The Legends Eternal~ [Private~Surp and Sora only.]

Surp walked to the door and opened it. Then he stood, holding the door like his normal gentleman self.

"Well then off to the ramen stands!"

When we arrived, they served me the usual. It had become routine by now since I'd been there so many times.

"I'll have what she has, thanks."

"Umm... Chicken Ramen with rice and beets." I said as I sat down beside Aya.

The cooks got on the orders as soon as they were issued. We all smiled, uknown to all of us that trouble would soon befall upon us.

Surp though to break the ice, so he turned to Aya and smiled. Sheer delight in having seen her again running through his whole body. "So, Aya, how did this come about. You being Kage and all?"

"It seems the people were tired of apathy, they felt they needed a leader, someone with promise and power. True integrity and a true heart and someone whom would lead them kindly and yet fearlessly, and so they chose me, so spontaneously. But as you saw, I had no other choice but to accept. I want to help my village any way possible. You can understand that I'm sure, you often times have the same morale I do. Is that why you suddenly seem so joyous?"

Her eyes seemed to look over Surp's form, that cold kindness and innocence still lingering in her eyes. I suppose she's seen troubles I haven't really seen. I hope I never do, but anarchy is rough. But, how was she able to sense emotion so well? I wonder if it worked with all emotion. There had to be a fallthrough, something she was weak or blind to, everyone has their weaknesses. But I wasn't going to waste my time trying to find it at this very moment.

"Guys do you sense that? Someone has invaded this village. I don't know what or who but they are not in the good alignment. What do you think it is?"

"I do seem to sense that as well. Some malefic forces that linger here in your premises. Is there something we can do?" I nodded.

"Help me protect this village, when the intruder finds his way to us."

Surp was flurried with emotions at the moment and therefore sensed no disturbance, but he did not continue once the others became aware and attempted to calm himself. "Why would they come to us, do you know them?"

"No, I do not think I do."

"They are alien to this land, I sense as well. I do not know if I know them yet, I've yet to see them. They might come to us since we are the biggest power source around this village. Unless there is something greater than two kages and a sannin."

"I doubt that."

I shook my head, something felt weird. What could this be?

"Yes, i agree. But if that is the case, then we already know something about them. They are trained as a sensory ninja. Otherwise, they wouldn't know where we were." surp spoke so analytical there and then smiled. "Perhaps just messengers."

"Surpentheon, you're very analytical, I like your way of looking at things. It's very logical."

I smiled. Of course I would say this to him. Firstly, I was smart, but I wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. And I knew and came to accept this. Secondly, I needed to study more but I always used to neglect my studies as a young ninja, and I kinda was neglecting them now.

"They may be that, that is always a possibility, we have to keep our minds open as ninja. However, we also must never let our guard down, at least that is what I was taught. These presences are growing more and more dark as they approach, which leads me to believe that they are out for destruction or murder. We just have to sit tight until they finally get here, they may be far and they may be near. We won't know until they decide to show themselves."

OOC: Can you play the NPC ninja. Yes, they are rogue ninja trying to assassinate Sora. I'm not good at all this battle business.

I see them assuming other things and look out of the ramen building. "They are heading towards us at a slow rate, cautious. That implies murderous intent. But they didn't arrive ahead of time, which means they aren't here to kill the visiting kage. If they were, they would've as i said, arrived ahead of her to set a likely trap. And they aren't here to murder me. Such an attempt would require more stealthy shinobi or mass quantity of them. That leaves reirei as the target. Cautious in avoiding detection and conflict from guards on patrol, but confident that their target would be here and not flee. Therefore, their target has to be someone of high order and unwavering loyalty." turns back and looks at reirei.

OOC: I'll play the shinobi

Surp stands and stares at them both. "Or, we can keep both kages out of harms way and let me handle this. No doubt they aren't the strongest foes out there, but they came in numbers greater than you two. Not to mention this is a mission to them. Which can lead us to assume that they were chosen because they each are assumed to have skills that play to Lady Sora's weaknesses. I am quite confident that i could eliminate the threat at hand with the most minimum effort as well as possible damage and casualties."

"If things get outta hand? What if you got hurt?"

Sitting immediately in defeat, he crosses his arms. "Fine, do as you wish."
