Watarimono Bloodline

Background Description: The Watarimono Clan is one of the far branches of the Kouseitan'i Clan that has been mutated greatly over time. This bloodline activates for the first time when the user is in an extremely distressful situation that could cost their life, surviving a fatal injury which usually results in loss of their memory, or making someone who has great experience in the bloodline activate it for the user. Upon activation, the bearer receives a strange flame-shaped mark on their shoulder which indicates their heritage and also seals their full potential to avoid accidental jutsu misfires that may lead to death. The seal can be activated only when needed and the power released can only be controlled by an experienced user.

The users of this bloodline usually have reflexes faster than normal, shaper senses, and greater speed. Their physical strength, however, is not too impressive. They excel in genjutsu and most of their genjutsus require eye contact. The user also use almost half of the normal chakra cost when using genjutsu techniques. The users can also, with enough training, manipulate a person's mind enough to erase or rewrite part of their memory or disable a body function temporarily.

The disadvantages of this bloodline is that it slowly drains the user's life force as soon as it is activated to sustain its powers. This means that the users have shorter life spans than normal people, about three-fourths, and they usually die young. In rare cases, the draining of their life force is much less and the user may live almost as long as a normal human does. This only happens in one out of every ten people who possess it.

Elements: The element varies depending on the user. Only two of all elements can be used per user.

Bloodline: Seal of Prevention - A strange flame-shaped seal usually found on the shoulders of Watarimono clan's members whose bloodlines have been activated. This seals off their full power to prevent fatal misfires.

Extras: The users of this bloodline usually get sick easily due to the draining of their life force.
