Description: After the user performs the necessary hand seals, their hands heat up and then burst into flames. The flames do not harm the user, but provide a great advantage at hand to hand combat, and is quite useful in nature.

Katon: Karyuu Endan [Flame Release: Fire Wall Attack]

Requirements: None.
Description: A Katon ninjutsu technique where the ninja inhales deeply, drawing in a full chest of air. They then exhale, producing a very wide stream of flames that approach their target as a huge wall. This technique however uses an extremely substantial amount of the user's chakra and cannot be used frequently.

Description: Having finished the required handseals, the user directs his chakra with a kick. As a result, a wheel of fire is created and darts across the terrain towards the opponent at great speed.

Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user would open their mouth a ball of fire will shoot out their mouth with great speed and will burst into a bigger flame when it hits the target.

Ryuusei Sutoraiku [Meteor Strike]

Description: The user hurls a boulder into the air and jumps up after it performing the right hand seals. The user then grabs the boulder in mid-air and, through Katon manipulation, covers it with fire creating a blazing meteor to attack with, which could also be blown up into a gush of small flaming rocks.

Shishienjin [Four Violet Flames Battle Encampment]

Description: This jutsu creates a box-like barrier around an area defined by the four users of it. Anything that touches with barrier will burst into purple flame. As long as the users of the jutsu remain active and unharmed, this barrier can never be broken.

Katon: Boukaheki no Jutsu [Fire Release: Fire Wall Technique]

Description: By performing a few seals, the user can exhale a steady stream of fire creating a wall in front of them and partially surrounding them. It's capable of evaporating water and low level Suiton jutsus, and used as a great defense against physical strikes.

Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique]

Description: After using handseals, the user must first gather chakra into his hand and mouth. The mouth then shoots out fire and one hand is placed just out of the lips to control it into one intensely hot fireball. This attack is similar to a huge devastating flamethrower.

Katon: Housenka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Mythical Fire Flower Technique]

Description: This Katon ninjutsu is a very flexible technique. Housenka begins with creating many small fireballs from the user's mouth, and shooting them at a single or multiple opponents in one strike. These projectiles either can be shot either fast in the same direction, or slow in a rotating formation. Basically, the ninja controls everything, from the strength, and path of the fireballs (Relatively), to the speed they travel towards the target.

Description: After several handseals, the user will place his or her hand on the ground. Wherever the user touches with his or her hand, a bit of their chakra is left behind. Should any object touch the ground within a close range of the mines, the area will detonate into a small explosion. The user can maximally place five mines per use of this jutsu.

Katon: Kasai no Ame [Fire Release: Rain of Fire Technique]

Description: This is a jutsu utilizing the fire element. The user performs a few seals and begins concentrating chakra into his hands. Eventually he will manipulate it into a ball of fire completely surrounding both hands, and then fired into the air. The two fireballs will collide and then split into 10-20 separate fireballs which will proceed to rain down on the area as commanded by the user.

The user of wind can take the ball and throw it, it will go slow but very destructive so usually only used to hit a target not easily moved.

There strength is now 60% increase from there normal state. The Yurizaki is an taijutsu clan so they developed a corrisponding Taijutsu tech for the Final stage.

He then punches as his hand ignites with his blaze element dealing a powerful bone crunching fire attack. Diamond = Diamond Skin to be forms and turning arm into diamond lance or what ever be creative. Your aura = your element to be summon at anytime only with taijutsu

Description:The user must make physical contact with the being to do this unless your of kage level then you must get with in three feet of the individual to attach the chakra stings that you create with pure chakra from your hand. The chakra stings go striaght into the brain and directly controls all the sences of the opponent. The chakra strings do not casue any pain or physical damage to the indiviual so this might happen to opponent without them knowing, until the opponent appears to be on a cross with spikes throught there extremities attachted to the cross and everything else is a blood red. The user can appear to question,personally torture, or both during this incounter.This is usally used for interrogation or torture by the Yurizaki.But once the opponent is touched the enemy is in the genjutsu and the user have 3 secounds to sit down and concentrate to do the full jutsu.

Description:The user makes a bird hand seal as the user activates his yurizaki eyes and looks at the enemy, then the enemy see the user start coming apart and becoming butterflys that replicate until the user can't see that much. The user begins to sink and as the enemy feel themselves falling the user appears and slams a explosive tag on the enemy's face. As the user jumps back the genjutsu is despelled and the enemy find there feet stuck in the ground and all the butterflies are explosive tags aswell as the original on the opponent's face. All the user has to do is make a tiger seal to activate all the explosive tags.

Description: This genjutsu can be applied to another person without any special preparing.Once the enemy is in this genjutsu everything is so very real from sight, touch and hearing except the sky is a slight purple. Depending on the user it is extremely hard to get out of this genjutsu even people of the same rank. The user makes the entire area from scrap in there mind for the enemy to see.

(After using this techniques the user must make another jutsu and add it on to the ninja registration)

first of all this is epic g-mod when someone dies their chakra stops flowing through their body which will not allow the seal to come into play.

this needs to have some kind of draw back you can't send electricity into your nervous system without some kind of physilogical drawback. There should also be some sort of limit to how long you can use it because your muscles would tear up.

This one "the user some how" That isn't going to cut it either explain it or it gets canned.
Wind Release: Great Dragon Air Strike

Effects:The user some how send a stream of air with some of our chakra into the sky and then later a tornado comes down on where ever you which.You can then control it much like a summoning.This jutsu only last for two rounds.

Also several of your wind jutsu you need to change that they are sharper then any weapon or tool. I understand they can be sharp but most of those jutsu are c ranked and they cannot be sharper then some rare blades.

the wind and the last one need to be fixed as Kazuki said.

However the first to he mentioned i know are canon jutsu just edited to contain Neo's name so there fine.

I know I didn't have to but I just took out the two wind jutsu in question, but as Misery said the Lightning Release Armor and Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique are canon jutsu that I got straight from Naruto. The Lightning Armor is a technique that the fourth Raikage uses and the Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique is the a technique that Danzo used, well actually it's a seal and if u check my appearance it includes that fact that there are four tattoos on the four corners of my abdomen which would be the seal, it's also a technique to seal my doujutsu if I happen to die because it kills destroys my eyes to the molecular level. As what happened wen Danzo destroyed Shisui's Sharingan eye to prevent Madara from using it, just by using this technique.
