Reset Information

Okay everyone here is how the reset is going to work.

• All ninja who pick a new name must completely start over at Academy Student
  
• All genin(before reset) who keep there name can keep all information on there profile (except bijuu)
  
• All chuunin(before reset) and up that keep there name can all genin rank jutsu and 2 jutsu under B rank and one element
  
• All members that joined after Mon Mar 01, 2010 at 9:30 am (EST) must start at Academy student rank

We will start with three villages

• Kyokukogakure - Hidden Aurora Village; Good
  
• Haigakure - Hidden Ash Village; Neutral
  
• Ketsuekigakure - Village Hidden in the Blood; Evil/bad

- Each village is allowed to have 9 genin (three teams of three)
- Academy students have unlimited spots in each village.
- Chuunin+ have no limits, but from after the reset, if you wern' t given premision to start as a genin (see list above) you MUST[b] start as an Academy Student

As time goes by and we fill the villages we will add more

How bijuu will work
Bijuu will ONLY be given to people at the rank of Academy student or genin, If you want a Bijuu PM one of the staff members and they will telll you how you will go about getting one.

Clans
All clans will stay, a clan will not get a forum untill it has at least three memebers.

All canon ninja (sasuke,hinata,ext)
All cannon ninja are again - Dead
Event is over do to the reset,

Alt accounts
All people are allowed three acounts, one main and to alts
Event sharectors do not count toawrds alt limit (however there are no events going on at this time.)
All alt accounts MUST start at academy student rank unless they are event charectors.



If i have forgotten anything, me or the staff will add it and inform you.

Ryuu, just saying good luck with those rules. I myself, don't know if I will return as a rper. I mean I am busy with my own sites like Ryuu, and plus i ahve found a new naruto sites that attracts me more than others. Plus i don't think you should make Blood for just evil people with evil natures, that is too boring and blah. Really no fun at all.

Its not jusr just evil people o.o' its an evil natured village

It's not that it's for just evil, it's the intents that are evil. There can be nice people there, but don't expect them to last too long. ^^

Well the reset begins as soon as i finish clearing out the topics, everyone can start making there characters if they wish.


And for those of you that chose to quit because of the reset, i respect your choice but i would like to ask one final favor. Just post here so we know you will be leaving
