The Calming Ocean

Rin knew that it was night and the harbor is far from the protection of the village itself. Still, she took the risk. She had a lot on her mind and wanted to go near the ocean. The serene view of the moon above the waters always calmed her down.

"It is so.... serene...." she sighed and looked at her broken Futatsu Hari. "I think I can fix this one now...." she put the two needles on the ground and started infusing her chakra with it. using the moonlight as a source for light energy. The needles begin to glow silver and she smiled. "I will name you... the Futatsu Itadaki..." she picked up the new set of needles and slid it under her sleeves.

She sighed once more and sat down on a crate as she looked at the moon emotionlessly.

Tsumi had gotten bored so he decided to visit the harbor in the Snow country. So he walked up to the harbor his hair blowing around in the hair. "Hello Rin...How have you been?" he asked with a slight smile.

Rin smiled and spoke to him, not taking her eyes off the beautiful scenery. "Tsumi, I suppose? What a surprise, I didn't expect you to be here in Kyokukogakure...." she laughed a bit and stood up, finally facing him. "We had an umm... abrupt meeting the last time... How about we try to get to know each other more?"

Tsumi grinned a bit. "not afraid your going to get in trouble for hanging out with an outlaw such as myself? cuz i cant promise your safety if to many ninja show up to get rid of me."

"An outlaw? You seem pretty nice to be an outlaw...." she chuckled and revealed her new pair of needles. "The last one broke..." she started spinning around and it left a disorienting trail behind as it spinned. "I call it the Futatsu Itadaki... What do you think?"

tsumi grinned some what evilishly. "i chose to be nice when i believe it suits me...and right now it suits me...for i have a plan for this village...and i need the villagers to trust me in order for it to work..."

"Well.... I like this village.... No, I love this village... It's so serene, calming, and beautiful.... Although some unusual chakra signals can be felt...." she shivered at the thought. "I sensed a really strong chakra source just a while ago...."

Tsumi nodded "things like that happen a lot here...its one of the reason i want to make it mi-" Tsumi paused he hadn't planed on giving away his plan...at least not yet.

"Make it... what?" she sighed and shook her head. "Have you ever heard of the Kuro Akatsuki? I have never seen one of them but I heard rumours... evil people, strong ones too... and also the Order.... they plan on bringing back the three.... I have no idea what the three is though..."

"The order i have heard of...but have not yet met..and the kuro akatsuki.." he smiled and laughed a little. "yea you could say i have heard of them."

"Oh, I see... I'm glad that you survived that encounter... I don't know if I can even last with one of their members..." she chuckled and took her bag. "Hey, are you hungry? I have some food here..."

Tsumi chuckled a little to him self "if only you knew.." he whispered to himself. "yea I could use some food!"

She took out two popsicles of ice cream. "I know that it's already cold to start with... but I like this food and I don't mind... This is my favorite but I can always get you something else..."

Tsumi grinned a bit "no I've always loved those!" he said laughing a bit. "i wonder how my plan will sort itself out.." he thought to himself. "And to answer your question of "make it what" you will soon find out..I'm sure."

"I see... Well, here you go..." she smiled and gave him one of the posicles. "Heh, you might think that I'm weird for liking ice cream even if I was born in a frigid environment, huh?" she laughed and then looked at the ocean. "I'm surprised that this wasn't frozen over... Thanks to the generator, this place can actually sustain more life than it used to..."

Tsumi smiled as he looked out at the water. "it is beautiful.." he said.

"So about the village.... You will make it.... what?" she giggled as she ate her ice cream. "I think that you will make it freezing cold again so that those strange chakra sources could go away? I mean the villagers here are used to frigid temperatures."

"No..i enjoy the warmth..and if you truly wish to know...i wish to make this village mine...and make it better...give it some one to look up to...help it evolve.." he said without taking his eyes off the ocean.

"That sounds like a good dream.... unless by "mine" you mean violently take over and make it an area where the villagers fear the leader and harsh laws are imposed.... I feel that the world can be changed in a more peaceful manner... I'm thinking unity of all of the villages to form one great nation where everyone can live in peace and harmony.... and that no one will be higher or lower than the other..."

"i i can help it...i wish to not bring violence into this...once were done talking i will go to the kage office...i will give him one warning and will give him 5 days to give up this village to me...or i will bring force into it..i hope not to though..." he said with a small sigh as he looked up into the sky.

"Well, what village are you from? You might be a wanderer just like me too.... Going from village to village... seeing the wonders that the world could give..." she sighed happily. "What a nice image...."

Tsumi paused and looked down from the sky at Rin. "i am from the Time village...according to most villages i am no more then an outlaw...but i have already taken over the time village...and i plan to slowly bring the world together in peace.."

She smiled at him with a lot of hope in her face. "It seems like we have the same dream... What a coincidence, huh?" she giggled and looked at the moon. "A hard process.... it requires time..."

"yes...it is a long..and hard process...how would you like to help me in my goal?" he smiled as he looked back up at the sky.

"I plan to assist you... What would our group's name be?" she smiled and looked at him, interested.
