-Star Genin Arc-
Nenshou was once a genin of the Star, his home village. He was trained by a jounin named Zahur, which came him his first sword, the Tinenuki. He was taught to master techniques, and became a very intermediate swordsman.
-Star - Grass Exchange Arc-
During his second year as genin (Age: 13), his sister and the Hoshikage, Amatarasu started a genin exchange program with the Grass villlage. He was sent to the Grass village, where he was put onto a team with a young man named Kazuki Shikimori and a girl named Ayameko Hirosaki. He learned many usuful techniques from that point in his life, but he was then taken away to Sound along with his teammate Kazuki.
-New Team Sound-
During his time, he was put on a team with the 1st Otokage's daughter, Akane Hana Kouseitan'i and Kazuki. Although he would not admit, he had a secret crush on her, (which he's obviously outgrown.) but decided to let Kazuki have her since she preffered him. He received private training from the 2nd Otokage, Rock Lee, in which he was able to open up to the 3rd gate. He then decided to head back to Star, saying that he missed his family.
-Goodbye Arc-
After returning to Star and settling, he decided that he needed to do some solo training. He left the Star village, to train himself, mentally and psychally.

Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.

Kusanagi no Tsurugi • Chidorigatana is a Ninjutsu technique used by Sasuke and Nenshou. Using his Katana, the shinobi will create Lightning chakra which he will transmit into the sword. The metal will amplify the lightning current, making the blade almost unstoppable. This causes the sword to take on Chidori's natural ability to cut through almost anything. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter the attacks.

This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Omote Renge is a Taijutsu technique which was forbidden due to the strain it puts on a ninja's body. By opening the first of the Celestial Gates, the Initial Gate, the ninja is able to release the restraints in the brain and push the body farther. In Lee's case, he was able to increase his speed and power. To utilize the Omote Renge, Lee first loosens the bandages around his arm. With a quick dash he is suddenly below his target and a quick upward kick sends his opponent skyward. Lee then jumps into the air to place his chest to the back of his opponent. He then wraps his arms and the bandages around his opponent to prevent escape. As the pair begin their fall back to earth, Lee begins to spin downwards at a high rate of speed, driving his opponent head first into the ground. At the last moment Lee himself releases the bandages and jumps to the clear. Though the technique injures his opponent, it also takes its toll on Lee's body as well. Unlike Lee, Nenshou will bind his oponnent with chakra embedded metal wire.
