| It was a beautiful morning. The birds were singing, the sun was shining. A great day to take a walk! As Tatsu woke up and covered his eyes with his hands, he said "The hell? Turn off the lights whoever is in here!". Tatsu waited for 5 minutes to see if someone replied, and since no one did... he woke up. As he got up his bed and get ready for the new day, he saw out the window and everyone in the village was happy. He went out of my house and walked around the village. Everyone was acting weird... it was creepy. As Tatsu made a 'whatever' move with my shoulders as if I didn't care. As he kept on walking, he eventually got to the village gates and walked out of the village to get some fresh, non-creepy air. Tatsu went on and on walking and wondering throughout somewhere, and suddenly he heard a woman's voice. I quickly hid myself in some bushes without making any noise, and I tried to get a look at the lady whom was making noises. Tatsu got a look at her and said to himself "Why hello there, princess.". He could not see the woman very good and clearly... he could see that she was 'in shape'. | |

| Bookwoman, also called Asako, was a morning person. She was always up before the birds and ready to watch the sun rise from the walls of the village, enjoying the first rays of light and warmth of the day. Whenever she couldn't go, she would feel somewhat sad and not herself. But today had been a good day and she had seen the large daily star rise and shine, giving her the simple joy she had for seeing it. And also putting her in a good mood, mood that had been ruined the day before by the sudden disappearance of her brother.
Her short, black and red hair had grown out and been tainted red again. It was now falling on her shoulders and bouncing up with each firm step she took. Her chest was still quite flat and her whole body figure quite male looking. But she had been training, trying to shape it up a little more and finally had gotten some hips and more muscles in her shoulders.
After sun rise watching, she was off to train. It had become some sort of a habit to take her shirt of then, leaving her in the bandages that covered her chest and belly till the waist down and to scream while doing a new move. It was simply to avoid to get her shirt torn (once again) and to keep encouraging herself to try over and over again some justus she was training. She was busy lately with perfecting her wind jutsu, wind being the only element she could handle right now.
She had been busy concentrating on her move, in the shadows of the tree, hiding most of her form to people who'd see her when she heard a sudden voice speak up. "Why hello there, princess." Asako jumped, releasing the jutsu by accident, and failing it. Seeing that she had missed again, Bookwoman groaned and glared fiercely up at the person who had dared to interrupt her. Her pale jade colored eye, sign of her blindness, was staring at the man's face, where she could only see the chakra points and veins, where a warm, red colored chakra was flowing in. Not recognizing it, she frowned. "Who are you?" she asked on a warning tone of voice, her cheeks flushed red, just like the color of her hair. The small woman had crouched down and was now trying to find her shirt back without much success.

| As the mysterious, yet good looking woman glared fiercely at Tatsu, he felt scared... or rather intimidated. Tatsu did not who his intimidation, he thought that it would make him look bad in front of such a woman! As he went out slowly out of the bushes, trembling a little bit on the way out, he got a good look at the woman. Her eyes were different, yet awesome. He figured, due to the paleness, that she was sort of blind. As the woman asked "Who are you?" Tatsu remained in silence for a while. He was astonished. He did not know what to answer, what to do. Instead of answering right back, he inspected her. As he saw she was looking for her shirt, he also blushed and looked some other way, just to respect the woman.
After a few minutes of looking around and thinking what to do, he looked right back at the woman. This time not caring if she had or not the shirt on. (;D) Tatsu now knew what to do. He would behave like if she were any other woman from his village that he didn't know. Although some part of him felt different, saw this woman in another way, but he could not waste another second and make the woman wait for an answer... but instead of answering what she asked, he moved closer to her, slowly, thinking about what he was gonna do. In his mind he was very, very, nervous. As he got closer to the woman, he approached his head over to her right ear and said in a low voice "Need help?" as he made a nice and friendly smile. Tatsu did not know this woman. He didn't know her at all. Neither he knew if she was an enemy or a threat to him... but he wanted to get to know her.
Tatsu now 'looking back' at when she was training, he saw the woman making strange moves and such. Tatsu asked "What was that you were training, mam?" As to show some respect and receive an answer after what happened. After analyzing what he just said he said afterwards "Eh... take the mam thing out. I've said to some other woman and they say it makes them feel old. I think it's kinda funny." as he smiled softly. Closing his eyes while smiling. After a few more minutes of silence he said "My name is Tatsu Takeshi and I am a villager from Blood Village. And you are?" with a humorous tone, showing he was defiant as to show the warning tone did not work... or so he showed. Tatsu was still a bit nervous and embarrassed.

| Bookwoman had heard him getting closer, the stranger and intruder in her training. She felt his eyes travel all over her, inspecting and observing her gestures and rather male looking body.
Sometimes, she couldn't help but thank her genes for having made her so flat chested. At least people looked at her in the eyes instead of lower. Which, really was really better. At least, you would be seen as a person instead of a piece of hot stuff. And she hated to be considered as just a piece of decoration that'd look awesome at a guy's side.
The man turned around, she saw his chakra moving in a corner of her eye. She still hadn't found her shirt and cursed herself for having it thrown on her side carelessly. Being half naked for training was okay, as long no one was looking. And half-naked was a big word, since her chest was still bandaged as well as a big part of her belly. Asako was so absorbed in searching that she didn't see the man get closer and crouch down at her level to whisper in her ear if she needed help.
The red head jumped, crawling towards the tree and hiding behind it, stumbling and falling once while doing so. What a humiliation for her who was proud to never fall even though she was blind. Her doujutsu helped her a lot to move around and she was proud of it.
She listened to his question, from behind the tree, just letting her head pop out of her hiding place, staring at him with her dead eyes. "My name is Hyosuke Asako and everyone calls me Bookwoman. And I was training my new wind jutsu. And I guessed that much, since we are in Chigakure [Blood Village]." she replied, not that well humored.
The man unsettled her, if not scared her and she was still not wearing her shirt. The guy seemed and sounded nervous and she felt like telling him to help her. But her pride and independent character stopped her from doing so. "D-Do you need me for anything, Tatsu-san?"

| Tatsu smiled, even knowing she could not see him, as she jumped and crawled behind the tree. He saw Asako stumbling and falling and his face made a thinking gesture. He thought to himself "She is blind. She must be used to it, right? Unless... she has became blind recently." After a few seconds of silence he thought again "... or she could just be nervous of being almost naked before a man." Then Tatsu smiled again. Once she was behind the tree and popped her head out to answer Tatsu's question, he got 1 step closer, leaving still a lot of distance between both. He noticed on her answer that she was in a little bad mood or so. So he had to be careful of what to say next. "Well Bookwoman, what are you doing out here all by your own?" He was inspecting her, trying to know her more. Trying to see how she was like. After asking Tatsu moved around looking for Bookwoman's shirt. He looked around for a few minutes and he found it. It was hanging in a random tree branch. He reached it and held it and when he was just gonna walk up to her and give her shirt back, he heard her saying "D-Do you need me for anything, Tatsu-san?". He replied "Ha ha! No. But it seems you need me, Bookwoman." He actually did need her, but he had no idea why he felt her need. He then walked up to her and when they were facing eacho ther behind the tree, he slowly took a grab of one of Bookwoman's hand to give the shirt back, because she could not see. As he grabbed her hand, he got really nervous thinking that she would hit him or something or who know what could happen, but he was trying to help her out. With his other hand he put her shirt in the hand he first grabbed. "Here you go." | |

| Asa observed the man moving, her eyes narrowed, suspicious of any move he could make. She could follow him precisely, even telling which toe of his moved or which finger. His red chakra, even though dormant right now, left residues and traces in his chakra system, giving her the possibility to see everything.
"Don't just assume I'm incapable of seeing anything." she growled at him, hearing what he had said to himself. "I can see you...Just not like you see." She scolded herself, having almost letting something slip she shouldn't have. She was in another village, not even her own in Sunagakure. And just randomly tell about a bloodline to a stranger would be simply stupid and idiotic to a whole other level than training without a shirt when random people could pop out of nowhere to see her.
He stepped closer and by instinct, Bookwoman hid somewhat more behind the tree. What the hell did this guy want from her? He was checking her out, she just knew it, since his head moved a little, like, tilting from one side to the other, staring at her. Suddenly, he grabbed for something; she couldn't see what, but it was hanging on the tree apparently. He came closer, more than just one step and the red head froze on the spot, especially startled by his words.
Needing him? What the...She didn't need anyone! Not even her stupid brother! She could do things on her own, she wasn't just a random weak and handicapped person! What was he- Her train of thoughts stopped when she suddenly realized he had grabbed her wrist and placed her shirt in her hand. Flabbergasted, speechless, Asa blinked at the shirt, back to Tatsu and then again at her shirt. Realizing that she had the precious piece of clothing in her possession again, she slipped it on without thanking him.
When it was finally on, her hair was messy but her face had taken back it's suspicious, sorta angry and curious look. She narrowed her visible eye, seemingly to glare at him while no emotions could be shown in the pale jade colored iris. Then, she sighed, hanging her head in defeat and crossed her arms around her chest, incapable of snapping at the man, mostly because she was grateful to him for having given her shirt back.
"I decided to travel to train my eye and ended up here." she replied curtly.
Asako hesitated, leaning on one leg to the other, clearly unsure of what to do or say. He was stronger than her, she could sense that. And more experienced too. She might have remembered most of her memories, it still didn't mean that she was strong enough to beat him. Or most people for all that mattered. She was on a jounin level when it comes to medical jutsu but weaker than some genin when it came to offensive strength.
What also bothered her was how much this person seemed to respond like her first companion after she had been let go as a fully pledged bookwoman. Cheerful, sort of obnoxious and very sure of himself. And she just couldn't tell him to shut it and stop assuming ridiculous things like she would do with Yakate. Another sigh, accompanied with a slight blush on her pale traits, escaped her lips and the young woman mumbled: "Thanks for the help..."

| When Asako blinked at him and at the shirt, then at him again, he smiled. Tatsu watched her while she put her shirt on. He saw her, once she wasn't half-naked that she wasn't so happy. As he saw her sighing and hanging her head he thought that she was tired, but that was not the case... he knew this when she said "I decided to travel to train my eye and ended up here." meaning she didn't know what to say when it was all silent. I replied with a "Cool." He watched her leaning and stuff while he kept on smiling, because it was funny to him how she was a bit nervous and unsure of what to do. At her last sigh he noticed her blush and then his smile became a victory smile. As she said Thanks, he replied with a nice "Your Welcome, Asako. Anytime!" Then Tatsu turned away, but as he took 3 steps away from this new person he just met, he turned back and asked "Hey Asako, where are you going? As you said, you ended up here... in the middle of practically nowhere. So you have somewhere to go or stay?" | |

| The red head rolled her eyes. She didn't like it when people called her "Asako". Even if it was her name of birth, she didn't use it anymore, not being that person anymore nor wishing to go back to those times which were all too blurry for comfort. "Bookwoman. That's my name." she told him on a dry tone. "Only one person can all me by that name and that isn't you."
She looked around, trying to see if she had forgotten something around the tree, like her bag. She found it quite quickly, remembering she had left it near a root that had a strange form and picked it up, holding it in her left hand and placing it on her shoulder before turning back to her new acquaintance.
In short, he annoyed her, no, pissed her off. He took too many liberties, like the ones of calling her by her first name without suffix, inviting her (subtly, she had to admit) to sleep somewhere (at his place she assumed) and was questioning a shinobi that was not from his own village and thus acting somewhat suspiciously.
"I'm not planning to go anywhere in particular. And I sleep quite well in trees, thank you." That was a lie, but she didn't like how the conversation was going - she wasn't planning to get tricked or anything. And Blood wasn't exactly friends with Suna, so being careful was the best approach. "...Why are you being all nice to me, even though I'm not from your village?"

| Tatsu noticed her dry tone when almost scolding me for calling her by her first name. "Oh. I'm sorry. But you did introduce yourself by Hyosuke Asako, didn't you?" As she looked for her stuff, he watched her. She noticed that she was uncomfortable. With Tatsu maybe? Aren't I being nice enough? He thought. Tatsu had no friends. Tatsu was new to this part of the world. Ninjas are all about looking out for each other, right? He thought. "I can see that. You're in a forest, far from home. And you sleep well in trees?" Tatsu smiled and listened on. As her question rose, he was ready to answer. "I'm always nice. I don't go all mad with people who haven't done anything to me. You being from another village means little to me. It would be good to have friends from the other side, right?" Tatsu stopped and think for a few seconds. "Let me propose this; let's have a friendly spar. If you win, you can do whatever you want. If I win, you come over to the house next to mine to pass the night. What do you say?" He then made a soft grin and waited for her answer. | |

| Did this guy even listen? She had said everyone called her Bookwoman, which was indeed more a title than a name, but it was still the given title everyone gave and called her with. Not Asa, Asako, Hyosuke or whatever else. Bookwoman was the name and only an idiotic Rapunzel in Suna could call her by that stupid three letter nickname.
Well, whatever. He was boring her and she had work to do as a Bookwoman. She wasn't interested in hooking up with a random person and now that she had her shirt on, it felt as if she had a new found courage to give him a cold shoulder like she usually did with people. And she felt much better once she could do that, feeling on a more secure and familiar terrain than having to be nice and polite.
Besides, was she really a ninja? Somewhere yes, in her past she had been once and Yakate had thrown her back in that world. But she was first of all a Bookwoman, a history researcher and she had done her job in Chigakure already. So, why would she want to spend another night here while she could sleep in a tree on her way back home?
"Are you an idiot? Why would I want to spar with you?" she finally replied, her arms still crossed over her chest. "Besides, I need to go home. The Idiotic Rapunzel will worry if he comes home before me."
And on that, she turned around, leaving him behind. If he wanted to follow her, she wouldn't mind as long he followed her pace. If he stayed behind...She's maybe regret not having talked more to him but that would be all. After all, as a Bookwoman, having feelings or emotional attachments was something taught to be dangerous and unnecessary. And from what she had learned from personal experience, they only held you back...
