Bio: Born into a dying clan, Kaisui was giving up along with his twin brother Kyoshiro for adoption by his parents because they were being hunted down and they didn't know if they were going to make and even if they did they din't want him to live a life in hiding or on the run after being named by them. Adopted by a fuedal lord Kai was at first schooled in politics and the likes as well as business. However at the age of 10 young Kai happened to be in perhaps the right place at the right time causing him to discover what happened to his birth parents. This cause Kai a great deal of mental stress creating a split personality in him. This second personality is once full of rage that is constantly fighting to be unleashed. Because of this his adoptive father felt the life of a ninja a life better suited for Kaisui as it gave him a chance to be close to his deceased family and at the same time an chance to unleash his pent up rage in the mean time he runs the country until he dies leaving it as Kai's inheritence. So now we find Kai currently a student in the ninja academy learning the ways of a ninja.

Also twin chakra infused pistols each reflecting the names they bear.(Kaisui reflecting Ocean water and Kumosora reflecting a clouded sky) Also Chakra pills, food pills and blood pills and an electric guitar that can also be transformed into a sword, gun or sythe.

Strengths: high IQ, speed equal to that of Rock Lee in his fifth gate released state, splits in personality, strength, mednin level chakra control, and bijuu level chakra and stamina pools(ten tails worth. Only has access to five tails worth when good and all ten when evil)

Weakness: at times can be to stubborn, and his splits in personality sometimes get the better of him, chakra control tends to slip during the switches between personalities which can prove fatal should his personality shift suddenly with out his conscience doing.

Abilities: teleportation without use of chakra when evil side is in control, unmatched speed in preforming kenjutsu, taijutsu and ninjutsu

Shadow Strike: This is an A rank kenjutsu created by Kaisui. This
attack transports me past an opponet at an extreme speed it appear as if I
teleported a great distance past opponet and cutting clean through them with a
clean slash from my sword wraped in a dark aura as I pass by them.This attack
leaves behind a trail of black smoke and dancing white lightning from the place
of contact to the place the I end up if the opponet isn't fast and powerful
enough to counter the the cutting slash.

Name: Eight Gates (八門, Hachimon; English TV "The Eight Inner Gates")

The Eight Gates are eight specific points on a person's Chakra Pathway System. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By opening these gates, the user can surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own bodies.
Rock Lee is able to open the first five gates. Guy, who taught Lee the skill, is able to open at least six. Kakashi can open at least one gate, as shown during Kakashi's one-handed rock climbing where a shot of his brain shows the relevant point activating, as well as in his usage of the Front Lotus.
The state of having all Eight Gates open is known as Eight Gates Released Formation (八門遁甲の陣, Hachimon Tonko no Jin). Any shinobi who activates this state will temporarily gain powers greater than a Kage, but they will die because of the damage done to their body. However, in Naruto Shippūden 2: Bonds, Shinnō managed to use a technique that allowed him to open all the gates without any drawbacks.

By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack. Being a Lightning Release ninjutsu, it requires a large amount of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply.

Shadow strike is not approved because it's major godmodd for slicing and killing ur enemy without them being able to anything about it!

Approved for the eight gates aswell as the lighting hound is approved but kotaro hojo has the five prong seal you shud steal his format for the jutsu but that is approved too

Description: Utilizing both wind and fire elemental chakra Kaisui draws in the air in the atmosphere creating a wind vortex around himself. After this vortex is created he super heats it with fire and then controlling the vortex with wind natured chakra, he expels it all around him that scorches everything it passes by leaving the area a dried up wasteland.

Description: A fire style jutsu created by Kaisui, that creates a thick mist that begins to seep out the ground in front of him that spans out 30 meters before igniting into icy blue flames that would dance around before freezing in place than heating up and resume the dance at 2 minute intervals after flashing thru the need seals and placing any of his palms on the ground as if summoning.

Description: This technique allows Kai to instantly teleport himself anywhere as well as teleport objects and others provided he's touching them and wants them to be teleported with him. This technique was invented after his brother recreated the Flying Thunder God technique as a means of keeping up with him. The Shimmer technique is the technique of Kaisui's good half that and it burns up about 2/8th a tails worth of chakra for him to use. However the Dark Shimmer technique of his evil half doesn't require any chakra from him just a desperate wanting to relocate instantly. Both technique makes a signature whirling noise as the fabric of space/and time is ripped apart upon teleporting, the dark one however also cause the area to ripple with dark energy.

and executes seven stabbing motions before twirling backwards charging elemental chakra into their sword and finishes off the combo pulling off the Chakra Rave.

Description: By channeling lightning based natured chakra into sheathed blade the user is able to build up a staggering amount of static electricity with in the atmosphere that it creates tunnels within the electro maganetic fields within the area the attack is being used leading to all things giving off a high aura or chakra signature that the user than locks on to which ever one(s) the user chooses as well as creates a protective barrier around the user while they gather the needed amount of chakra. The barrier however only lasts two post.. Once that is done the user than unsheates the blade slowly bringing it up above their heads before cutting thru the air savagely bringing the blade across their body causing the lightning in the atmosphere to gather up and combine with the lightning being released from the blade forming a dragon that travels the tunnel(s) leading towards the target causing a great deal of destruction to anything it hits. It also is capable of frying the nervous system of some and others it just throws out of wack leading to heart attacks and/or placing its victims in a coma if it doesn't kill them. This jutsu is capable of piercing through wind and stone alike and has no effect on the user. This jutsu however takes two post to gather enough chakra for and levels the user slightly drain for a period of five seconds.
