The jutsu scroll section.

This is where the Academy students can study up on jutsu and borrow it as there own. Here are some sample AS jutsu that anybody can use.

Shuriken Rain
Type:D-rank,Ninjutsu
The userthrows a shuriken up in the air, quickly forming hand seals. The shuriken is cloned in the dozens, falling down in the area an opponents in.The shuriken can also be thrown straight forward at the opponent and cloned as well.

Devil's Stab
Type:D-Rank,Kenjutsu
The user focuses his chakra into a dagger, and stabs at the opponent. The user's chakra ignites while inside the opponent,damaging its internal organs causing them to not focus or move correctly.

Flame Pillar
Type:C-Rank,Ninjutsu
The user forms a series of hand seals before breathing a burning liquid at there opponent. The chakra accelerates the burning liquid creating an inferno that surrounds the opponent in a scorching pillar of flames and will try to burn the opponent.

Blinding Streak
Type:E-Rank,Ninjutsu
The user produces an incredibly bright electric discharge in his hands, temporarily blinding there opponent. Then user then lunges at his opponent, stabbing them with the lightning.

Wind Slicer
Type:E-Rank,Ninjutsu
The user focuses his chakra into the air, creating a slight draft. The slow moving wind gains speed every second, hitting there opponent with tremendous force.

Teleporting Shuriken
Type:E-Rank,Ninjutsu
The user throws a shuriken at there opponent and forms hand seals, If the user tries to block the shuriken it will reappear behind the defender and hit him.If the user evades it will teleport to the place he will try to land at.

Earth Mine,Ninjutsu
Type:D-Rank
The user forces its chakra into the ground below their opponent and then makes the chakra burst. The ground explodes trying to harm the user.

Fireball
Type:D-rank,Ninjutsu
The user converts chakra into flames in there lunges to then exhale a large fireball from there mouth at an opponent.

Chakra Rave
Type:E-Rank,Kenjutsu

The young student sat at the very corner table of the scroll section, reading the Fire pillar jutsu. She scratches her nose and sighed, "This seems complicated, but seems so cool~. I'm gonna learn it and show Raigu." She grinned and continued reading.

He walked into the library, his soft souled shoes making no noise, he had removed his bells before coming to this place, picking up the scrolls for "Chakra Rave" and "Chakra Drain" finding a secluded place to read them.

The girl ran into the libary. Being shushed by the libary as her footsteps echoed in the building. She blushed abit and rubbed hte back of her head as she nodded to the warning and walked more quietly and slowly towards the jutsu scroll section, she read over the names before taking the ones she wished to read further into.
She sat down at one of hte desks taking out a notebook to write down important information from the scrolls she wished to learn from before putting them back where they where and leaving.

Appearing again he came in the same as last time, he walked over the the shelves grabbing all sorts of different scrolls on every subject an Academy student should learn, he then borrowed them and fled to the training grounds.

A shiver went down the spine of the Kanakosa child. She looked up and gazed around the Library. She had a feeling that someone..or some-peoples had just been there. Quickly dismissing the thought that she was that unobservant, the girl stood up and grabbed two scrools and rushed outside to study them in practice.

Emanyeru would walk into the library and look through the various scrolls before picking out the few he liked the most, "Hmm lets start with these three...". He said to himself as he walked out of the library with the scrolls he picked.

Walking into the library, I go around looking at all the jutsu scrolls in here. After a couple minutes he sighs and heads towards the door. "Nothing worth my time. Simple and not my type." Shakng his head he looks around the room to see if I missed any just in case.

Walking into the room he quickly picked out the Jutsu he thought would most benifit him. The Chakra Rave, Devil's Star,and Wind Slice.
