The Park

Still keeping his vision fixed on the students, he replied, "Yakate; and no, I'm not a student here. I've never even been here, actually..."

At least she was somewhat energetic, his whole body was still stinging...

Where the hell was Tsumetai?

"Oh, so you immidiately graduated? You're so lucky... but I think that I still need to study... mostly about medical ninjutsu and whatnot..." she kept spinning the kunai, having her eyes fixed on the other students as well.

A medical ninja. Yakate preferred to be an ANBU member, assassin, or something of the sort, but medical was... fine.

"Technically... the kage gave me a test, I passed it. He taught me everything I need to know..." What a pleasant chat. Leading to a pleasant one, anyway. This was just... awkward. He didn't even see her face yet.

"Still, you got your test right ahead... That's still very lucky... I want to be Genin as soon as possible because..." she looked down and returned the kunai back to her pouch. "because there was something that I'm looking for... and I want to learn everything and be prepared to travel on my own..."

Something that she was looking for? So she had a mission for herself, even though she was still an academy student, still waiting to learn everything there is to be learnt. But could he help her be genin? If Tsumi was kind enough to her as he was to him...

But first things first, clear out all vague facts. "Looking for what, exactly?"

"Oh, it's a secret...." she sat back and looked at the sky. "Don't get me wrong, I already know how to fight, and I also know a few medical techniques... I think I could handle being alone traveling, but better be safe than sorry, right?"

Wonders around the park looking for something fun do to. While he is walking he swings his tail left and right

Secrets. Damn. He hated secrets... But if she didn't trust him yet, fine...
He had to snipe his way through.

"Someone like you shouldn't travel alone. Even if you do know how to fight... people won't take you seriously. You still don't have your village headband yet..."

"And... I'm bored out of my mind, nothing to do anyway. I can help you if you want me to. Getting whatever you're looking for..."

His gaze wavered slightly, and he looked at Umi, while she stared at the sky. There wasn't just one reason for someone to want to attack her. She looked... well... she could attract attacks a lot.

Umi looked at him and smiled. "Well, you can't judge people by their rank, but I guess it's better to be safe..." she looked around, saw Neko, and gasped. "Wow... I can't believe I'm seeing this...." she grinned and laughed. "Hey, are you seeing what I'm seeing?"

Neko looks at the sky and stays there still"So beautifull today"

"Depends on what you're seeing. Because I see... nevermind. What?" Yakate sighed, and looked up at the sky, waiting for her to say something...

"I see a guy.... who looks like a cat..." she smiled and stood up. "Hold on..." she walked up to neko and waved. "Hi there!"

Neko hears a voice and then he loooks at the girl that was waving to him"Ow....hi"Neko smiled

Cat-man? Ah... He could just wait here, instead of causing more excitement.

"Have fun..." He tilted his head to the side, and looked at Umi and the cat-boy. This was rather entertaining...

Or perhaps calming? Word fail...

"Oh my gosh this is so cool!" she giggled and hugged Neko. "I've never seen anyone like this before! Ooh, could I touch your ears and your tail?!" she siad excitedly.

Huggled and then he says"You can touch them if you really want, but don't pull them"

Ugh... this was sickening. He could just wear cat ears and an artificial tail and look just like the cat-boy. Or, a neko. Academy student love? He would just start teasing them both, but he hadn't teased anyone lately. And he couldn't do it on his own, either. Yakate stopped staring at them, and just lied down on the bench, keeping his arms behind his head. and closed his eyes, acting as if he was asleep...

Umi clapped her hands exciteldy and she ran her hands through his ears and his tail. "Ohh, it's so nice and furry!" she smiled and then calmed down. "Well, I'm Umi Taihei, and you are?"

"My name is Neko....Nice to meet you" Neko smiled

"Oh, Neko as in a cat?" she smiled and turned around. "Nice name." she walked towards Yakate and saw that he fell asleep. "Wake up, you're taking up my seating space..." she tapped his head and sighed.

"Yea like a cat" Neko looks at umi"do you have problems waking him?''

She shook her head and smiled. "Nah, let the sleepyhead take his nap...." she waved and walked out of the area. "Well, I gotta go... bye, Neko..."

"Bye" looks at yakate"ok you can wake up now"

Tsumi's Voice echoes through out the park "Wake up boy!" the voice yelled in yakate's ear. "I need you and neko to do something for me!"

Umi heard someone shouting and went back. "Hey, mind if I help you wake him up?" she smiled and reached for something in her pouch.
