Description:
Magnetic Impluse is a highly skilled technique used by the Hirusuna Clan. With it they can do the following thing listed below.

Deflection/ Blocking: Magnetic Impluse is a magnetic pull around a object, thus two of the Threemain states of matter are deflectable. Solids and Liquids have a state in which they can be deflected, thus Earth and Water Jutsu can be deflected with effort, but this has a high cost. To defect a attack involves a high level amount of Magnetic Energy, so it would take a Chuunin Level member of the clan to use a magnetic jutsu strong enough to block earth and water. But weaker types of the elements can be blocked with magnetic jutsu if under a genin level. Also with magnetic Impluse, the user can reflect kunai and other weapons.

Magnetic Ninja Arts: This ability enables the user to turn anything he touches into a magnet, allowing him a variety of attacks against there enemies, such as attracting metal weapons to his target. They can activate or deactivate there own body's magnetism, ensuring that he is not affected by his technique. The potential risk of his technique is exploited when Hinata Hyuga introduces an interfering electric current into his chakra, causing him to become a powerful magnet. The third Kazekage was said to be so skilled at using magentic arts he could control sand and magnetism to make iron sand.


Weakness: As listed Magentic Impluse cannot deflect one of the three regular states of matter, Gas, but also the final stage which is plasma (fire and lightning) cannot be deflected. So wind, Lightning and fire can fight off the magnetic attacks. On the other side it takes a lot of chakra to use magnetic jutsu.
