The Park

Here at Arrya Town park, anyone can relax by watching the birds, sit by the fountains, rest under a tree. Enjoy.

Emanyeru walked into the park and frowned. He looked around at all the people who were playing happily and looked for a nice quiet tree to take a nap under.

MARRY GO ROUND KNUHKA!!!!

I walked in suddenly with my hands in my pockets. I walked over to a tree, a tree in which I was to be taking care of since no one else would, this is where my kind heart would shine. I climbed into it and relaxed there falling asleep, as my left leg was hanging out of the branch and the rest of me was securely in the tree, but sprawled out. I seemed to be tired anyway, and there I stayed.

Icisia walked into the park with her hands in her jean pockets. Her blue eyes looked back and forth at who was all in the park and to what was going on. She brushes a strand of her pure white hair out from in front of her face and takes a seat by a nearby tree. "All of those attacks.. Am I the only one left that hasn't been attacked yet?" she mumbles to herself.

I was still asleep and laying there as I began to tip and fall out of the tree ever so slightly. Though I was still asleep, fully, no way I would've known anything to happen to me. I was out of it.. and well this was a much needed and deserved rest.

Icisia looks up and notices a student sleeping on the tree branch above her. So, instead of waking him up and scaring the crap outta him, she simply moves out of the way in case he falls, so he doesn't land on her. "That'll hurt," she says as she continues to watch.

I am about to fall out of the tree until I am just about waking up. I yawn stretch and rub my eyes as I wke up. I realize that I am in my safe haven tree and that nothing would have happened while in this tree. I always felt safe otherwise in this tree, I have no clue why.

"Hm, good morning tree. And, everything else life around me." I smiled looking around as the sun shone down on me, and I looked down and spotted a small girl, standing next to my tree, I jumped down with my sword.

"Uh, hey there." I smiled rubbing my head and seeming a little shy.

Icisia nodded to the boy with a slight smile. "Hi," she says, "I'm Icisia, Ici for short. What's your name?"

I nodded, smiling, and yet blushing a little, looking away slightly.

"W-well nice to meet you Ici-san. M-my name is Seirei Sora. But you may call me S-Sei if you wish." I held out my hand shyly wanting to shake her hand as I was thinking to be a trickster of some sort, but then again I was torn. Be a pranker or be straightfoward? I was torn, there was a hidden truth though that I was hiding from her, and she was going to find this out one way or another.

"S-so how old are you?"

Icisia shakes Sei's hand and nods, rolling her eyes slightly thinking of her age. She replies, "I'm only 8. What about you? Oh! Are you from a clan? For some reason you look familiar."

I shake my head.

"Well no c-clan that I k-know of, but I am r-related to the great Sakura Haruno, i-if you've ever heard of her." I shyly take my hand back and put in on my sword to hold it in my hands. I then sling it back onto my back and keep my hands at my sides.

"Wow, you're young.. b-but don't worry because y-you're cute. So, it balances out.. I guess. Me? I-I'm 13. Y-Yea, it's a horrible age I know, but h-hm.. why do you ask if I-I'm from a clan Ici-san?" I tilted my head.

Icisia nods. "Yeah, I've heard of her. Pink hair, fiery temper," she says with a giggle. "Oh, and I asked if you were from a clan because I thought I recognized you.. sorry," she stammers, "I'm a little paranoid right now."

I shake my head.

"N-no it's quite alright. Well you might, if you knew the H-Haruno's. Well, w-whatcha up to in a place like this.. I mean it's starting to get s-somewhat dark." I was still blushing a little and becoming more and more shy. I was always this way around new people, especially girls. I was looking down slightly now, and watching my fingers twiddle, as then I looked up and stopped what I was doing.

"W-well how bout you. There a clan y-you belong to?"

Icisia, being a ninja, can tell how people feel by their body language easily. This was a gift she'd inherited from her mother, who was an interrogator for the Xzeno clan. Knowing this, Icisia smiles. She always seems to have this effect, why though? Was it her eyes? Hair? Straightforwardness? Icisia was known to be a little headstrong, and not only that, but a little tomboyish too. "I'm from the Xzeno clan," she says proudly.

I nod.

"O-oh I've heard of them, t-they are a cool clan. I was just noticing now how not only p-pretty your eyes were, but y-you can r-read emotions pretty well c-can't you? I mean, I-I can do the same. There are not many things that g-get past me emotion wise." I rubbed my head and sincerely smiled.

"S-sorry for being so shy Ici-san. I mean y-you... y-you're uh.. I.." I thought for a mmoment, but the words just wouldn't come out.

Icisia nods proudly. "It's a gift I inherited from my mother. She was an interrogator for the Xzeno clan, very good at it too. You didn't want to get on her bad side," she says with a giggle. "It's fine, everyone is shy at some point! I've even had my moments believe it or not!"

I smiled.

"Well t-that sounds e-exciting. I m-mean, it's just cool how you can do such things. W-well I am said to carry my mother's personality t-too, but s-she sadly died. Of a disease when I was 9. I miss her terribly... b-but don't worry bout it, it's not something I-I wanna trouble you with. O-oh I'm so sorry, I'm probably boring you to tears with all this senseless, b-blabber. I apologize.. Ici-san." I looked down.

"Oh, I'm sorry Sei. A lot has happened these past couple of months and years."

"N-no it's alright. I don't need pity or anything... I-I'm fine. Really I have her heart with me, and t-that's all I need is her heart and her faith. But I-I'm sure something had to happen to you. S-sorry for asking though you just met me, but wanna t-talk?" I asked twiddling my fingers.

Icisia raises her eyebrow at his statement, then she nods. "Sure, might as well. My life has been semi simple so far. My mom and dad were both elites, but went missing on a mission. Other than that, it's been simple enough, training in Xzeno clan and stuff."

I nod.

"H-Hm s-sounds like you've had somewhat of a rough past as well. Well, I'm willing to make a friend and get over it as you a-are, if you would like." I smiled sincerely.

"I've been training to get stronger, and fulfuill my dreams." I said with such pride. "But since the day my mother died, i-it's been only my father and I... and well, I kinda miss her.. but that won't stop me from reaching my dreams." I winked.

Icisia smiles. "Yeah, it's tough but hey I guess that's part of being a shinobi and having parents as shinobi. Stuff happens. It makes ya stronger in the long run."

I nodded.

"Ain't that the t-truth." I smiled and then subtly sighed as I thought what to do.

"What to do now h-huh Ici-san?"

Despina enters the park and immediately runs to the fountan. Upon reaching her destination, Despina sits on the edge, swings her legs over, and goes for a swim while fully clad in her armor.
