Another Day (Open)

*Tortugis suddenly wasn't able to breathe very well and started to spit up blood, noticing he had a gapping hole in this throat he then fell to his knee's suddenly and looks to the one known as Hikaru, he then evaporates into what looks to be a large stream of blood and then it starts to get smaller into a very condensed blood puddle and flows towards Hikaru and into his blood stream, Hikaru feels a pulsing sense in his blood as if his blood in itself hardened(Tortugis's defense fused with your body making you most resistant to blunt attacks, you will understand more later.), Another gust of wind flows by Hikaru.*

"Goodjob, however you still have three more portals to choose from."

Hikaru lay on the ground for a few moments, resting as much as he could. After building up enough resolve to keep trying, he struggled to pull himself to his feet. He waited for a moment, contemplating which portal he should choose. He looked down at his torn and beaten body. His mind was racing, wondering if he had made the right choice accepting this "training" in the first place. After standing for what, in his mind, seemed like an eternity, he decided that he would at least see this through. He had never liked giving up, so he wouldn't now. He lifted his hands, deftly creating the appropriate signs to manipulate his blood again. He sealed his wounds, and, in an extremely excruciating moment, set his ribs back in place using his own marrow. He turned to a nearby portal, walking with both fear and determination. As he passed through the portal, he cringed in fear of what may happen next.

*The man Hikaru would walk through the portal once more and then appear back where he was....But this time Zahur was standing infront of him.*

"The whole time you were going to find me on the third, you just had to get Gargin and Tortugis in your blood, that was really the trial all along. I just wanted to see how you would do if you didn't know those were the actual trials, now we begin the "fun" part of training, and at the end you confront the final beast in order to learn the Ancient Blood seals, but that is long from now, are you ready?"

Hikaru looked solemnly at Zahur. Honestly, we never know if we're ready for anything, but I will continue training under you to learn what you speak of. He continued with his blank stare, excited about his new training.

*He would nod*

"Okay we shall start with the basics."

*Zahur would walk over and then stand behind Hikaru, pull out a seal and release its power, a small device would appear in Zahur's hands.*

"This isn't going to feel good...at all but it's needed."

*He would then lift the device onto Hikaru's shoulder and press it into his body, the device seemed to evaporate into the mans body, nothing seemed to happen at first, but then Hikaru would start to feel like his insides were burning, also needles constantly stabbing his skin.*

"This device will enhance your ability to manipulate blood, so you can use things such as Blood Seals, but in return you will be in a lot of pain in the following four hours...This is testing your ability to keep stabile even in the worst situations aswell."

*Zahur would then walk over to a tree and lean on it watching Hikaru's reaction to the device placed into him.*

Hikaru at first felt nothing, but kept wary of what Zahur had told him. Within moments, Hikaru had buckled over in pain, fighting not to cry out in pain. His fists clenched involuntarily. A small stream of tears running down his face. He grit his teeth, attempting to stand. His legs barely reacted, merely tensing instead of lifting him. He could not think, barely able to breathe and using all the strength he could draw just to keep himself from collapsing entirely.

*Zahur would just watch as the man goes through this pain.*

Hikaru began to numb from the pain. He no longer felt the intense pain that his blood was bringing him, but he could barely move. He gradually began to stand in the following hours, succeeding in his attempt during the third hour. His veins were clearly visible on his skin as he endured what seemed like inhuman torture. As the end of the fourth hour neared, his body had turned a shade of red from his blood pumping at an alarming rate. He had nearly passed out several times, yet he endured the pain for this was his only option.

*As the last hour would end Zahur would walk over to Hikaru and look down on him.*

"You okay?"

Hikaru's body loosened as the pain stopped. The sudden change made him fall over once more, but this time from relief. Sweat dripped from his face as he thought of what he just endured. What kind of excruciating trials would come next? Only time would tell.
He looked up at Zahur. I'm fine. For now. I will need plenty of time to recover if I am to endure more of this training. His voice was weak, his strength sapped by his efforts to endure.

*He would smirk looking at the man worn out after a long and hard training session, then motioning him to move along.*

"Go ahead and get some rest, meet back here tomorrow morning."

*With that being said, a gust of wind blew by and after a few moments Zahur had faded within it.*

As Zahur faded, Hikaru wearily rose to his feet. He walked toward a nearby tree, his mind and body burning heavily with fatigue. As he neared the tree, his eyes ran over the intertwining branches, searching for any branches that were near enough for him not to fall between them yet sturdy enough to support his weight. He soon spotted an area of the tree that appeared to have branches with these qualities. He climbed the tree sluggishly and tested them. They seemed to hold his weight, so he sat, leaning his back against the trunk, arms crossed, and eyes closed. His tired mind had convinced him that this was an easier place to get to than his home, but his body begged to differ.

*The sun rises the next morning, hitting Hikaru's face making him acknowledge the following day has come. Following the sun rising A gust of wind blows as it passes Zahur appears not to far from the man known as Hikaru, he looks up at the man and then waits for him to awaken.*

Hikaru opens his eyes, welcoming the warmth of the sun. He quickly ran what fatigue was left from his body and looked around himself. He was surprised to see his teacher waiting near the foot of the tree. He help a confused look on his face for a moment, then deftly swung down from his perch, landing with his body aching from his prior training. He let the simple pain pass and walked to his teacher. What now? He asked. A simple question, and at the moment he need not to ask more than just that.

*He would watch as Hikaru awakened, he would then release his blade into sight, the blade known as Titenuki and point it at Hikaru.*

"Now we must work on your Physical and Mental capabilities, make you strong enough to learn the blood seals, I implanted the device in you so you can now obtain the ability, but you must be strong enough to use them aswell. So prepare yourself."

Hikaru immediately prepared to fight When the blade was pointed at him. Taking a defensive stance, he readied for an attack, noting that he had the disadvantage of his katana being broken in his earlier training. He studied Zahur intensely, looking for any weakness he might exploit.

*He would nod at the man and then take a quick step at the man, while stepping her would slash at the air infront of Hikaru and then step past him, seeming to be almost instant Zahur would be back infront of the man a few steps away then again rushing at Hikaru and stabbing the same air he slashed a few moments ago, He would then jump back and watch for Hikaru's reaction*

Hikaru reacted quickly. Instinctively he dropped to the ground, catching himself with his hands. Hikaru heard his teacher move behind him, then reappear in front of him. Anticipating an attack, he launched himself backwards, pushing off the ground with his hands and landing deftly on his feet.
