Meetings, Discussions and possible Alliances

Madam Red was walking briskly into the small village of Mabushii. She was supposed to be on a mission to Forsaken Heavens, but she had decided to make a detour.
Something had been tugging in her mind, forcing her to come by in this almost unknown place. Not that it really bothered her - she could always take a day of training in the area which would always be useful. Plus, if she "accidentally" killed someone, no one would dare to ask who did it or know who to accuse.

Her red hair was brushing her cheeks with the wind. Ruby eyes were watching the population that barely noticed her, busy with their own business. Her high heels clicked with each step she made on the ground, echoing through the street and signaling her presence to the world.
Bloody Angelina could feel the Kage's scroll in the pocket of her pants, scroll in which was a rather important mission for her village. Mah, she'd take care of it once she'd be done with her Xzeno training. She had first to find Laria, from the Xzeno and get her to teach her.

Xzeno. Name she hated so much and that she needed almost desperately. Her blood was uneasy, unreast full, pumping in her veins whenever she was in a battle. It was a torture, she needed to release her powers soon, to dissipate this feeling from her body and mind. Laria, the wife of Forsaken Heaven's Kage, cruel rumored man, who was known for being without mercy and some of her sources had even told her he was after Orochimaru's works...She would have to be wary of him. She respected his strength and would keep on doing so until she'd see that she could beat him. Madam Red was someone who would only serve the one who is stronger than her - her actual Kage was an exception for now because she payed her. And Blood was a tricky place to be too...
"I will make your blood fall like a magnificent shower of rain, rain, rain..." she sung silently to herself, smirking at the image of someone's blood falling from the sky upon her.

Madam Red was so deep in thoughts that she didn't notice that she was about to bump into someone...

Shinji had been walking in the forest for quite some time being on his way back to Swamp after he had accomplished another assassination mission. It was a long way back to Swamp so he found out that there was a town nearby where he could rest and continue the next day. Hattori disliked staying too much time away from home and preferred being on his own territory rather on those far away missions which he had lately been assigned to but in the end it was his duty to his village. Shinji heard rattling noises and soon enough voices of people. The ninja was approaching the town of Mabushii.

It was busy with people, mostly traders who were offering their goods loudly. Shinji continued through his quest to find a place to sleep at wandering and looking for an inn when a strange feeling stunned him and he stopped in one place. Intent and presence of a murderer. Not well concealed. The chuunin cowered his presence and blend with the crowd trying to locate the target that was emitting so much negative feelings in the air. Guess Shinji wasn't going to rest so easily.

"God damn faith." He muttered underneath his breath while looking around still in search for his target. Although a great hunter nin, Shinji lacked one of the most distinguished traits of a hunter nin - sensoring. But yet he had years of training to improve his awareness.
While tilting his head from side to side he accidentally bumped into a figure that was dressed rather...unique compared to everyone else. The Hattori took a glance at her eyes and he felt a heart shock. He had located the target. Shinji quickly regained his composure and as he stood up he offered hand to the woman to stand up.
"My bad." He simply said being fully on guard for any sudden reaction from her.

This place....was nothing. Nothing in this village, Mabushii they called it, mattered. At least not from what Kruin saw as he strolled through the crowd, arms hanging loosely at his sides and a look of indifference on his face. What a waste of life here. He imagined himself walking through the streets of a village of Kaguyas..That was a pleasant thought and one he would one day see as a reality. A small smile crossed his lips as he thought.

He noticed he was walking a few people behind a very ....stressed looking swamp nin. A Chunin whom Kurin had never spoken to. Regardless he seemed to be looking for something and it appeared to have him...for lack of another description , spooked. Then as he observed the man, he and a women bumped into one another. Silly of a swamp shinobi to be so careless, even though he quickly recovered and looked to the women he had knocked down.

The surprise was evident to Kurin, as if the man had seen a ghost the color drained form his face. He quickly recovered and offered her his hand but Kurin had seen the expression. Who was she to him to cause such a reaction? Things in Mabushii had just gotten a tad but more interesting. At least enough to delay his journey back to the Swamp. He leaned his back agiant a wall across from the two, and observed with his arms folded across his chest to see what would become of this as people walked all around them.

Madam Red was quite shaken from the fall. Had she been that deep in thoughts to let someone with such obvious presence bump into her? Ah well, she wasn't in the mood of getting into a fight right now - not when she needed to find eventual allies for her village. The money she'd get from the information gathering was quite appealing to buy new clothes with. Plus, from the head band she saw on the young man, he was from the village of the Swamps.
Interesting...

She flashed a smile at him and gave herself quite a clumsy look. Her whole murderous aura was gone and she even managed to suppress her chakra to the point that she seemed to be only a simple kunochi without any strong power. She let her medical hip pouch being obviously seen at her side, showing the young man an image of a non-offensive person. And good thing was that she never wore her headband nor village symbol on her. As an ANBU, that was out of the question either way.

"Ah, sorry, sorry Handsome. I didn't watch where I was going."
Bloody Angelina scrambled up and dusted her pants and red jacket off. She was too brightly clothed too to even look serious as shinobi, she mildly realized. This was a perfect "disguise". She let her red eyes take a softer look and even let it sparkle while she gave the guy a good look.
He was a chuunin. Too strong presence to be lower ranked and yet too weak to be a jounin or even special jounin. He had a sword at his side, probably his main weapon in battle - she wouldn't be surprised it had some special technique.
"I'm sorry for having bumped into you~" she finally added, giving him quite a charming smile.

The sudden urge to kill and hunger for blood disappeared in this air but Shinji did not let his reaction show on his face so he went with the play.
"Ah, sorry, sorry Handsome. I didn't watch where I was going."
Hattori could swear he had read similiar lines in books about nymphs in traditional history of the ninja world. The chuunin noticed a medical pouch there deducing she might be a doctor...or a medical ninja ? Question arose in his head, he was sure that she was the one that emitted the presence but could have he mistaken. It has been more than once that the superiors noted him about his weak sensorship compared to his teammates.

The woman looked around his age and was pretty but the questions kept rising. Something urged Shinji to continue the conversation and get to the bottom of this.
"No." He said with a slight smile after she apologized. "It's my fault, I was looking for a place to sit and relax a bit, do you know any ?"
Hattori knew he was getting himself in something dangerous ,or at least it felt that way, as he tried to round her up for a 'casual' conversation that would make her reveal herself to him, not literally of course.

This is all very dull, maybe he should just move on and go back to the village. These thoughts pass through his head as he watches the two get up and make small talk. Kurin pushes off the wall closing his eyes and turning to walk with the crowd away from, intending to go back to the swamp. He takes two small steps in that direction and freezes, his eyes snapping open in a sharp expression. He knows of this "Red" women. He turns his head and looks at them again.

"That boy has no idea who he is talking to.."he thinks to himself as he weighs what he should do. Does he care enough to look out for his fellow villager? He closes his eyes for a moment and pinches the bridge of his nose in as he makes up his mind.

He comes through the crowd like a ghost, swiftly moving through the crowd, using them for cover as he approached from the side. This was a rare opportunity. This was Madam Red, if he wasn't mistaken. A Very deadly merc. It's not everyday you meet someone like this unless they are trying to kill you. and if she was here, she may be looking to kill someone and if it was him, which he doubted cause no one would know of his presence here, then it'd be best to keep some tabs on her for a bit. Or at least while she was with a Swamp shinobi.

Arriving at the side of them, closer to the swamp nin he didn't know, he spoke "Are you both alright? I saw you both fall and wanted to make sure everything was....alright here."

He gazed at Madam Red, never looking at the Swamp nin, but calmly calculating her and watching her reactions and moves. He wondered if he would be recognized as he had recognized her. He may not be a mercenary he still had made a name for himself. His expression remained calm and neutral, revealing nothing of his thoughts to either her nor the other swamp nin.

He never took his eyes off the woman before him, although his body language was neutral, his eyes were calculating as he watched her and processed what might and might not happen. She introduced herself as Angelina....that was a believed alias of the one known as Madam Red, whom he suspected her to be, and now he was almost certain of who he was dealing with. No need in acting unless he was given a reason though. His fellow swamp nin introduced himself and then Kurin could feel the eyes and attention of both of them on him. He had to be careful, but when was he ever not careful.

"I'm glad your alright Ms. Durless. I can see why you would associated Mr. Shinji with the Hidden Swamp, why might I ask would you associate me with that Village?"

He spoke in a clam tone, the crowd's noise behind him. He didn't have a problem giving his name and would eventually. But she had associated him with the swamp Before knowing his name which ment she may have some fore-knowledge of him. How much of him did she know he wondered as he watched her.

Across the way from where the strange three people were a group of children crowded around a white haired woman wearing a long blue and white kimono. The woman was smiling as each child came up with an ailments. The white haired lady would close her eyes and rest her hands on the children and surged chakra through them, healing them

"Thanks Miss Raina!!" One of the girls bowed and ran off with her sisters and slowly one by one the kids went their own ways. Raina stood and picked up a black lion cub. "Oh Pyro, i've missed traveling and helping the villagers from everywhere." The lion cub growled and turned his bright gold eyes to across the street. Rain looked and saw a woman dressed in red, she sensed something very.. familar yet dark about her. Then the two males. She grew concerened but decided to stay quiet and observe them. "How strange.. A meeting of shinobi in a small village like this.."

Shinji was taking his time observing and memorizing the woman infront of him while she was busy focusing on Kurin. His patience was slowly deserting him and the chuunin had thoughts of going straightly to the point even if it meant threatening her but since a superior ninja of his village was here, Shinji was aware that he should not do any sort of stupid moves and get both of the ninjas in danger. She might have some 'friends' around here too. Although at first Angelina looked harmless something made Shinji not believe it and felt more in danger than when he had felt the murderous presence around.

"Well should we be going?"

The question came out of nowhere and struck the chuunin. Shinji did not want to get going until he found out what he was looking for and this mysterious woman surely had to do something with all of this but the Swamp jounin might have a plan about this all. The Hattori simply nodded not leaving his eyes from Angelina and before he turned around he scratched his head and slightly touched the hilt of his katana which reassured his safety. When he turned his back to her he felt an imminent danger and his right hand was itchy to unsheath his katana at any moment. The assassin remained silent following Kurin's moves and trying to anticipate them so he could know what was to be done.

Madam Red immediately draped her arms around those of the two males with a large smile.
"Let me accompany you two. I am quite interested into hearing stories about your experiences as shinobi. Or would it be too much of a trouble for you to have the little me being around with you?"
She gave them pleading eyes, eyes that no male had resisted yet, hoping that those two would fall for it too. Both of the were tense, she could feel it from their pulse, pulse she had been able to feel quickly while grabbing their arms. She would have to keep on playing with a lot of attention; even the chuunin felt that something was amiss.
Madam Red was confident in her acting skills. She knew that everyone knew about a Madam Red in the shinobi world but Angelina Durless, person who should have died years ago, had never been linked to her yet. And that wasn't about to happen soon, since no one, who had made the link had survived from it yet. Bloody Angelina had made sure of that - her name, Durless, the one of her past, the name of her sister would remain pure, while Madam Red would only get more and more stains upon hers. So had it been written for her, so it would remain.

Then, she felt another presence, that of another woman. She hadn't tried to interact with them yet, but Bloody Angelina knew she would have to at some point - she was the Forsaken's Kage's wife, was she not?...

Raina observed that the younger shinobi was rather uncomfortable around the two others. Pyro mewed and jumped out of thte priestess's arms and ran towards the ninja. "P-Pyro!" She squeak and took a step forward before she saw that Pyro was growling right under the older male shinobi. Xzeno familars were masters at sensing what kind of person people were. If Pyro growled she instantly thought something bad was going on. Taking a look around the village people were going about her business. She would have to question them without a scene.

The white haired female walked up to the lion cub and picked him up. Pulling her hair behind her left ear she smiled, "Uh.. Hello. Might I be so bold as to ask who you three are and why you are here..?

The chuunin of swamp automatically touched the hilt of his sword as the arms of the mysterious woman surrounded both of the swamp ninjas. She broke his guard too easily. Not good and impatience was running in Shinji's veins. The Hattori was used to be cold as ice back when he was a ruthless hunter nin but this woman shrouded his perception somehow made him nervous and also very curious. Shinji felt the attention of someone on them and that someone Shinji was sure to be another mysterious figure.

Shinji Hattori's attention was taken at the sudden appearance of a ...lion cub ? He swiftly unsheath his katana and pointed it at the growling lion cub with no remorse in his heart. If the cub was to attack he was going to slice it down and then turn around and threaten the red woman behind him. But the cub did not attack yet it was focused on the Kaguya. Although Shinji was pointing his katana at the cub his attention was focused on the woman who had her arms on him and the Kaguya but the appearance of a white dressed lady which did introduce herself but quickly asked questions and taking the lion cub.

"It's rude not introduce yourself and letting your pet attack strangers." Shinji pointed his katana at the lady infront and now was focused on the new comer. The whole situation was weird and the chuunin was conteplating whether he should leave it to his instincts and kill or remain sane. In the end sanity won his inner battle but his katana was no longer going to be sheath until this mist of mystery was waved away.

"Unless you happen to know the woman that is behind us, you can't know our names and our intentions." The chuunin firmly said although when he focused his eyes on the face of the newcomer something inside made him think she was very familiar but how hard he tried to find out why was she so familiar he failed so he gave up.

Raina frowned as the younger male pointed his katana at her familar and refused her the imformation she sought. Then they addressed that she had failed to introduce herself. She blinked and laughed. "Oh my. It seems I acted so rude out of curiousity." Rain bowed with Pyro in her arms. "I am Priestess Raina Kanakosa." She stood straight and focused her attention on the red lady. Something so familar.. She could only sense it. Then looking to the two strange males she concluded they were not ordinary ninja from around these parts. Pyro hopped onto her shoulder and rested, still baring his fangs at the three strangers.

It seemed that Angelina was having some sort of personal war with Kurin constantly insisting on having her hand on his arm like she had hers on Shinji's arm. The chuunin, a bit late, also removed her hand from him and took an annoyed glimpse at the persistent woman who was shrouded with mystery.
About the appearance of the white haired lady and her annoying cub brought even more mystery in the whole situation.

Why the hell were they bowing to her ?

Shinji was sure that he had nothing to do with any sort of chain of command that the Hattori was involved in so he simply sheath his sword moved a few steps to the side thus remaining at the same distance away from the priestess and further away from the persistent Angelina. His hand went down again far from his hilt but it was ready to quickly grab it and draw the sword again. Shinji never liked priests,priestesses, monks and such people.

Kurin, his superior, still on guard decided to pick the peaceful option rather than shed needless blood for now. He suggested that all of them should have a nice little discussion away from the curious eyes and ears. Shinji agreed although even if he didn't he had to obey.
"I agree." He simply stated with a nod and felt his calmness and composure returning back to him.

As Angelina left the scene with Kurin, Shinji turned from a on guard ninja to a sleepy ninja. He hadn't slept for some time and the priestess and her cub were not something of interest to him. Kurin's sudden sexual attraction to Angelina did not really matter to Shinji and he didn't believe Kurin would be back anytime soon as he said.
Maybe it was time to head back home where he felt safe and warm. Warm ? Ok it was kind of cold there but he felt warm.

Shinji decided he'd take a sleep on the boat that he'd take to cross the big lake and reach Swamp. Reading lately some newspapers he found out that the Marsh country had suddenly witnessed an increase in crime and criminals. The chuunin believed that when he was back he was going to be tasked with such an annoying task as cleaning pests.

"Keep that puppy away from me." Shinji told the priestess and yawned. " Sorry to leave you. No...wait actually I am sorry that my superior found that damn Angelina way hotter than you cause well...I share his opinion on this matter though. I don't find you not one bit attractive and in a matter of fact you'd more suit me as a mother of mine...or sister. Whatever you are just copying my damn hair color aren't you ? Fine. Well I told you what I wanted to tell you."

Shinji was really sleepy and spun around turning his back to the priestess and leaving her as he headed towards the nearest docks.
"Good night." He waved his hand. " Huh ? I mean Good Bye."

The chuunin snickered as dashed away.
" Guess I do have some acting skills. " He said to himself but there was no lie that sleepiness was catching up to him and he had to reach the docks as soon as possible as long as he did not want to feint in the damn forest and get eaten while he was asleep!!
