However because of this, he has become an enigma and will sometimes enjoy playing pranks on others by imitating an actual sheep. Gender: Male Clan: Konpaku [Cult] Looks: Bodily Description- Description:
A tall man at about 6' 6", he towers over most people a trait that he hates utterly but can't change aside from a bodily henge that he uses often. His height often detracts from his job, but he ignores it as it helps with his stealth training. He wears a fully grey scale ensemble with a blackish grey cloak over it. Underneath the cloak he wears a grey sleeved vest with the shoulders and elbows removed allowing maximum protection. The vest is covered by a small piece of heavy metal that prevents any blunt or piercing damage to his main organ's and is like all of the other articles of clothing, is attached by a small loop of chain to the main vest.
He wears light and dark grey leg warmers over a pair of whitish grey pants with dark grey knee protectors. His black boots are made for all terrain and have a small piece of metal on the tip for blunt force trauma. Inside of the boots are two blades which can be slide out with the flick of his toe. His ninja supplies are on his right side but his sword harness which is strapped to his back, lays horizontally and opens up to his left. This allows him to grip his sword and still use his predominant hand to flick projectiles and use jutsu while preparing to draw his blade. His blades holder is a ring of cloth surrounding a metal adjustable ring that slides open and closed with the blades girth. The ring also has a clasp for easy removal.
He has icy blue eyes and fair skin showing that he doesn't go out into the sun much, however he, like most assassins live by night time, but because of his training to handle the light, he has been able to venture out in the day time, and interact with people as a normal citizen, per parameters of his missions. His eyes are deep and foreboding, however that does not prevent the female and sometimes male masses from getting lost in them. This should have made it easy for him to use genjutsu, but as he never bothered with the skill as a child, he never uses it, instead opting with an assassins approach. He has grayish white spiky hair that seems to always want to stick to his head whenever he removes his cloak. Though a quick flick of his hand through his hair straightens it up in no time.
He has a fairly athletic build, showing that he would rather be slim and fast, than hulky and powerful, however do not mistaken his slimness for weakness as he can stand toe to toe with some of the strongest men and still live.

Personality:- Personality:
- Emotionless:
Kuro is considered emotionless as most Konpaku are considered. Its mainly attributed to his dedication to his job. This prevents his actions from being clouded by simple emotions like love and lust and allows him to kill without abandon. This also prevents him from gaining any attachments or sentimental qualities with anyone.
- Void of Morals:
Unlike most ninja's, Kuro is void of all morals, opting instead to be an efficient killer instead. This prevents his blade from hesitating when the choice to remove someone's head or spare them comes up. However being a void of morals prevents him from also having an active conscience once again preventing him from getting close to anyone as they never know if they will be his next target or not.
- Utter Calm:
Unnaturally calm for his age, its known as an unnerving skill of his and often freaks out many people because of it. Its known that the last time he was startled about anything was after his home's destruction. This however does not mean he can not be startled by something that exceeds a certain limit of his patience. However because of his pit of emotions, it is close to impossible to produce any other emotion but calm from him.
- Thou shalt not tell a lie:
A trait that was passed on to him from his parents, he is known as the man of a million truths and only one lie. He has made it his purpose to never lie to someone, but that does not prevent him from giving a half truth, beware of the information he gives for it may only contain half of what you need, and half of what will kill you if you take it to heart.
- Sadistic:
A man of a few pleasures, he turns to sadism to get his "kicks". often seen with a sadistic smirk if he seems to be enjoying something. However this is bad for his opponents as he often had the habit of overdoing anything he did, which often meant cutting up his opponents to the point where they were merely bloody marks on the ground.
Basic Clan Information:Clan Name: Konpaku [Cult] Kekkei Genkai:The Dark Essence Removal Bloodline is not a KKG but rather a trait given to those in the clan. Because its not a KKG its freely given to those who past the tests needed to get into the clan. However that does not mean that the traits are easily copied. Able to do practically anything because of his upbringing, he is able to find any job that is needed, including farming. This sometimes gets him mistaken for a traveling worker when he is in fact an assassin in trade and mentality.
- Shadow Stalker
An assassin by trade, he has the ability to blend in with the shadows like a true ninja elite. His ability to manipulate his chakra gives him another plus as he can often suppress it to the point where it matches a civilian, often drawing those around him into a false sense of security. Because of his ability to blend in, he has allowed his tracking ability to soar. His perfect eye sight sharpened by his senses allows him to track a target that will attempt to blend in the crowd.
- Light Body
Because of his heavy weight training he has learned how to make his body lighter than normal as to avoid detection from weight sensors. This makes him more proficient with infiltration as he can easily glide over hidden floor traps, and such without ever disturbing them.
- Light Sleeper/Commando
Known to wake up at the softest sounds of a threat, he is not known for his deep sleeping habits. Kuro prefers to sleep with his eyes open, feigning awareness, only to frighten his opponent into not attacking. This has often earned him the nick name the commando.
- Increased Strength
Not to be confused with powerhouses, his strength comes from his sword and training which was used to strengthen his body to prevent him from collapsing under the weight of his own sword. This does give him a a small measure of increased strength however, it is only marginal with his own body size.
- Chakra Manipulator
A weird trait of his, born with an unnaturally high control of his bodily chakra, Kuro has been able to formulate his chakra into different things before finally coming up with his second trait, explosion. Using his chakra manipulation he can impregnate a surface with his chakra. This also opened up many other techniques for him to use, such as a pulsing technique, as well as a chakra activation technique.
- Fear Factor
Another trait of his, using his extensive chakra along with calm exterior and KI, he has the ability to create an air of utter tension by making everyone in a thirty foot radius feel as if the temperature dropped several degrees. This affects everyone and wont often make an opponent freeze, but it will be effective enough to catch the attention of any high ranking shinobi. Shinobi below his rank however will be more than likely freeze in terror or false cold. However if they stay in this fear frozen state too long (3 posts) their brain will begin to process as though its going through the symptoms of hypothermia and cause light dizziness and/or light to severe vomiting. This trait does not affect civilians or those who have spent an extensive time around him. Simple willpower and/or a dose of minor to major pain can be used to overcome this trait.
- Restrained Potential
Kuro has two heavy chains connected to massive iron weights that are always hidden from view. These act as his restrictives, preventing him from drawing out his full strength or power at any given time. However he can release these from their location in his palm where they were sealed by his sensei. Upon releasing them his current potential will be unleashed almost doubling his strength as well as allowing him to use the chain and weighted ball as a weapon.
- Increased Force
Using his bodies increased weight and gravity from the large number of seals Kuro can increase the force of his attacks. By simply letting the weight and gravity pull on his body compounded with the seals he can increase his strength up to three times the norm of someone his size. However this only comes into play with downward strikes and not upward strikes.
Styles:Name: Death's Assassin Type: Ninjutsu/Weaponry Rank: C-S Element: Darkness Description:A style of utter silence, the Death's Assassin style its utilized by every assassin in the Konpaku clan. Taught to those who are planning on being hunter nin, or just plain old assassins, the darkness element is needed for this style. Using the shadow's around the user, as well as an assassins natural instincts, the assassins of this style take their profession a step further, sometimes able to blend so well with shadow's that they're not even there. Users of this style are not known for their powerful jutsu however, opting instead for utter silence and secrecy. Most of the jutsu in this style are assassination jutsu, or get away jutsu. Though there are some attacks, and a few silencing and interrogation jutsu as well. Weapons:Name: Jigoku Yurushi - Hell's Forgiveness Appearance:- Kuro with his blade:
Similar to a blood red double tear, the blade is a magnificent piece of art. Standing at over twelve feet tall, not counting the chain attached, the blade towers over its owner. The blade itself eight feet long, and three and a half feet wide at its widest, and two and three quarters wide at its thinest, its a 250 lb mammoth capable of cutting through most metals. It has two black streaks running down the blade from the hilt to the blade. Rank: A Special Abilities:Besides being able to channel Kuro's chakra, the blade has very few properties. It is heat resistant, and can channel Kuro's own fire chakra to heat up the blade. The chain attached to it can be used to ensnare opponents, and also acts as a balance for the blade. The chain also has chakra conductive properties. The last property it has, is like all Konpaku weapons, the blade is attached to Kuro's soul preventing anyone but him from wielding it. As such when he dies, the weapon is destroyed as well. Origin:Created out a part of Kuro soul by the God of Death himself, he instilled the special properties in the blade for Kuro himself. The blade was specially crafted for him and has been used by Kuro ever since. Name: Nai Sochi - Dead Element Appearance:- Spoiler:
A long black futuristic looking katana that is made of blackened stainless steel and adamant diamond. The blade has three dark gray buttons near the hilt that can be used as element slots, or weapon slots. These slots can also be used to hold chakra tanks in which the user can then use as a medium for chakra based attacks instead of actually drawing from the users chakra. The blade itself ripples slightly near the hilt before forming a sharp edge that ends in a point. It is a single edged blade as the back end of the blade can be used to block and deflect other weapons. The scabbard is a single piece of blackened wood and steel with intricate designs at the bottom and top of the holder. The scabbard locks to the handle and can only be released with the push of a hidden button. 28 1/8” blade, 38 1/16” overall. Rank: S Special Abilities:Unlike Jigoku Yurushi, Nai Sochi is not a soul weapon, however being a sentient weapon it creates a contract with its users that last until the user dies. This enables the user to quickly call the sword back if they lose it in battle at no cost of chakra. The blade also has the special ability to use the users bloodline in various ways. In Kuro's Hands the Blade is able to 'suck' life energies from the people it hits with slashes, in most cases it is chakra, however it can also snatch small pieces of their soul or suck out their blood. This can only work after the user has either hit the opponent enough times for the blade to taste their blood, or has had extended contact with the opponents body to allow it to begin absorbing such energy. It also allows him to absorb at least one technique of Kuro's rank or below from the user as long as it is not outside of Kuro's elements or skill set. Origin: Created long before records were created it has been passed down from teacher to student over the countless years before finally being passed on to Kuro from his Sensei, the first Kuro Konpaku. Name: Chains Rank: C Appearance: Located on both the end of Jigoku Yurushi, as well as attached the large iron weights in Kuro's arms and legs, these chains are highly chakra conductive and usuable by Kuro. Special Characteristics: None besides being highly chakra conductive because of their subsequent attached weapons. Origins: N/A Name: Heavy Iron Weights Rank: B Appearance: Similar to the iron weights attached to prisoners these are extremely larger and were used in Kuro's strength training. They appear to be chakra conductive and are held in his arms and legs. Special Chaaracteristics: These are only drawn out when Kuro uses his seal release jutsu. When sealed inside his body they make him .5x slower than his rank and raise his strength by 1.5x but when released can increase his speed by 2x and lower his strength by .75x. The weights make up for this strength however when they are actively used by Kuro with his drop force attacks. Origins: Used by Kuro during his strength training, they were sealed into his body by his sensei.

But if they were and came to different conclusions, was one thinking of something different and another of something similar? Was one thinking of Rosalia's and another of Fern's? Or were they thinking the same but only perceiving differently. Thus was the questions of the man.
And thus he sat, dazed and deranged, perched atop a massive oak like a giant black raven, ready to fall over and die. It was weird for him, to daydream and think at the same time, and almost not pay attention to his surroundings, but be as it may, he was still vaguely aware of what was going on around him, and it was quite, quite interesting to say the least. 'So much thinking...So much depression...I swear...', he thought gloomily as he dangled a long panted leg over the side of a branch. The muscles in his leg twitching every time he bounced it this way and that. He sighed softly as his scythe rested against the wood beside him, which contrary to popular belief, still astounded him. The branch itself was several feet across, probably several yards across, yet it fit him, and his scythe. It was absolutely mind blowing. But then again it never ceased to amaze him how much nature could change in mere seconds, seconds in which, if you react wrong too, would be seconds you wouldn't have a second chance to use.

They will then condense the chakra into the air to form superheated air, in which they will breath out of their mouths rapidly. This will create a vacuum of air in front of it while adding more wind to the sides increasing the speed and temperature to the point where the air reaches 400 degrees Fahrenheit and 200 miles per hour. To better direct the technique the user will hold their thumb and forefinger in front of their lips while applying chakra to the soles to keep them from being burned.

After it is thrown at the designated target, it will form into a liquid like fire and then spread out into a wide arc, scrotching everything in a 100 ft radius.

These flames have the capability of melting through high grade steel which makes it a not so good combination idea when using weapons. Through intense concentration, which in turn leaves them open to attack if there is more than one opponent, they can direct the flames towards their opponent.

- Fire Release: Volcanic Eruption - Kazan Funka No Jutsu
Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Range: 50m Description: The user begins this jutsu by gathering their fire chakra and releasing it throughout the ground in a potent mixture. The fire chakra would spread out quickly and heat nearby pockets of water as it traveled downward partially melting some rocks turning the ground into a semi-molten cap over the steam. The pressure would continue to rise until it became to much, by then the user would have jump in the air away from the imminent explosion.
The ground would then erupt violently as the steam broke through the cap sending fragments of stone and semi-molten rock into the air along with a huge amount of dust and smoke. As the debris rises the user heats it up more by supplying even more fire before finding cover somewhere as the molten rock and ash rains down on the battlefield scalding and suffocating everyone caught in it. Can cause severe lung damage if inhaled as some of the fragments are very fine and can cut through the lung muscles.
Post 1: The user will begin the jutsu via handseals and begin to collect and focus their fire energy through out the ground.
Post 2-3: The user will allow the build up of heat to the point where the rocks below the user begin to melt and form steam.
Post 4: The cap will solidify as the pressure rose steadily causing the ground to bulge upwards signaling the user to jump away from the area.
Post 5: The Cap will explode releasing the steam, rocks and ash into the sky killing those in the immediate area via the heat, force and debris. The Ash cloud will reach up to 450 feet in the air and will blanket an area that is over 500 feet in diameter. Those 100 feet from the blast and less will have severe 3rd degree burns and will most likely die in 2 posts. Those 200 feet away from the blast will have 2nd degree burns and will have a slight chance of survival if they can escape from the ash cloud. Those 300 feet away have the highest chance of survival and will most likely only have 1st degree burns.
Post 6: The user will begin to heat up the ash cloud just as it descends upon the survivors. Inhaling the ash is very fatal as the Ash is so fine that it can rip holes in the lungs of those who breath it. Because the ash cloud has been heated, those inside will begin to be baked alive increasing the burn wounds or in some cases killing those caught inside.
Post 7: By now the Ash Cloud will begin to collapse through the field and create a miniature pyroclastic flow. This flow will wipe out any survivors who have not escaped the area, as well as the user if they have not chosen to flee by now. It is possible for those who have not been affected by the earlier events to outrun the pyroclastic flow. The Flow will travel 250m before stopping completely.
Post 8: By then those who were caught in the jutsu are now confirmed dead, any survivors will die in two posts with or without medical help. Those who escaped before hand will be safe however.

The heated melted rock would slowly begin to get denser and sink as other earth rises around it forming pockets of air and gas. As the heated rock sinks, the pressure around it will grow causing it to release the gases stored within along with huge amounts of sulfur oxide, a poisonous gas.
This would continue until the pressure grew to the point of where the ground was bulging up from the huge pocket of collecting sulfur oxide. The molten rock around it would form a denser and denser cap to the point of where the sulfur oxide simply explodes outward in a terrible volcanic eruption of sulfur, heat and molten rock.
Moisture in the air would begin to react with the sulfur creating a corrosive acid named Sulfuric Acid. This along with the sulfur oxide and sulfur dioxide would make a sickly yellowish cloud that would speed outwards sideways from from the explosion catching the opponent off guard.
Inhaling the toxic fumes has been proven fatal as the corrosive gases and acid have been known to suffocate and permanently damage lungs. This jutsu is particularly fatal to large groups of soldiers that are pinned down into positions with no way of escape except jumping up into a slaughter. That factor alone made this jutsu a forbidden jutsu in many countries after it was first witnessed by its creator. A man named, Emanyeru Kouseitan'i.

Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Darkness Range: Short (0 - 10 meters) Description: A darkness release jutsu utilized by the Konpaku clan it was designed as an assassination jutsu of a low caliber. This jutsu is most effective at night when the number of shadows and the amount of darkness is at its highest, however those who have mastered the darkness element can use this technique in daylight however it is weakened down to a B rank.
This jutsu is begun by the users gathering their darkness chakra into a shadow near their body, preferably their own shadow or hopefully a shadow near their target.
