Appearance: Ryohei is a average heighted young man, with short silver hair and a fairly tanned skin from training in the sun.
His body is sculpted like that of a handsome wargod, his muscles finely chisled to the extreme perfection. He trains every day to the extreme, keeping his body toned and fit for battle and adventure. His hands are large and warm, almost overheating with the fierce blood circulation he has; to keep them in good shape, even in battle, he wear bandages around them, leaving only his fingers out of the white straps of cloth.
His nose, hit many times in his numerous fights, is now covered with a white band-aid even though it is more or less useless; he just put a new one on it out of habit every single morning.
Ryohei has angular traits on his face; his eyebrows are always in some sort of concentrated frown but his eyes are filled with extreme feelings, most often with joy or kindness. He always smiles at people and smells of the oinments he uses to ease his muscles after hard daily trainings. Again, those oinments are more used out of habit than need. He has a scar that runs on the left side of his face, crossing his eyebrow and not going lower than his temple.
The hand-to-hand fighter usually wears a sort of white suit, with a black or grey hoodie under it, because of a picture he had seen of a business man - having been completely entranced by the extreme elegance and manliness of it, he tried to wear the tie and dress-shirt, with the only result to have it ripped in less than five minutes. Deciding on a more practical dress code, he replaced the dress shirt by the hoodie and the slick leather shoes by his usual ninja boots. After having admired himself in the mirror after those changes, he had exclaimed that he looked even manlier than before and kept on his strange trend.
Personality: Ryohei would be best described as ab EXTREME character.
Having started young into the arts of taijutsu, he considers the martial arts as the extreme of manliness and tries to get every single person he sees as 'strong' to join the taijutsu classes he teaches, with much success.
He is a person who doesn't back off anything, who hates to turn and likes straight lines, even if that means he'll crash in a wall; luckily for him he is smart enough to understand that turning the corner of a street is better than destroying other people's prorieties.
The hand-to-hand combatant gets fired up by anything, even simply cooking some pasta and has the habit of yelling instead of talking and add 'to the extreme' at the end of his sentences. His men would always complain about the fact he needs a calming factor that would make him more reasonable.
Sasagawa does everything he can to protect his friends and family, placing his life on the line more than necessary. If it is because of his skills or pure luck that he lives, no one is sure about it. But one thing is for sure: he's strong minded and firm in his position, never backing away from his duties as man or leader.
Last little thing: he's oblivious to danger, a not all too smart person and obsessed with training.

BACKGROUNDBio: Childhood:
Ryohei's first word was "extreme manliness" a word his father loved repeating over and over again, until bored.
His parents were very passionate people, strongest in taijutsu in their own village and filled with a sunny character, character Ryohei inherited.
His childhood was filled with boxing and taijutsu trainings, earning him to be the number one brawler of his generation. At the age of four, he was already crowned champion of his street, winning even against the local thugs; he earned the nickname of "Extreme Right" for his habit of yelling "EXTREME RIGHTHO!" when hitting.
His parents, proud of his progress, put him in the academy before the requested age; at five, he was Academy Student and kicking.
Academy Student:
Ryohei was far from being smart. In fact, he made his teachers cry more than once, for being a complete dunce, not understanding that you didn't yell in class, nor hit people to prove his manliness. He wasn't a prankster and actually applied himself to the extreme in his studies, earning with hard work mediocre marks and high rates in practice taijutsu. Genjutsu was useless to teach him or try it out on him; the former Kage tried once to scare him by trapping him in a illusion filled with hellish pictures and painful attacks. The kid just walked through it, not even noticing it.
If it was a bloodline trait or not, they never knew. In the end, the father decided that it was because he was too stupid to notice an illusion.
Ryohei passed the exams by miracle, after trying four times and failing.
Genin:
Ryohei trained to the extreme and ranked to the extreme in less than a year, leaving all his former comrades behind, surprised and shocked by his sudden advancement in the ninja world.
Chuunin:
The hand-to-hand specialist hated being a chuunin, not being manly enough. Thus, he trained harder to the extreme, showing off his strength and determination.
At the jounin exams, he had to be stopped before he pummled the whole arena by the Kage himself. Ryohei got ranked to jounin (TO THE EXTREME!) but was ordered to stay at home for a month, to think about his recklesness.
Jounin:
It was the last day of his housearrest that Ryohei decided to become Kage. It was a whim, really, but he had decided that it was worth it to try; after all, he'd be the leader and the manliest man in Aurora, his homevillage.
Thus, he trained again. He had no rivals before him; in fact, he didn't notice he had any rivals. He simply beated all people that dared to face him. Quickly enough, all taijutsu fighters of the other countries came to face him, except for one.
The Shikimori genius didn't show up to face him, saddening Ryohei. He promised himself on that failiure that he'd train harder, so that he could face the great taijutsu user. And hopefully learn from him.
Kage:
Ryohei managed to get Kage in an actually rather strange way; he and the older Kage loved to drink together. But with the old age, the man couldn't hold alcohol very well anymore. In a drunken laughter, the two men signed a contract in which was said that if Ryohei managed to wake up before him the next morning, he'd get the Kage position.
The poor man couldn't believe the next morning that the strongest imbecile of the village actually won the ridiculous bet.
The young man, at the age of twenty, actually proved himself worthy: he never skipped work, was diligent towards his obligations and an excellent figure for the village, giving it a new energy and spunk it had missed for years. The place seemed to be brighter and sunnier than ever. And Ryohei loved his position.
But now he was bored and wished for more extreme adventure and extreme trainings...
