Background Description: The Hozuki is an anicent clan that has lived in the village hidden in the mist for centuarys. Theyr known for being the rivals of takuchi and theyr ice manipulation and similar powers to the takeuchi. A Hozukis body is made up from pure floating ice (ice so cold it has taken a liquid form) but theyr Dojutsu allowes them to switch through Floating ice form and normal humen form. they can manipulate water and ice, and theyr abilty to morph into an giant Ice Dragon once theyr skill exceeds a chuunin.

Violent Frost Eye Stages

Stage 1
Description: In thise stage the ninjas eye turns Glowing Darke blue with black stripes in it.
Achived: Birth
Effect: Allowes the user to create floating ice/Liquid Ice out of thin air but requiers alot of chakra.
Allowes the user to control the ice with theyr hands without touching it. moderat control over the ice.

Stage 2
Description: In thise stage the ninjas eye turns Glowing Dark Blue with an star in it.

Effect: Allowes the user to create floating ice/liquid ice out of thin air requires an moderat of chakra.
Allows the user to control the eyes with theyr minds with moderat strains. they gain Advanced control.

Frozen Heaven Eye
Description: The ninjas eye will turn Green with an white cross in the middle of it.
Obtained through: Through hard training.
Effect: Allows the user to create floating ice/liquid ice out of just chakra and requires an low amount of chakra.
gives the user the abilty to control the eyes with theyr mind with almost no strains. gives them High level control of the ice. lets them cast powerfull genjutus with theyr eyes.

Drawback: Weak to Lightning.

Ice Dragon Form
Description: Allowes the ninja to morph into a giant Ice Dragon.
Effect: Boosts theyr strength and chakra to dragon level and boosts theyr ice manipulation at a sky high level.

There is already a suspect that Suigetsu Hozuki's "hydration" technique is bloodline related.
