At War - The villages are at war, will do anything to get spy's in village and cause chaos.
Enemy - The villages are Enemies, one wrong move and a new war will break out.
Neutral - These villages don't mind each other, they stay out of each others business and will not help of cause each other harm.
Peaceful- These villages are at peace with each other, they may help each other out now and again, but they usually will not help out in a time of war.
Alliance - These villages have an Alliance with each other, they will aid each other in times of war.
