Jutsu Rules:

• See rank above for the amount of jutsu each rank can have when they first create there character (or rank up)
  
• More jutsu can be learned after your character is but if its above your rank (ex: As; E-rank, Genin;D-rank, Chuunin; C-rank, Jounin;B-rank, S-rank; A-rank; sage/sannin/kage; S-rank
  
• Each ninja can train jutsu above there rank (except s-rank jutsu only Jounin and up can learn them) but it must be taught to them by a ninja of a higher rank then you.
  
• Each ninja jounin and up can create there own custom S-rank jutsu
  
• 5 posts with 3 paragraphs per are needed to learn a jutsu
  
• you need to have to be used in two spars/battles as well as 5 more posts with 3 paragraphs per post to master a jutsu

Element Rules:

• The said limits above are for you "Natural element affinities" they are the elements you are strongest at, and for lack of a better word, the elements you excel at. However like you have seen in naruto many times, there are people who use many different kinds of jutsu of many different types of elements. But always you see they usually specialize in one or two specific elements (like sasuke and kakashi with fire and lightning)
  
• Each ninja can use a few elements that they do not have a specialty for.(See below for a chart on this)
  
• These 3 Elements cannot be trained or Auto-Gained they may only be
  bought. Gravity,Time and Space.Unlike normal elements,These elements
  are powerful and take up 2 slots instead of 1.
  
• Certain
  elements are restricted to certain clans as well like ,Senju's wood Element
  
• For some of you who have no bloodline or clan at
  all.You are called a Genius.A genius is able to learn and use one more
  extra element regardless of rank.Some genius doesn't even need to have
  all of the required basics to learn an advanced element as long as you
  have at least one basic element. (2 for elements that require 3 or 4.)

Rules on Extra elements:

• See above for the limits to added elements.
  
• Only chuunin rank and higher can use "added/Extra elements"
  
• You can only know a limit of 3 jutsu of an Element you don't specialize in.
  
• "Added/Extra Element" jutsu will always be weaker then jutsu used by people who have a natural affinity for the element. So if Bob (who does NOT specialize in fire jutsu) uses "Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique" at the same time as Joe (who DOES specialize in fire jutsu), Bob's fire ball will be defeated by Joe's fireball (Which in turn becomes weaker) which will continue on to it's target
  

Elements

=Five Basic Elements= (Any Rank)

Katon (Fire) - Katon, or Fire Element, takes the form of fire and flame attacks. These can be fire balls or extended flame throwing. Fire is typically a specialised offensive element.

Fuuton (Wind) - Fuuton, or Wind Element, takes the form of wind based attacks. These can be huge gusts or sustained wind storms. Wind is typically a specialised offensive element, good for close to mid-range attacks.

Raiton (Lightning) - Raiton, or Lightning Element takes the form of electrical and lightning based attacks. When used in conjunction with metal based weapons, the power becomes amplified. Lightning is good for middle to long-range attacks.

Doton (Earth) - Doton, or Earth Element, takes the form of earth and mud based attacks. These can be walls made from mud or the ninja maneuvering himself below ground to attack his opponent from below. Earth can change the hardness composition of objects, making something hard as steel or soft as clay.

Suiton (Water) - Suiton, or Water Element, takes the form of water based attacks. These can be walls of water used as shields or water formed into large striking jets. In this regard, Water is very diverse when it comes to shape modification.

=Advanced Elements= (Jounin Leveled)

Futton (Boil) - Futton, or Boil Element, takes the form of boiling attacks and defenses. Futton is formed through the simultaneous usage of Fire and Water styles.

Jinton (Dust) - Jinton, or Dust Element, takes the form of dust attacks and defenses. Jinton is a combination of Earth and Wind styles.

Ranton (Storm) - Ranton, or Storm Element, takes the form of laser-like attacks. This elemental style has been used by Darui. Though not officially confirmed, it appears to be a combination of Water and Lightning styles.

Youton (Lava) - Youton, or Lava Element, takes the form of melting attacks and defenses.Youton is formed through the simultaneous usage of Fire and Earth styles.


Hyouton (Ice) - Hyouton, or Ice Element, takes the form of Ice attacks and defenses. This elemental style has been used by ninja from Hidden Aurora. Hyouton is formed through the simultaneous usage of Water and Wind styles.

=Bloodline Elements=

Enton (Blaze) - Enton, or Blaze Element, takes the form of black fire based attacks and defenses. The usage of this elemental style has been utilized by the Uchiha clan. Because of its unique nature, it takes several years of fire element training. (Uchiha Clan Only)

Mokuton (Wood) - Mokuton, or Wood Element, takes the form of wood attacks and defenses. The usage of this elemental style is a hidden technique unique to the Senju clan. Mokuton is formed through the simultaneous usage of Water and Earth styles. (Senju Clan Only)

Shouton (Crystal) - Shouton, or Crystal Element, takes the form of Crystal attacks and defenses. This elemental style has been used by the Kouseitan'i. This is achieved through years of training in the Doton element. (Kouseitan'i Clan only)

I dont get this what about advance ninja like sasuke neji and naruto they have at least 1 a rank signature jutsu

they get the jutsu trained by ninja from a higher rank x.x;

o.o For example, Sasuke learned his Chidori from Kakashi-sensei;
Naruto, his rasengan, from Jiraiya;
Neji, his Eight Divination Seals, from his father;
Rock Lee, his Lotus Techniques, from Maito Gai-sensei;
etc, etc.
