Plunge Into Darkness [P]

The Shadow Realm. Only one word could actually describe the place. Dark. It was difficult to tell which way was up and which was was down. Several pairs of reds eyes seemed to peer through the shadow, looking for prey. An unfortunate soul that somehow ended up in this hell. Growling was heard. In-human sounds echoed through the realm. Gurgling, groaning, screeching. You name it. Jonas heard it. The boy stood in what seemed to be the middle of the realm. "What the hell?" He said, thinking aloud. He had no idea what happened. Then it dawned on him. During his fight with the rouge nin, he fell into some black hole. He exhaled, and looked at his burn. Suddenly, tendrils of darkness wrapped around his arm, over the burn. Skin started to cover the burn until the chuunin's arm was as good as new.

Jonas blinked at this, but said nothing of it. Suddenly, the realm began to shake. All the red eyes seemed to blur and moved to the center of the room, right in front of Jonas. Jonas took a cautious step back, and held his hand out. Attempting to gather natural energy to form an Auragan, something strange happened instead. Dark matter swirled into his palm, and then fizzled out, burning his palm. He groaned. Although the beast blended in with the back round, he could see it clearly. He stood at least two feet above him, pointy ears, and four skinny arms. It was propped up on its hind legs. Its eyes, er, eye was closed. A cyclops demon. You know what it is, child. a voiced echoed through the darkness. The eye opened, and it was red. No pupil, no iris, just red. The cyclops grinned at him and too a deep breath. Jonas didn't know what it was, but something told him to brace himself.

The monster exhaled, releasing a powerful shockwave. The shockwave blew away the darkness, everything. He closed his eyes instinctively, as he felt the gale rip through him. But it didn't hurt. He opened his eyes. He was in a corridor, like in a mansion or something. He was wearing a tuxedo, black and purple. His hair was down, cascading down to his shoulder like a silver waterfall. It took him a while to realize that a woman was standing right in front of him. Jonas blushed. She was beautiful. She was about two inches shorter than Jonas, and wore a black dress. She had red hair, tied up in a bun, and sinister gold eyes. She seemed to peer into Jonas' soul as she grinned, revealing pearly white sharp teeth. "Oh wow..Shinigami-Sama must like you.." She noted. She turned, and gestured for Jonas to follow her down the hall.

The chuunin followed the woman down the hall way, looking in confusions as blue clouds floated past him once in a while. "They're souls. Shinigami-sama decides who gets to keep their body. You should have died when Kuro-kun brought you here. But, you must be strong if you're still in one piece. The shadow demons didn't even harm you." She mused, blushing when she said the name "Kuro." Jonas was assuming that the guy who brought him here. He noted that the cyclops demon brought him here, not Kuro, but he didnt' say anything. The duo came to a large door. The girl nodded to Jonas, and knocked on the door before fading into the shadows. Jonas looked at where the girl stood, and suddenly, the large door opened up. It revealed a fancy meeting room, that of a CEO of a big company or something. Jonas stood at the doorway, confused. He noticed a man sitting in the chair, his back turned to Jonas. "...Er..hello..?" He said, unsure what else to say.

The man spun the chair around and faced the chuunin, who looked like he was about to crap his pants right then and there. The man had white, bushy, spiked hair, and his skinw as deadly pale. He just had eye sockets instead of eyes, and he looked like he was crying blood. He grinned crazily at Jonas, causing him to take a cautious step back into the door. Jonas knitted his eyebrows, feeling really uncomfortable. The man grinned at him, and held his hand, beckoning him forth. Suddenly, a force compelled Jonas over to the chair, and made him take a seat. He gulped, a bead of sweat running down the side of his face.

The man crossed his leg over his knee, and held his head using his hand. "Now, kid. You look promising. If used correctly, the darkness in your heart can be one of the most destructive weapons." The man spoke, his voice deep and demonic. His voice was almost silky smooth, which made Jonas more uncomfortable. He just stayed quiet while the man explained the darkness. "I mean, you try to stay in the light. You try to be a good person. But you hate your father. You dislike your twin, and you're jealous of your eldest brother. I can teach you to use this power of hate, to save your darling friends. Including Raina." The shinigami reasoned. Emmanuel was gone, so he wouldn't have to worry about saving him, and Rei left the village on some mission. Raina was the only one he cared about besides his mother, but she was long gone. He sat back in the table, and felt something burning within him.

Shinigami smirked, and then his hand began to illuminate with this purple energy. Joans groaned, his body felt like he was on funny. "One life for another. Go save Raina, but then, come back here, and train with Kuro. You will unlock your full potential, and slay some souls for me." Shingami noted, and Jonas' tuxedo started to burn away. Suddenly, Jonas' body was wrapped in black, mesh bandages. His eyes the only thing visible on him. His golden eyes, now sinister, stared Shingami. He was embracing the darkness in his heart, and it was changing him. But it was good change. "I've only giving you one power, to open dark corridors, so go. Go save Raina.." Shinigami said, and Jonas turned away. He held his hand up, and a black hole appeared on the wall door. Then it widened until it formed a hole large enough for Jonas to step in. He smirked under the bandages, and took a step into the corridor of darkness, pin-pointing Raina's chakra.

Another dark portal opened up, and Jonas walked through it, the bandages wrapping around melting into the tuxedo. "The deed is done." He said, hatred in his eyes. The shinigami smirked, and then tapped his fingers on his wooden desk. Jonas didn't even bother to take a seat. He was too emotionally distraught. He stood there, listening to the shinigami ramble about the Konpaku clan. How Jonas was going to be apart of it, train alongside Kuro, and learn to embrace his hatred and darkness. His eyes fell to the ground.
