General Appearance:

Takai is rather average for his height, standing at roughly 5'5''. He is of a rather muscular build, having already begun developing strong abdominal, and arm muscles. There are a few distinct features about Takai that can make him instantly recognizable. For one, he has rather dark green colored hair, as opposed to the normal black of his clan. The boy also tends to wear the same style of clothing most days.

As mentioned, Takai has dark green hair. On his forehead the hair reaches just past his eyebrows, not really getting in the way of his eyes. On the side, his ears could easily be covered, although the hair tends to be tucked in behind the ear just so as to not cause discomfort. Being from the Uchiha Clan, known for their doujutsu the Sharingan, it would be normal for Takai to be able to make his eyes change to the color red when using the technique. Takai, however, was born with red eyes, and as such can give the effect that he is using the Sharingan when he isn't, and vise-versa. Of course the tomoe are not visible if the Sharingan is not activated, so close examination would prove whether he actually is or is not using it.

Clothing is a rather big deal to Takai, although not in the manner where he wants to go 'Shopping, Shopping, Shopping!!!. Instead, he likes to keep to one set of clothes, of which he has multiple pairs of. He, of course, does have other clothes to wear on days that are extremely cold/hot, or simply for relaxed. On his chest, Takai wears a grey jacket, although it lacks a hood. The 'outline' of the jacket is red, to symbolize Katon: the element Uchihas are known for. The clan symbol is on the back of the jacket, and a small symbol is on the upper-right hand corner in the front. Underneath the jacket is a simple black shirt, just to give him extra protection from the elements. It is used more or less as an undershirt than and actual article of clothing, being how it is not meant to be seen in most cases.

From his waist and down, Takai wears a loose-fitting pair of black pants. They are not entirely loose, however, as they can be tightened once worn. The looseness is simply to give Takai more mobility when he is doing normal shinobi activities such as running, and dodging. Overall they are very comfortable, and go well with the grey sweatshirt. Directly underneath his pants are Takai's shoes, of which he sticks solely to 'regular shoes'. They are roughly the same color as his pants, though they leave his toes visible, and thus unprotected. The entire shoe goes up his leg roughly six inches, to ensure they do not come off.

Aside from normal equipment, Takai always keeps his precious sword nearby, which in a way resembles that of his brother's. At the moment is really does not have a name, although it is commonly referred to as 'Grass Cutter'. Seeing how that is not a 'fitting' name for such a sword, Takai is trying to find inspiration to actually name it. The blade is simply a chokuto, with the Uchiha symbol branded at the grip. It is kept in a holder on his back, which can twist when he goes to draw it out.

Personality:

Takai can't really be described as having on 'set' personality. He instead has a visible, and hidden 'feature' to his personality. The visible one is arrogance, while his hidden side is a protective sort of acting. Normally the hidden personality feature needs some sort of trigger for him to actually think about acting as such a way, as he thinks it weak in ways, though of course strong in others.

His arrogant side isn't completely arrogant, so to speak. Yes, Takai thinks highly of himself and his abilities, especially due to the fact that he is of the legendary Uchiha Clan. However, he knows his weaknesses, and through his arrogance exploits them. By acting all 'high and mighty', it gives him another way of looking upon himself, to determine whether or not he is actually strong, average, or weak in a certain aspect.

This arrogance can also be used as a means to get stronger. Normally if you were going to pick a fight with someone, them being arrogant would not take away from the fact you may want to hit them. By drawing in opponent, Takai can see where his abilities stand in contrast to others, and will them train himself accordingly.

Don't be fooled by those aspects, however. Takai can be just a 'snobby brat' in certain situations, although they are few and far between. Generally, people acting extremely stupid, especially if those people were to be his teammates, would anger him. If enough was built up, Takai could get to a boiling point where he doesn't care, and simply wants to get the job over with.

Inside, Takai has a secret nature of looking out for others. Normally this only applies to the weak, though not all the times. In the manner of a weak, and extremely stupid person, especially comrades, Takai could care no less of their existence. Normally in his eyes, girls are the ones who should be protected, not protecting.

Always keeping his eyes out for girls is something Takai is always doing, though of course in a secretive manner. Should something arise that would put multiple people at risk, or in some cases just one, Takai would take it upon himself to save (most of) them. Since he is rather gifted, he tries to put his abilities to use for good, every here and there.

Other: Takai is considered to be rather attractive, though it only really affects kids around his age. It more or less can only make girls look at him in a 'special' way, and on a rare occasion he can be randomly hugged by girls he knew from when he was younger.

Grass Cutter (unofficial name): 'Grass Cutter', as it is commonly called, is a Chokuto utilized by Takai Uchiha. There is nothing particularly special about the blade, at least not yet. Takai, not having the years of experience needed to find different ways to actually strengthen the way he uses a sword, simply uses it as that: a sword. It is extremely sharp, however, and can cut through rather weak walls, as well as crack hard objects like cement after one swing. The blade itself has retained no scratches, no matter how strong Takai strikes it on a surface. The handle is eight inches, while the blade is 2 1/2 feet.

Equipment:

Ninja Pouches x5: Small and large pouches designed to hold ninja equipment. Located on waist and legs. Largest is on right thigh.

Shuriken x10, Kunai x10, Senbon x20, 15 ft wire x2, Exploding Tags x5: Normal shinobi weapons used by most ninja. They are kept in various pouches on the waist, and legs.

Demon Windmill Shuriken x2: An enormous shuriken, which the user holds by the hole at the center of the weapon. It has four blades that sometimes can be sheathed as one, creating a sort of dagger. They are kept in a special pouch along the user's right thigh.

Medical Kit: A small kit containing medical supplies anyone could use. Also contains a small can of insect spray. It is kept in a backpack, and only brought along should Takai be wearing a backpack at the time. It is closed at all times unless being used.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
