Northern Fields Of Mabushii Village

Asako blinked and stared in amazment.
"...wow..." was the only word she could say. "It has been so long that I have been able to see the colors again..."
She put her hands on that of Surp, like she was scared that it would stop suddenly. She smiled a little and asked:
"Surp-sensei, if I manage to learn everything you want me to learn, could you do this again for me, but at a sun rising?"

Surp had his eyes wide open and yet they seemed dim. He nodded his answer and kicked up some more water with his foot. He was happy that she was happy. He had hoped she would like the sunset. He knew he always did. He wondered if she noticed it was her senbon that he placed in the right positions on purpose to do this. Either way, he was proud of his effort.

The jade eyed young girl stared once again at the setting sun, closed her eyes and took the hands of her sensei off her temples, going blind immediatly again.
"Thanks sensei...I really appreciate..."
And without a warning, she turned to him and gave him a hug, letting him go almost immediatly after that, looking embarassed.
"Enjoy your sun set..." she mumbled.

Forced to lower his hands, he looks at her only soon enough to get hugged. His vision returned now he could see the joy splayed on her face. He takes her hand in his and lifts it to his lips. "I thought you'd like to see what I enjoy so much. Too bad, I couldn't show you you."

The girl flushed again, and took her hand back.
"I-It's okay...No worries...I'm used to it." she asnwered almost whispering. "Besides, I "see" enough. Like your chakra signature, which is like gold. That of my brother is red. That of the guy of the tavern dark green...It's beautiful too in a way."
The young kuoichi couched and asked in her normal, lazy voice:
"Are we going to train now?"

"If you wish." He said as he looked up at the dying colors in the sky.

The kunoichi grinned and walked back on the firm land.
"Standing on water is chakra waste." she explained. "So...you talked about a poison cloud or something...?"

"Yes." He said as he stood and walked onto land. "It'll use your poison element. You do the chakra technique you just learned but instead of chakra, you change it to poison chakra." He excretes chakra from his body but his is like very small electric charges. "I can't use poison, but I can show you the same process like this. I warn you, the added change takes place under the skin. This causes even more pain than before and if you don't control the toxin immensely, you could poison yourself."

Asako shrugged.
"That means I'll have to train adding little by little the poison chankra. Nothing big. Just a lil more focus. I'll have this done at the end of the night."
And determinated, Asako sat in her training position and began to gather her chakra, infused with some of her elemental chakra under her skin and tried to release it little by little...

Surp went up onto the porch and watched. This time, he wouldn't heal her everytime. The training was now reaching a whole new level soon. And soon enough, she would realize that too.

Asako kept her eyes closed. This was going to be dangerous...If she didn't release it as it should be released, she was as good as dead...And her sensei didn't seem to be ready to heal her anymore each time she failed, so, she'll have to find it out herself...
"Come on girl...don't be scared. You can heal yourself anyways..."
And after taking a deep breath, Asako let her chakra flow out of her, mixed with a little poison element...

He dozed off waiting for her to complete this step of the training. She would be happy with him. He actually fell asleep entirely. He was even having a good dream.

Asako opened her eyes and watched her sensei sleep. She grinned, shrugged and went back to training.
She breathed calmly in and let the chakra flow again. She needed perfect control. Not just "good" because that wasn't enough. The flow had to be regular, precice, clear, in balance and fluid. And combining it all together was a lot of work.
This whole training reminded her of her first medic trainings she had when she was a kid...
The jade eyed young girl shook her head.
"No time for memories. First this."
And again, she let the chakra pour out of her whole body, adding bit by bit her element in it...

She had gone on practicing all night long and it was getting close to sunrise. Surp was still asleep, but he had gone from full asleep to half asleep now. A simple calling of his name would wake him up. His mind subcontiously wandered through how Asa was doing, but he never opened his eyes to look.

When the sun was up, Asako was done training. She could add at full extent her element in her chakra, whithout hurting herself...She had healed herslef several times and used a lot of chakra. It wasn't perfect yet, but good enough for now.
Yawning, she stretched and stood up. She needed to find a good bed somewhere and sleep. She was exhausted and if she didn't use chakra in her legs, she would have fallen already.
"Surp-sensei...Can I take some rest now?" she asked yawning. "Just for a few hours...Is that okay?"

Surp opened his eyes at the sound of his name. It didn't take him long before he realized Asa's condition. He rushed over and picked her up speaking to her his answer. "Go on ahead. By the looks of it, you earned it." And with that, Surp carried her over to the porch again and rolled out his cot this time and laid her on it. He then placed his coat over her just to try and make her comfortable.

The young girl, too tired to really notice what happened, nodded and fell quickly asleep...

Surp just smiled and sat beside Asa and watched her sleep.

Asako slept for roughly five hours when she woke up. She sat up, yawned and stretched.
"I feel resfreshed...surprisingly." she said randomly to her sensei. "Dunno why thought..."
She shrugged and rubbed her eyes.
"I hope I didn't sleep for too long..."

Surp shook his head and smiled. "How'd you do last night?"

The young girl yawned again.
"Pretty good I think. Almost killed myself several times, but it worked in the end. I need to perfect it thought...But, at least, I don't burn myself from the inside out anymore...Though that I must put all my concentration on it, which rather bothers me, since that's not possible in battle. So, I'll have to work on that." she answered while trying to make her left bun again, and failing.

Surp reaches over and fixes her bun for her while talking softly to her. "That's why time was made. To spend. It's what makes our lives valuable, and the people we meet more memorable. If time wouldn't exist, we'd have no reason to do anything. We'd have no need to cherish, to love, to want, to do. We'd just be standing here with no thoughts of what we could or wanted to do, we'd just be here. With time at our side, even the laziest of people feel the need to think, to feel, to want. It's our most primal reason to be anything." He finished and scratched the back of his head while he smiled. "Knowing we have so little time makes us cherish and want to use all of it how we feel best makes us feel happy. In doing so, the time we use on ourselves is short, but the time we share causes even the shortest of times to be filled to the top and beyond. Sharing our time causes our own time to reach beyond even the longest stretching hour."

The young girl thought for a moment and answered:
"So...you want me to take a break? Or, take my time for training? Or do both?"
She looked at him with her dead eyes, a questioning look on her face.

"Oh no, you're gonna keep training. Because your getting a test soon. You best get up and learn this jutsu to the point where you CAN use it in battle. You're gonna be using it soon."

Asako groaned.
"Another test?...troublesome...But alright. I'll do it."
She stood up, folded the cot and coat and gave them back to her sensei.
"Thanks again...And sorry for the bother..."
