's attacked by someone stronger than him, he'll try to either attack them with all he has, or just enough to wear them down so that he can get away. He does his best to not care about those who are rude to other people, but will become annoyed if he's brought into the conversation.

Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

This eye gives them greater control of any of the elements they use, put the power boost comes at a great price; they slowly lose there minds. Depending on the user different things could happen, some might just completely lose there minds; forgetting who there friends are or they might just lose there minds when fighting and attack anyone they see.
