NPC and adopted character rules -These are subject to change randomly-

NPC
- Any staff member has the right to revoke your control over an NPC and take over it's control.
- These characters can only be controlled by the person who made them unless permission specifically given IN the NPC topic is given to a person or multiple people.
- Don't need a long Bio; one or two paragraphs will be fine.
- These Characters can rank from Genin-high Chuunin level(unless permission given by admin).
Adoptable
- These characters must follow the same template as regular characters.
- These characters can be made in two ways, using the already made character template, or giving specific information you want for said character. (ie; maybe you want a 13 year old male nara who will be your little brother, but other then that you don't care much about his other abilities and history then you can make a topic for this)
- These Characters can rank from Genin- mid Chuunin(this is subject to change).
