No more missing ninjas can be created from registerion! Only genins or academy students can be created unless you get a permission from the admin! And it won't be very easy to get it from now on, you can only go missing from chuunin rank, as well you can go missing by being recruited by the empire of Toukai! Thanks and have a great day~
