Renga is the brother of Jiga and Ruiga. He is also the mastermind of the coup de'tat in the Land of Vegetables which resulted in the death of its daimyo. Of all the brothers, he had the most twisted worldview, and believed most strongly in using people for his own ends. Following the death of Ruiga and Jiga, Renga attacked Naruto Uzumaki and Haruna.

He wondered why Naruto would risk so much to protect Haruna, and why Haruna would stand between him and Naruto. After using his special jutsu so many times, Naruto managed come up with a way to counter it and reflect it off his forehead protector, and wounded him so badly that he was unable to continue fighting. Haruna was about to kill him to avenge her father, but was unable to go through with it. What happened to Renga after that remains unknown.

Strengths: Renga uses Ice element, which is a combo of Water and Wind. With his ice element Renga can freeze Water Ninjutsu and use a large wall of ice to block against most Jounin level Wind Ninjutsu. Also with his ice release he is able to block weapons as well as harden his skin with a layer of Ice Armor. With the Ice Ninjutsu, Renga can easily block and knock away Fire Ninjutsu.

weakness's: Because Renga uses Ice Element, which is a combo of Water and Wind, Lightning Ninjutsu is able to crack and destroy the ice, while the wind stops the attack mid-way. Also Earth Ninjutsu is strong against Renga.
Abilities:
Ice Disk
Like his brothers, Renga has a very unique special jutsu presumably only he can use. In a manner similar to Haku's special clan ability, Renga has the ability to create ice. By focusing his chakra to condense moisture particles in the air, he can form thin and transparent disks of ice. These disks have several uses. They can be hurled with tremendous blunt force at a target, which will be hard to dodge because of their transparency. They can also be strung together to spy on areas both far and hidden from a distance. They also have a defensive purpose of creating highly durable shields or disks to stand on to "float". By forming the ice into a large lens, he can hover in the sky to focus the rays of the sun, which can focus into a powerful beam capable of melting and exploding the pinpointed area.

Ice Release
Other then Renga's signature attack, Ice Disk Technique, Renga has shown potential to use more chakra based Ice Ninjutsu. It is unknown if this is possable due to the fact Renga's conclusion is unknown.

Using Solar Energy
Shown in the manga while Renga was hovering on his ice disk, Renga was able to channel rays from the sun through his ice disk to intensify the beams causing severe blast of sunlight, resulting in intense fire.

While the short period of time that Renga was shown in the anime, Like the other brothers in the Janin Team Renga was able to move with quick speed. Each of the brothers had a special ability. Renga's role was more speed then the other two brothers, also allowing him to use quick hand seals. Jiga on the other hand had more strength then the other two, also which played a part in his Magnetic ninja Arts. And the final member, Ruiga was a water ninjutsu user, And summoned fish which he combined in his jutsu while fighting.

The user can then trap their opponent within the ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in the ice. This jutsu is strong enough to withstand basic fire jutsu, because the ice has already been infused with the user's chakra. This allows this jutsu to double as a defensive technique.

As the arrow is made Renga releases it and sends it flying at the target.

Even though the armor is extremley strong attacks such as Rasengan and Chidori can break through it, but it takes most of the damage so Renga is only hurt by twenty percent of the attack.

This is a technique that is used by the sound genin. They move at the "speed of sound", as mentioned by Dosu, which goes unnoticed, as everyone notices what happened a couple of moments later. This is seen when the sound genin attack Kabuto at a high speed, and no one notices that they had moved yet.

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique. The Body Flicker Technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin), Water Body Flicker (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin), Fire Body Flicker (火瞬身, Hi-Shunshin) and Leaf Body Flicker (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin).

Flying Body Movement is a quick speed move invented by Renga. With this movement, Renga enchanced his Body Flicker allowing him to move in a quick and easy way. Flying Body Movement also leaves a trail of smoke to where Renga moves too, making the dodge easy but also showing where he is.

The Shadow of the Dancing Leaf is a Taijutsu technique that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. Since this is the opponents blind spot, the user can have various ways of executing the dance with a variety of combos in almost any fashion. Rock Lee uses the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf to place his opponent into a position to do his Front Lotus technique. Sasuke would go on to copy this move to set up his opponent for his Lion Combo. Sasuke could however use the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf after he copied it with his Sharingan, but because he hadn't had the same training as Lee, he couldn't avoid the body strain the technique carries.

With this jutsu, the user is able to intercept and counter an oncoming taijutsu technique by raising the knee, and driving the elbow downwards at the same time. This catches the attacking limb between his two limbs, and drives the elbow down with great force, effectively shattering the bone. Genshou used this technique to "break" Rock Lee's Leaf Whirlwind by intercepting Lee's attacking leg. Even though Lee's ankle was not broken due to protection from his ankle weight, he was forced to completely halt his training until the injury was healed.

Jade Ice is a very advanced form of ice fused with Solar Energy.With the solar energy keeping the ice heated while ice chakra is freezing it, the heat and cold mix and cause extreme pressure on the ice. With the solar energy the ice glows a piunkish purple. Renga uses this new ice to create a large mirror like wall surrounding him to catch and block oncoming attacks. This is ice harder then ice and almost as strong as daimond.

Jade Ice: Sparkling Hell Pillars (Suishōhyō: Kōe Ganchūrō)

With his Jade Ice Techniaues, Renga fuses ice pillars which expldoe all over the ground around him in the enemy with light, the light can act as a censor and detects motion as well as solar light expelled from the pillars can cause severe burns. The pillars rays barely hurt the target and just leave a small burn, but when the pillars are coming up is when the deadlies moment is there, causing severe destruction.
