| Background Description:The Sougon clan is a long forgotten clan that originated in Yamigakure No Sato[Village Hidden in the Darkness].The clan was very well known in the Shinobi Nations,which proved to be a problem.The Yamikage had fears of the clan's prosper,knowing it would be too powerful if allowed to continue existence.Thus,he gave orders to have them killed.It was done as ordered,but there were further issues.Yamigakure No Sato wasn't the only Nation that had Sougon Clan Members,infact,there were many of them spreaded all over the world.It was too late to stop it now.Even if they sent forms to kill the Sougons',they would've had too many to kill.Thus,the Sougon became a Permanent Clan!
