Site Rules, BELIEVE IT!!

First off we need to lay down the base rules.....

Please realize that this RP is 300 years after Naruto, so please play along with the plot to make the RP enjoyable. Also pick a village and stay there, we don't want helter-skelter runaways all over the forum. Finally if you are leaving a village you must say where you are going and how long it takes, you cannot just vanish and appear in another village two seconds later, that's cheating. Type a post on how you are traveling to the next village before you post in the village.

1. Respect everyone. This includes mods and admins respecting other people.
2. Listen to admins and mods. If they are being unreasonable, then pm Icisia Ekisho. She'll handle the situation.
3. Advertising is allowed but only in the advertisements area.
4. NO GODMODDING. Here's the RP rules:

DON'T godmod! Examples of godmodding would be:

1. Auto-hitting.
2. Using an attack that your RP character is clearly not capable of yet.
3. Claiming to have something (bloodline..jutsu.. etc.) that you clearly and obviously cannot have or use.
4. Ignoring another person's post/attack.
5. Use common sense. It's pretty hard for a genin to hit a jounin..
6. When in character, try not to use faces like ^^ o.o xD too much.. It's ok, it just sometimes bothers some people.
7. When you are RPing and say you have to do something irl. DON'T just say it!! Use parentheses () and say OOC. OOC means Out Of Character. This is so people know you aren't in character and you're just chatting.

BE DESCRIPTIVE!!! The more descriptive your post is.. the better. Example.. we want posts like this.

Ai takes out two kunai and points them at the enemy ahead of her. "You end here." In an instant, she runs towards her enemy swinging both kunai rapidly in front of her as she prepares to take a slash at him/her.

You don't have to type like that you can use your action marks.. *~([.. w/e works. Just make sure it's descriptive and easy to understand. We don't want to see posts like this:

*runs up and slahses his head off before he can even move* HA so thats how its gonna end huh? <--- MAJOR godmodding.

With finishers you can auto-hit, but both have to agree on the outcome or it has to try and be dodged/blocked. If disagreed upon pm a mod to handle the fight outcome. They will determine who wins/loses.

When battling: You are given 2 days to reply to a battle. If not, you forfeit. This is so battles don't die and the other person is never declared winner.

Aaaand finally... don't have a senseless and pointless argument over who godmodded and who won!!! The mods/admins will decide that so just RP and have fun =]

Realize WE ARE 300 YEARS IN THE FUTURE. Okay now you may say:
Question: "Does that mean we can have laser weapons?"
The answer will be: "No. Be you may have chakra weapons, but you must explain how you got them and how do they function. Failure to do so will be an immediate denied stamp."

Question: "Do we really have to RP out us traveling?"
Answer: "Yes, yes you do. Reason why because we are not on the same continent nor are the distances that close that you can appear instantaneously on another continent friggin half way across the world. Not only is that god moddish its also retarded simply because there is no object (Besides light, AND YOU CAN NOT USE LIGHT TO GET PLACES INSTANTANEOUSLY SO DONT ASK!!!!) can get to another continent half way across the world. So please dont be noobish and just rp your way to your destination. You can still train and spar people along the way."

So yea that should be all if there are any more rules i'll tell you.

New Rule:

Only staff and the member who is creating the charector are allowed to post in character apps/bloodine appilcations which means in the ninja regesterion or bloodline regesterion! Please do not make us have to do the extra work of having to deleted your post out of the application area for not having you as a mod, if you find a problem that you think a mod or admin should look at. THEN PM THEM!, END OF STORY!!

Rule about characters:

* People can have as many characters as they want, as long as they all stay active

* You can only have two characters in the same village.

* Characters can be on the same account

* From now on, the admins must be informed of ALL alts, so they can keep a list of who is who.

New Rule about Advanced Elements;

I'm sorry to inform you all, but from this point on people can not just train advanced elements. There are four ways to learn an Advanced Element.

• Buy the element in the market place(Must do two training posts each with 250 words in it regardless of how many advanced elements you already have)
  
• Learn the element from someone who already knows it(Must train element in RP going by the training post rules above)
  
• Get the element from a clan/special ability(Depending on your rank, by gaining it this way you can auto-gain at sign up or train it in forum on your own)
  
• Win it in an event(Auto-gain no training necessary)
