A monstrous dragon that lived on the reverse side of the world among the phantoms. Once believed as the king of dragons but has absorbed a dangerous amount of Virus Chakra(chakra infected with negative energy) and has shifted into phantom dragon. (The only dragon phantom)

Bio: During the birth of Akio Shichiro, the reverse world of phantoms existed parallel to the human. This event occured in a forgotten village known as Gen'ei(Phantom). The Village elders believed that Akio was a great success due to the priority of bonding with the phantoms that existed on the reverse worlde that would have been called the Phantom Zone. At time there was tranquility and harmony until a devastating release of demonic energy released into the village and infected the citizens with a virus. This Virus caused the villagers to harness capabilities of the Phantoms by phasing through any seals and release their own souls into other bodys. At first this increased the Gen'ei Village chances of surpassing any other villages in any oncoming wars. Until Akio became a shinobi.

At the age of 10, Akio graduated from the Ninja Academy with different capabilities by morphing into a phantom himself by altering his DNA from the Virus that was released into Gen'ei. Though his infection was far more harmful to his body as his Virus evolved into a negative chakra flow that consumed other people's chakra into his own body. The Gen'eikage at the time became concerned as many Shinobi were killed from this boy's abilities, he declared that Akio must immediately be assassinated within the next five days or the entire village would have been exterminated by Akio's absorbing chakra ability.

When Akio realized exactly was going on, his mind was influenced under the tremondous power of eliminating those that are inferior to him and started to attack the village own his own. Every shinobi that was carefully selected by the Gen'eikage failed miserably as the couldn't reach the boy within 100 yards since his absorbing technique became to intense. By the time the Gen'eikage tried to stop Akio himself, his chakra was immediately depleted. Akio became filled with intense rage that he caused the village to implode on itself, eliminating all trace of the village to the point that people doubt it to even exist.

Akio wandered the land in search for a new beginning as he regained his old self until he crossed paths Hayase Hayashi. Though that story remains unknown... Akio's ability with Doton and Raiton allows him to manipulate the electromagnetic field and the gravitation of his own opponent.

Wall of Thunder Jutsu: A combination of both sound and lightning. Akio emits a high pitch crack of lightning from his weapon and releases a sonic boom from his mouth, creating a wall of thunder that surrounds his targets in a 360 degree angle.

Dragon Thunder FistA ferocious fist charged with an enormous amount of lightning into the shape of a dragon that coils around his forearm. Akio then charges at the opponent with high acceleration and slams his fist directly into the target's abdomen, sending a high voltage of electricity coursing through their body.

Abilities: Dragon Whistle: With a single whistle, Akio can control any dragon that has a beating heart, a soul, and mind. Even the most loyal dragons can be turned against their owner with a single whistle.

Bloodline: Void eye: The void eye is a concealed ability that was sealed for it's ability to be a storage place of numerous weapons. The void eye can consume any energy flow and send it into a parallel, similar to the mangekyo sharingan but it can be stored for an attack later on. If the opponent were to use a fire jutsu, Akio can transport the attack into a void and release it from his eyes later on. In order to obtain these eyes, one must become infected with Minus Charka(Life Depleting Chakra)

Sorry to post here but gravity element...I don't think that should be approved way too GM for not a canon.

So you are telling me, that this Akio guy gets approved when he has the most godmoding power? He is basically saying he can take peoples chakra from 100 yards away. That is way to cheap, not only will he be able to skip taijutsu all together, any ninjutsu or genjutsu would dissappear in the air once it hit the 100 yards mark. If you guys don't think that is godmoding then something is wrong.
