E-Rank
The students are expected to know these skills before graduating to Genin.

D-Rank
These skills will make up most of a Genin's arsenal.

C-Rank
Some Genin will have one to two skills at this level, serving as their "trump cards" to pass the Chuunin Exams.

B-Rank
Chuunin and Special Jounin are able to utilize most jutsu at this level.

A-Rank
Some Jounin will develop their own unique jutsu from this level to serve as their "trump card" but these are mainly known to Kage-level ninja.

Description: A basic ninja technique that allows the user to take the appearance of anotehr person/ object. More proficiency with the technique allows more complex transformations.

Description: A basic ninja technique that allows the user to replace his/her form with another object (Preferentially a wooden log).

Description: By coursing fire chakra to the user's body, the user can abnormally heat up any part of the user's body. Most usually used on the fists and feet (Or the forehead. Skipping school for the win).

Description: Placing his/her palms on the ground, the user can draw sand up to two meters deep up to the ground, thus causing the above ground to drop, and the sand to collect on the top. Waste of chakra if there is no sand underground.

Name: Sand Style: Craft work

Range: Mid range (0-15 meters)
Type: Supplementary, Ninjutsu, Suna
Description: With superior artistic skill, a Sand manipulator can create architectural objects out of sufficient amounts of sand. Although it does not require any hand-seals, it does require intense finger-work and handy skill. The crafts that can be made range from ninja tools: shuriken, kunai, wires, etc. Random objects can be created as well, ranging from pieces of paper, boxes, mosaics, etc. As an ultimatum, this technique can be used to raise tents or small cottages out of sand.

Name: Sand Style: Sand Replacement Technique

Range: Any spot within the user's line of sight containing sand
Type: Defensive, Ninjutsu, Suna
Description: This technique applies the same formula as the academy Replacement Technique. However, instead of replacing the body with any object, the user replaces his/herself with sand. This sand takes a heavy amount of chakra to produce, and only works if the user is standing in an area containing sand. Another limiter is the presence of sand in the vicinity.

Type: Offensive, Ninjutsu, Katon
Description: By performing a single hand-seal, the user can whip his/her arm back and forth, and produce successive bursts of flame from his/her hand that propagate at most ten meters. These flares are redundantly small, and do nothing greater than cause the victim to feel a sharp rise in temperature where the sparks hit. They can burn holes into most fabrics.

All that reduces my money by 30k. o; Leaving me with a bit more than 7k.

Chakra no Mesu [Chakra Scalpel]

Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to his or her hands. When his or her charged hands reach the body of the target, the user can extend the chakra internally into the target's body to cut and neatly slice the target's muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.


Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu [Fine Affliction Extraction]

Description: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu is a skill used by medical ninja to remove harmful poisons from a patient's body. The ninja will infuse his or her chakra into liquid, which he or she will insert into the patient. The user will then use the liquid as a medium to draw out the poison from the cells. This mix can then be removed from the body. Depending on the deadliness of the poison, further treatment with an antidote or medicine may be required.


Chikatsu Saisei no Jutsu [Healing Resuscitation Regeneration]

Description: Chikatsu Saisei is an advanced medical Ninjutsu technique. The technique allows the medical ninja to use the hair of the one injured as a medium to reconstruct damaged body tissue. The extent of the damage will control how difficult and long the procedure is. The injured person will be placed in the center of a square marked with rites for the procedure. One medical ninja will sit at each corner to provide precise chakra control to help in the cell conversion process. Another medical ninja will sit at the lead to guide the process.


Ranshinshou [Chaotic Mental Collision]
Rank: A
Description: Changing the chakra in his or her hand into an electricity, the user can create an electric field to disrupt the target's nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, the shinobi can use the field to disrupt the target's ability to move. What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for the target to move unless he or she has high skill and understanding of the body.


Shousen Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique]

Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing his or her own chakra to his or her hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, he or she is able to heal more critical injuries. Highly skilled medical-Nins can use these techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.

Description: The user will create a few hand seals and launch itself at the enemy, biting it wherever it can bite. The poison that has stocked itself in the user's teeth, will transfer in the place where it has been bitten; the closer to the head, the more chances there are to die. If it is a limb, the poison will paralyze it and only a specific antidote that a medic ninja or Asako knows can save the limb again; without it won't ever work again.

All Gathering Technique

Type: Supplemantary
This is a justu developed by Saku mastering his magnetic skill, he is able to move any metal or iron objects by force. With this jutsu Saku gathers all metal and iron materials of any kind, but if anything is farther than 15 meters it wont work. The metal and iron materials will be attached to each other like magnets, this makes it impossible for anyone to get there object back. The metal and iron materials will stay together in mid air above 16 feet off the ground, Saku is able to move the group of metal and iron materials gathered.

Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
