Murky Water Manipulation

Type: Supplementary
A simple jutsu taught to user's when they begin training in the murky water jutsu. The jutsu allows them to control murky water.
Mud coat
Rank: C
Range: Close (0m ~ 5m)
Type: Deffence
The user will coat themselves in a thick shell of murky water, the water will then harden to a density close to metal.
