OK first people need to make sure they are in the right catigores:

Surpentheon Fanglord you should be in crater as the kage so y u still in dream?

Akatsuchi IDK what village you are kage of and wonder y ur in the kage group!

Celestial Shinobi needs to be takin over by someone active!

And this is just a suggestion but since there is three evil organiztions I think there should be a group that consist of people from many villages that are loyal to there village but joined this organization so they can have ties and connections to fight all the evil and try and get along with others in other villages!
