Appearance:

Maru has a angry look most of the time when its needed ,but when he is happy or normal his look changes that of a merstrious person. Maru's style is classic,but not to classy because in his past years fights came naturally so he dresses to impress and to fight as well. Maru tries to keep his style together and neat because as Kage of Aurora responsibilities come at a high rank.


Personality:

Maru was angry with the world and still is. Him being an ex assasin he obtain the enjoyment of fighting as well as taunting weaknesses he finds. Maru is a very cocky person as well as trying to get under peoples skin. Maru however can be a responsible friend and enjoys helping out those who need it. Maru is an over all good person but rage is just in his nature.

Academy arc:

Maru's grew up slowly noticing that the people around the leaf village,that he grew up in, and the Legendary Uchiha clan, lacked talent so he vowed to surpase everyone including his Father and The Legendary Uchiha clan Leader Madara. Maru spent his time training all the times with the other students and genins around the area. Maru formed a group where him and the other students fought like the chuunins at the chuunin exams there clan holds, Maru of course being the leader of the gang since he was the youngest student to achieve his sharingan so soon. When the Gennin exams came everyone from the gang except Maru Failed the exams and some other gifted academy students passed with flying colors. This Made Maru extremely angry as he trained more before the genin cerimony to impress his proctor, where he unlocked his Second lvl sharingan through anger.

Genin Arc:

Maru excelled with his lvl 2 sharingan ,but he belived he lacked power. He wanted to make the other Uchiha ninja that humiliated him suffer at any cost. Maru trained all the time with his sensei to the point where the sensei couldn't teach him anymore by restrictions. From there Maru started to get anxious and wanted more expeirience so he began sneaking arounf the leaf village and stealing valuable items selling them in the blackmarket for money. Maru with all this money had an idea...he went to the mission board and posted up missions that needed chuunin lvl ninja to investigate an area where the leaf vilage items we supposed to be held. Maru then disguised himself with the simple transformation jutsu to look like an older assasin and jumped the chuunin ninja who took on the mission.

Sooner or later that spot gained the reputation of rouge assasins who stole from the leaf village. Sooner or later jounin came an anbu came. Maru gained so much knowledge as he unlocked his wind and lightning element and gained his 3rd lvl sharingan. Maru gained enough power to be considered an anbu in a genin childs body. Maru was in the genin exams and surprised everyone that he achieved the Final lvl sharingan before the chuunin exams. That day was the day that the chuunin exam lasted only one day because Maru obliterated the competition and was chosen to be the gifted chuunin.This was the day Maru finally was able to say he proved his worth.

Chuunin Arc:

Maru Being the gifted chuunin was able to serve in his clan anbu under his father just a week after the Chuunin exams. The mission that they were to explore the rouge assasin nest. Maru was weary at this point cause his ather was no fool. It didn't take long for Maru's father to start to suspect his own son of being the killer. The way he ninja were killed, the elements that were used pointed out to Maru. Maru managed to keep hush about the whole thing by hidding clues while he took other missions. It took a while for Maru to successfully hide all the clues so he tooked Many missions soit wouldn't be suspicious. From there Madara deemed Maru Jounin for doing many missions for his clan.

Jounin arc:

This was the time Maru's life changed as he knew it. Maru was 18 years old at this time when his father finally gathered enough information to charge his own son with all the deaths of the uchiha. Maru's father sent his carrier pigeon to the clan and to the village to send more men as he tried to take care of his son. Maru knew that tis would be the moment he would have to prove to his father that he has surpassed him. Maru ends up killing his father as he felt angry and more powerful. Maru noticed his vision changed that he saw everything more percised as he looked in the puddle of blood to see the mangekyo sharingan.

At that moment Maru's old sensei , and Anbu Members came from the clan and leaf village as he used his new powerful genjutsu to mow down his enemies before him as he fled back to the village challengeing Madara. Though Maru lasted long Maradra ended up defeating him as the village rose up to the injured Maru. Maru fled the village becomming a real rouge ninja.

Madara however being the 1st imortal uchiha did not give in for he saw something in Maru. Madara saw a little bit of himself in Maru. Madara sent Ninja after ninja, Party after party to Maru. Maru struggling to survive and not being able to rest because of the constant pro-suit.

Kage arc enormous War:

Maru soon mastered amataseru to make himself survive longer as he reached aurora after 5 years of constant fighting. Maru joined the village and shortly after challenge the kageship of Aurora and became kage. After that Maru was able to regain his strength becoming more blind. Maru soon challenged the uchiha clan and the leaf village to war. As the village and his friend at the time Xzeno Icisia held off the ninja that would come near Maru and stormed into the Uchiha clan village where Madara and Maru have a sharingan and ametaseru Battle. Madara explained to Maru the blindness affect. And Maru knew he has no sibiling to absorb the eyes from. Maru had a theory though..Kill Madara the 1st uchiha and absorb his eyes since the bloodline is similar it should work. After a 3 day fight with Madara Maru ending up victorios as he tested his thoery....It indeed worked as he achieved an advance form of the eternal sharingan his eyes always spinning from the rage he and Madara possesed. Maru claimed his rightful place as Uchiha Clan Leader and stood as the Nightmare Kage Leader thus explaining why the uchiha moved from leaf to Aurora.

Description: The user does the necessary hand signs as the users nails thicken and sharpen, (Thickness and sharpness similar to snake fangs and are extremely durable because of chakra enhancement). Chakra strands from the users nails travel through the body and inside the users neck catching the poisons and putting in the users own dna withing the poison to negate the poison in the users own body. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. Named after the Shinto God of Fire, this technique shapes the inextinguishable black flames of Amaterasu into spikes that both shield the user as well as burn and pierce the opponent if they touch them. This technique seems to be controlled by Maru's right eye, as he was covering his left when using it.

Copy jutsu:
This technique uses the Sharingan to counter an opponent's jutsu and use it against them. This jutsu only works against certain opponents,opponents who are lower ranked then you, and Sharingan users can only copy one Jutsu at a time.(Jutsu may be mastered after battling using it 5 times successfully to use the copy technique again)

Demonic Illusion: Burning Paper Body:
This genjutsu requires the Sharingan and eye contact to be activated. The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The purpose of this jutsu is to use the target's vision of their new form to reduce his/her dexterity, making it harder for the victim to battle or perform hand seals.

Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change:
Using the Sharingan's jutsu-copying abilities, the user can turn any genjutsu back onto its original user.This jutsu can make the opponents attack stronger as a counter but cannot copy it unless the opponent does the same jutsu twice, and the Sharingan user doesn't counter thus doing the Copy jutsu.

Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes:
The genjutsu prevents the Sharingan user's mind from being taken over by an opponent. The opponent is pierced and immobilized by illusory yokes, making it an effective means for torture and interrogation.

Ephemeral:
Unlike any other genjutsu, The user does not need to make eye contact with the target to use this technique, instead activating it by simply pointing at them. Crows flock from the user and turn into shuriken that bombard the opponent. They then experience the sensation of their body parts turning into their closest friends.

Mind-controlling Dōjutsu:
This technique allows the user to control the mind of their opponent. It was a dōjutsu of the highest class, as the victim doesn't even realise they are being manipulated.It also seems that unlike a number of other Sharingan related techniques, it doesn't require direct eye contact, as Danzō never removed the bandages that hid it from view.

The user sends a flash from there eyes which binds the foe in confusion.

Mangekyo justu/tech:

Amaterasu (Divine Illumination Jutsu):
This attack seems to be extremely strong, deadly it is said the its flames are hotter the the sun itself. Although it can destroy almost any surface with its flames, it causes a lot of strain on the user.The attack resembles a Black ball of flame.

Kamui:
By focusing the Mangekyo Sharingan on a particular point, The user can force that point to collapse in on itself, ultimately sending everything in the vicinity to another time-space. Kamui costs a large amount of chakra to perform.

Tsukiyomi (Illusionary Underworld Moon):
A special technique that can only be used by the Uchiha clan who posses the Mange Sharingan. The technique creates an illusion which can reflect on the past or just create an illusion where the user does to the target whatever he wants (ex. stick swords into the enemy's body over and over again). This technique is used to attack the opponents mind and destroy his/her spirit. The events which go on in the Tsukiyomi are translated into 3 days (72 hours), while in reality only 3 seconds pass. This attack is another strain causer on the user and if used more then once, it can tire him out to the point of fainting.

Pupil Technique: Destiny Threat:
An advanced form of Amaterasu in which a shockwave of Black Fire is not used. Instead, the first creature to be reflected on the users pupil sees black flamed animals (Of the users choice ) to attack the enemy. This attack causes the Sharingan to be inactive for the remainder of the fight.

Tsukuyomi Mode:
This technique is a variation of the Tsukuyomi. The user transforms the Tsukuyomi into a barrier that slows the opponent down. This does not happen physically but rather makes the opponent think they are being held back by a barrier.

Mangekyo Sharingan Combo(Left eye)~Sacrifice to Shinigami

Description: This requires three Mangekyo Sharingan users surround an opponent and focus their time manipulation powers from their bloodline at the same target. The left eye used in this jutsu will turn time forward, while the right eye would turn time back. This is the left eye. Such a large concentration of this time manipulation launches time so far ahead that the opponent and 3 feet around him is cast into the future where we no longer exist and the Shinigami has returned us to the void. This jutsu will thrust the opponent into the age of the void where nothing exists any longer and all is dead. This has a 3 foot radius around the opponent and this jutsu can always be spotted because all life ends suddenly. A large black blank spot where the earth, life, even the air stops and no longer exists. The void will remain there and after every 10 years or so will eventually consume 3 more feet returning it to the void as well. That is why this jutsu is forbidden.

Tsukuyomi - God of the Moon

Description: Tsukuyomi, named for the God of the Moon, is a Doujutsu illusion technique, which uses the Mangekyou (Kaleidoscope) ability of the Sharingan eye. This highly advanced technique cannot be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The spell takes place in the mind of the one affected. While the jutsu is cast, the one it was cast upon is at the total mercy of the clan member. The clan member has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of pain. Such exhaustion could destroy an opponent’s will to fight and even cause them to fall into a coma. It is said only another Mangekyou Sharingan user can repel the technique.

Hounds created from the users elements with properties of the best ninja hounds everywhere they can comunicate with Maru just simple by barking because Maru understands the language of wolves.

Wolves details:

2 wolf contain Wind cutting Auroras and Harsh powerful howls.
2 wolf contain Lightning quick speed and attacks. When these wolves bite they paralyze on impact.
Last wolf is the leading sharingan wolf and it contains both elements with out the anhancemence( Quick, though not as quick as lightning, powerful, though not as powerful as Wind, But extremly cunning with its lvl 3 tomoe Sharingan)

Description: The beats of the hearts of all the wolves and the user merge together allowing the user to transfer bodies with the wolves as long as the beat doesn't change. This requires a focus to master this technique.

Giant Amertaseru Wolf (Amertaserus Hound Kinichiaru): Kinchi was Maru's the wolf that taught Maru the launguege of the wolves and helped him master blaze manipulation when Maru obtain his Mangekyo.

The host will be able to draw chakra from the Bijuu and use it as his own.The chakra of the Bijuu will allow him to run faster and it looks like time has slowed down in his eyes so he will be able to dodge things like jutsu with out using jutsu of his own.The charka also strengthens Kenjutsu by 1 rank.

(First Stage)
The host begins to sprout a tail as he remains completely normal as if nothing were to happen reamianing in his human form.The host will strangely feel lighter increasing his speed and mobility.He will also be more resistant to gravity and magentism.He can also cast jutsu without handseals.

(Second Stage)
The host begins to sprout another tail once again feeling no different before or no change.The host begins to notice he has magenitism ability and can control and bend metals at willl.He can reshape or reform any metal into a weapon of some sort and make it levitate off the ground.

(Third Stage)
The host will sprout another tail and notice some changes in his body he starts to have slight pawish hand sort of hands and legs and they will have a keener sense of smell.There magentism skills have grown alot stronger since the last stage. The user can summon random normal weapons from in the area to swing at the opponent without even touching the weapon itself.

(Fourth Stage)
The host sprouts another tail as he is enwrapped in an aura of his own he turns into a dog like demon half human half demon.The host will have minor capabilties like Pein's Shinra Tenshi tech but with alot stronger force and can pull or push the opponent closer or further from himself.

(Fifth Stage)
The host sprouts another tail and starts to extract his fangs from his mouth. He will have greater control over gravity and magentism.He is able to defiy gravity in order to levitate off the ground and float or jump higher and father distances.The host will also be able to even control metal made from chakra itself.The user will also be able to affect minor time and space.

(Sixth Stage)
The host sprouts another tail as even the Bijuu itself didnt know it had this type of power.In this stage the user can claw rits into thin air to use to attack or defend itself as long as the user creates 2 of them to enter and escape from.Over use of this ability can cause the host to lose control of the bijuu and permanatly lose it from its body.

The host sprouts its last tail as the skin of the Bijuu consumes the host's own.The host will be able to seize complete control over gravity,magentism.The user can make the playing field and everybody in it as heavy as 20 tons while he himself is light as feather and can seize flight capabilites.The host will also be able to roar as giant meteors would rain from space homing in on the opponent.

The second is, no matter what, an Uchiha will only, and only, gain the eternal mangekyo sharingan after killing a direct blood relative, be it brother, father, mother, or sister. Killing Madara Uchiha will not get you eternal eyes. Period. Madara Uchiha is NOT the founder of the Uchiha Clan. Madara Uchiha was an exceptionally gifted Uchiha, who, along with his brother Izuna Uchiha, took leadership of the clan. I repeat, Madara Uchiha is NOT the first Uchiha. So stealing his eyes would bring no change to your sharingan eye at all...

... And about your mangekyo techniques...

Each and every person's mangekyo is unique. Therefore, it is impossible for you to have Kakashi's Kamui. Madara Uchiha may have created most of the Uchiha techniques, but he cannot possibly create mangekyo techniques. Besides, Kakashi's mangekyo isn't even supposed to be mangekyo, since he is not Uchiha, and he somehow turned his three tomoe sharingan into mangekyo. Only because he was a remarkable ninja. Recap of all: Mangekyo techniques are unique to each person.

The Amaterasu is a technique unique to Itachi Uchiha. Sasuke Uchiha had received part of it when Itachi gave it to him. It is not a global-wide element for all mengakyo users. I repeat, amaterasu is unique to Itachi Uchiha. Unique to just Itachi; transferred to Sasuke. I doubt Madara Uchiha could even use amaterasu.

Tsukuyomi is indeed a technique capable to be used by any mangekyo sharingan user. However, it is possible to break through this doujutsu without another mangekyo sharingan, as Sasuke broke through Itachi's Tsukuyomi during their last battle. And you forgot to mention the incredible stress it causes upon the user's chakra, and even more stress on the user's eyes.

Kakashi himself said to Naruto that a ninja is born with a single chakra affinity, and can master not more than two chakra affinities in his/her life. Any ninja will have tiny chakra affinities for all elements, which explains how Kakashi was able to use Water Release jutsus. Kakashi's chakra affinity was Lightning Release, which explains his ability to use Chidori. Naruto's was Wind Release. Sasuke, Fire Release, and after intense training with Orochimaru, Lightning Release.

... It is virtually impossible for someone to master 9 elements. In fact, there are only 3 people who are known to be able to use all 5 BASIC elements. Kakuzu literally stole the hearts and chakra of others. Rinnegan users can use all elements by default.

And the new element and jutsu limits, say that a person may not have more than 6 elements, including bloodline/jinchùriki bonuses.

I don't see any seal that is of Orochimaru, unless you're talking about the life manipulation art? Yeah, that's Edo Tensei; bringing back the dead.

Block Absorption Technique was Nagato's jutsu, used by the Preta Path. Nagato's paths couldn't perform any jutsu except one; unfortunately, Naruwikia doesn't state that it's a rinnegan jutsu, so I suppose you can keep it.

The theory that Madara is a spirit is only fan-made. We don't have exact proof of this theory, yet. Again, I have no right to say that it is not possible. But don't question my knowledge on the series; I only trust three sources, the series, Naru wikia, and leafninja.

Considering that you have 9 elements, which are:

• Plasma (...is that an element?)
  
• Ametaseru (Isn't it an element only given to Sasuke? And since we have no idea how it's made, or used with which elements, shouldn't we leave it to only the canon character of the anime/manga?)

• Seals (is that even an element?)
  
• Poison
  
• Magnetism (O.o never saw it anywhere said as an element...)
  
• Gravity (Bijuu) (Also, is that an element? Nagato used it in a few jutsus, but it's never said it was an element...And also, in the Bijuu list, it's said that magnetism is your bijuu's power, not gravity...)

Also, in the same rules, are stated which elements are used in DoS or not. o.o So, I'd check that over again too...

What follows next is kinda personal opinion, but I still think it's worth to be talked over...

Asa, if a element is acquired by a site event it negates all restrictions. So crystal and mist are fine. His bijju gives him magnetism and gravitation so those are fine too. His original jutsus where wind and lightning which form plasma so that's fine as well. Ametaseru is a uchiha element. The poison is obtained by use of pills it is not a element.

• Crystal - An element he won in the Halloween event so it does not count towards the elements he can use
  
• Seals - Is NOT an element but a type of jutsu as yakate stated
  
• Poison - Is not really an element but something gained by a special pill he takes in battle. I will ask that Maru puts how many pills he caries with him into battle and i will allow no more then 3 pills
  
• Magnetism - the element Maru can ONLY use after going into his second state of his bijuu
