General Appearance. Hayate is rather skinny and 5 fooy 3 inches tall. He Has silver hair which gpes down to his shoulders. He wears uniform type clothing, especially in the shade of blue. His skin is more of a pale white and he wears gloves/bracers on each hand and goes half way up his lower arm. Both glove have to sharp claws at the end which he can use for attack.

Hayate's primary weapon is the bow and arrow which he keeps his bow strapped across his chest and a quiver of arrows at his back. He has a pouch around his waist and is filled with medical supplies and senbon. Though not common, it does occur from time to time when his clothes maybe splattered with a bit of blood. Not his own of course but a side effect of his time in the hospital. Though the scene may disturb others, Hayate remains unphased by it.

Personality: Hayate tends to keep to himself and will be quiet unless He needs to speak up. He will be always seen sitting in the back in group meetings. When not on missions or in lessons, he can be found either in the Library reading a book or at the hospital practicing Medical Jutsus. In a fight he is very competitive and strives to not only win but complete the mission. He fears death and sees his time in the hospital as a pursuit to face his fear. He will stay away from cramped areas and prefers to be where he has tons of space. Despite his insistance to be left alone, he may allow others to get close to him if they dont push to much and seem to be intelligent.

Childhood
Hayates parents died at a very young age. In fact he barely even remembers there faces. They were both lost in an attack on the Blood Village. Hayate was spared the same fate since he was hiding in a closet and was not found. He did see his parents killed and it wasnot until 3 days later that he was found in the closet and highly dehydrated. The gruesome image of their horrifying death still haunts him to this day, leaving him with fears of death and claustrophobia. He was raised in one of the orphanages of the village since he had no other known relatives, where they noticed his intelligence. He was nurtured and taken care of and his skills flourished, but he was forever scared to allow anyone to come close to him out of fear of losing them and so his childhood was one of solitude. Hayate always love to read, and took every oppertunity he could get to sneak off and read. Books were hard to get due to the expenses of running the orphanage, but his caretakers would try to bring in as many as possible if not bring in a few of their own collections for him to read. Hayate's big break came when a jounin of the Blood Village happened to visit his orphanage and notice just how bright Hayate was. The jounin accepted Hayate as an unofficial apprentice and tested his in his ability to learn the ways of the ninja and Hayate took the oppertunity to learn new things enthrusiatically. He would learn that his natural element talent was lightning but that was not enough for the jounin, he saw true potential and it was not much later that Hayate learned his second element of water.
Academy Student
The jounin that later adopted Hayate sponsored his entrance into the ninja academy of the Blood Village. Though his grades excelled, Hayate still struggled in his clases mostly out of fear of interaction and his inability to work well with others. He especially loved his medical jutsu classes as he saw it as a way to fight further unnecesary death and bloodshed. He still kept his distance from his classmates, though many tried to be his friends, Hayate still feared to let down his guard out of fear of loss. He loved his time at the academy since there was tons of new things to learn and their library was greater then he could ever imagined. Hayate read through at least 3/4 of the entire library before graduation and still visits it on his free time determined to get through the entire thing. All this reading though did have its benefits, Hayate realied that he knew jutsus that were beyond those of most of his class and easily passed through his genin exams.

Bow And 15 arrows: Standard bow but the arrows have a thin thread of chakra wire attached to them. This allows Hayate to not only channal his electrical element into the projectile, but he can also alter its course in order to confuse his enemies by pulling suddenly on the wire.

Hip Pouch: Since Hayate doesnt know any healing jutsus, he carries around a basic kit of medical supplies, band aids, gauze, etc. He also carries around 20 senbon inside the pouch, each has been coated with poison.

Name: Poison Senbon
Description:
These senbon are coated with a liquid poison called tetrodotoxin. Tetrodotoxin is a neurotoxin with no known antidote which is commonly found in the ovaries and livers of puffer fish. The process of this toxin is to block the sodium channels in nerve cells, paralyzing muscles of the victim. The target remain conscious and suffers from paralysis, however, this toxin does not kill the pain receptors in the nerves. In other words, this toxin makes it so that the target becomes paralyzed, but can feel everything. It is said that 50% to 80% of persons who are injected with tetrodotoxin die within the first four to 24 hours of exposure if not treated immediately. Often times this is used in the capturing of a person, as well as it has been used to allow one to torture another.

Gloves: Hayates gloves not only help him to avois getting exposed to the poison of the senbon, and prevent chaffing from drawing his bow but are also equiped with 2 metal nails that can be used for scratching and light stabbing techniques.

The host's hands will start to resemble will start to curl up and somewhat resemble claws as his teeth will also resemble fangs of a shark.The host will be able to draw chakra from the Bijuu and use it to strengthen the power of his Ninjutsu by 1 rank.

(First Stage)
The host will sprout a tail made with sky blue aura and start to bend there knees in a crouching position and fangs will start to grow in place of where the host's Canine teeth are suppose to be.The user will be able to breathe underwater for long periods of time and will have immunites to water and liquids.

(Second Stage)
The host will sprout another tail of the aura and sprout claws as well.The host will be able to control water with a flick of his fingertips and shoots a powerful water chakra blast that can cut even the toughest of steels.

(Third Stage)
The host will sprout another tail and and there skin will turn into chakra hardened scales and the can defend better then most defensive jutsu and can be fired off the user's skin as sharp little knives.

(Fourth Stage)
The host will be engulfed in his own chakra and begin to transform and morph into a half human and half Sea serpent type of creature with a wider and longer mouth and jaw with razor sharp teeth.The host will also be able to sprout blades made purely out of hard scales from either there elbows,wrists or knees. (or all if they choose.) The user will now be able to create Hurricanes with a single flip of there hand

(Full Bijuu Form)
The Bijuu will take full control of the host's once more being able to use all of its jutsu and some of the host's own jutsu.The Bijuu will be able to control Blood from even the inside of bodies.
