After performing the needed hand seals, the ninja will generate a large amount of a light Red-Orange colored Lightning that takes the form of a large Lion creature that emanates from the body of the user. The attack is used to electrocute opponents to the point of death. The lion usually will vanish after a minute.

You need to describe this 'Raging Lightning' more. How exactly is it different from ordinary lightning, apart from color?

And even apart from that. D: Your Lion technique has no limitations to it; i.e. how long can you use it? Do you get any other advantages, e.x. faster movement? And your range says Far; can a lion emanating from your body really extend 15 meters from yourself?

And the final technique; does it only cut and not electrocute?

1) The only difference is the color.

2) I brought down the distance and the Lion will weaken and disappear after a minute.

3) It's like the Chidori Spear, made of Raiton chakra so it can send electric currents and it's sharp enough to cut through stone. So both.
