Summonings: Lala-Ru is a strong wind elemental. She can take many forms, but in her true and more powerful form, Lala-Ru is seen as a giant butterfly. In her pre metamorphic stage, a swarm of multiple smaller butterflies, they attack with the small blades on the edges of their wings.

Jutsu:
Fuuton, or Wind Element, takes the form of wind based attacks. These can be huge gusts or sustained wind storms. Wind is typically a specialized offensive element, good for close to mid-range attacks. As well Doton, or Earth Element, takes the form of earth and mud based attacks. These can be walls made from mud or the ninja maneuvering herself below ground to attack their opponent from below. Earth can change the hardness composition of objects, making something hard as steel or soft as clay. Additionally, with her advanced form of Doton Jutsu, she can control living earth; trees, vines, plants, etc...
Shousen no Jutsu: a medical ninja to heal wounds by creating a healing chakra in their hands. The ninja is highly skilled; they are able to heal more critical injuries. (Only used out of battle)
Flower Petal Dissolve: the flower petal technique is a Genjutsu. If Despina becomes trapped in a Genjutsu or wants to appear to be trapped she can disperse into a shower of flower petals. With this technique these petals will fly around and consume her targets, dissolving their bodies away.
Flower Petal Escape: This flower petal technique is a Genjutsu. If Despina comes under attack, she can use this technique to cover her escape. After forming the needed hand seals, Despina's body will disperse into a shower of flower petals. These petals will confuse and distract her opponent while she escapes or hides.
Binding Earth (Vines): This earth technique is a Genjutsu technique. After forming the needed hand seals, Vines will grow out of the ground, and wrap and bind her opponent; leaving the enemy motionless. With the enemy in the illusion that they cannot move; Despina is free to perform her finisher.
Binding Earth (Rock Coffin): This is a ninjutsu technique in which, after the appropriate hand signs are preformed, the earth beneath the opponent will split. The enemy will then fall into a pit. The ground will then quickly bury the opponent and harden; incasing them inside a tomb of hardened earth. It takes even the strongest ninja to escape this attack.
Wind Blades: This is a ninjutsu technique, in which Despina will manipulate chakra forming winds that will swirl around her blades. This increases the power of her attacks, as well as her speed.
Tornado Blades: After performing the ninjutsu technique Wind Blades, Despina will rotate her blades rapidly, creating a tornado to destroy her enemies. This can be combined with a fire technique of another user in order to increase damage.
Fuuja Houin: This is a Fuuinjutsu technique used to counter-act the effects of a cursed seal. The ninja writes the needed seal characters on the ground and body of the person cursed with the seal. The ninja then forms the needed hand seals and places his hand over the cursed seal and then activates the written seal. The seal characters will then retreat to surround the cursed seal in a circular seal. Though the Fuuja Houin can work well against lesser seals, it will not be able to fully stop a cursed seal placed by a powerful, skilled ninja.
Rasengan - Spiral Sphere: This is a famous ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage. The technique is unlike other jutsu in that it does not require any handseals, it just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact.Finishers:
Muon Satsujin Jutsu, the ability to commit a silent homicide, is a technique to dispatch your foe with no warning. Quick speed and skills will instantly kill them before they can provide a defense. This is a technique that Despina was taught by Mokoto.
Petal Hurricane: A ninjutsu technique in which Despina focuses the chakra throughout her being to manipulate the element of earth and wind. A hurricane combined with razor sharp petals will consume the opponent causing extreme damage to their vitals; rendering the opponent helpless.
Equipment:
Two giant oversized spiked blades: Maila Kari. Ancient Blades that generate wind when swung. They were taken from the village of the wind deity and lost when they were transferred into the hands of a European noble. On top of their sturdy construction and sharp spikes and blade, they respond to and bind to their wielder’s spirit; becoming even heavier and sharper.
Chakra Control Device - This device developed in the Snow Country, can be used to suck out the chakra of a captured enemy combatant. This will prevent them from using chakra to create jutsu. The device also creates an impenetrable wall around the prisoner, preventing them from removing the device. Despina doesn’t use this often, mostly because they are hard to create and expensive to buy.
HyourouGan (Soldier Provision Pills) - When the soldier pill is swallowed, it allows the ninja to fight for several days without rest. The pill is full of proteins and a special stimulant that momentarily increases the ninja's chakra. Despina doesn’t use this often, mostly because they are hard to create and expensive to buy.
Exploding Note - The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper which has script on it that serves to faciltate its explosive properties. The ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log. When the note is set it begins a slow burn which results in a large explosion.
File - A file is normally hidden within the clothing of the ninja, if captured, the file can be withdrawn from its secret location to file and cut through metal. Despina normally uses this for her nails, but it’s really handy in combat.
Scrolls – Despina uses this to summon items or people to her aid.
Kunai - This throwing knife is one of the common weapons of a ninja. It is often kept in a holster on the leg in a pouch attached to the belt. The Kunai can be used in conjunction with explosive tags and other weapons to form deadly combos.
Shuriken - Another common weapon, the shuriken is often kept in a holster on the leg or in a pouch attached to the belt
Windmill Shuriken - In its folded state, all four arms of the shuriken are folded together. When full unfolded the large shuriken can be thrown through the air causing great damage.
Outfit:
Despina has lavender colored waist-length hair and purple eyes. She wears a royal blue and grey outfit. (see avatar)
Strengths: Despina is intelligent, ridiculously strong, and fast.
Weaknesses: Because Depina’s blades are heavy, she is often off balance. She is very naïve and very random (which sometimes works to her advantage).
